The reservation process is easy and the response, once our unit was secured, was immediate. The staff are friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and ready for our arrival. Ginger even called to suggest we wait for a day due to rainy weather. Carts are provided, parking is easy and insect control is part of the contract. A very positive experience for first-time storage users.

The second worst storage place I’ve ever used. There’s a median blocking your access for one direction and no u-turn at the end of the median. So getting in is awful. They have this truck out front that you are supposedly allowed to use, but it’s always “booked out” but I’ve never seen moved including on the days that I’ve requested to use it. I feel 100% certain that if you were to go in and ask them to start it up for you, the battery would be dead. The handles on the carts aren’t screwed it and come off with the slightest touch. The people that work there are rude. The bathrooms are locked, so god forbid you need to take a dump while at your unit. It just sucks. It’s connected with CubeSmart somehow. I’ve used CubeSmart and had a great experience. So I’m not sure if it’s BeeSafe that sucks or just this location or what. The only positive I can say is that it’s clean. Don’t let that sucker you in. Find somewhere with an easier entrance that you can actually use.

I followed this place because of excellent reviews and Ginger moved to this storage from the previous CubeSmart that used to be on 4812 Hopson Rd. Again, this storage place is awesome, along with the service. I do like that there is a rental truck service you can use for moving your stuff. Another pro for me is that this place plays jazz music all day and night inside the building. It doesn't feel eerie if you are alone moving or getting things in and out of the storage, so the music makes it livelier. I appreciate their services, and you will not be disappointed. I moved to Cube Smart storage recently, General Manager Ginger Swanson and Manager Sarah Mayers were very helpful and made my move super smooth. They gave me a guided tour to the unit and it’s access, pleasant music in the background makes us feel awesome. Also I availed their truck rental which was very affordable and made my move easy. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Updating my review after I moved out. Really pleasant experience using the storage space. I liked Security, ambience and accessibility. Special mention about General Manager Ginger Swanson and Manager Sarah Mayers, appreciate their help when ever needed and timely response made a big difference. I will definitely would like to go back if I need storage space again and strongly recommend to others.

Great storage location. What impressed me the most was how clean it was. Spotless. The staff is also very professional and polite, especially Ginger. They have storage units in various sizes, it was easy to select the perfect unit for our storage needs. The building is also climate controlled with secure entrances. There are multiple entrances and elevators so you can access building closest to your unit. Pricing was also good, competitive with most other companies. We were happy with our choice.

It is great cozy and comfortable storage location. It is sparkling clean, wide variety of storage units and providing flexible and convenient pricing options. Load areas are located on both sides of the building and are easy to access. Climate control works well and feels very comfortable. This facility was pretty new when we put our stuff into storage in November of 2021. We kept it all in there a year, and just moved it all out yesterday. The facility was as nice on the day we moved out as it was on the day we brought our things in. It’s very clean, easy to access and was just such a stress-free experience all around. I talked with Ginger both during the move in process and move out process, and she was so great. So personable and helpful, and we can’t recommend this storage facility enough.

No public trash deposit! Need one for small items. You got camera's so use them when people dump big stuff get their car tag and charge them a FEE! They won't do it s second time. If they do go to bigger Fee. They will get it one way or the other. Third time put lock on their bin.

We had a wonderful experience with CubeSmart. Our son was supposed to be moving into a rental house in Raleigh near NC State, but we discovered that the house was unsuitable and unsafe, so we needed a place to deposit his belongings in Raleigh on a Sunday afternoon. Not many places were open, but we were glad this one was. The facility is beautiful, new, clean, with nice restrooms. We even used the Bee Safe truck a couple of weeks later to move our son to a more suitable location. Ginger and Michelle were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone who has storage needs in the Raleigh/Cary area.

Moves are typically fraught with disasters. If you are using this facility BE SURE to move in during their office hours. They are not at all equipped to handle any emergency you might have moving into their facility after office hours. All their Customer Service number will tell you is to call in the morning when the office opens. It’s just incredible to believe that their Customer Service has no access to individual location information. I did find the office staff to be very helpful during regular business hours.

I needed storage to help me transition from one rental to another and Bee Safe was the perfect solution! The facility was brand new and absolutely spotless and Ginger and Michelle were always super kind and helpful. There was even a gas shortage the weekend I was moving and I would've understood if the truck was unavailable, but they were willing to work with us and simply charged market rate for gas if we couldn't find any to fill up the truck. Had a seamless move in and move out. Overall, would highly recommend!

Walked in to ask about units and was told to "reserve one online" So after leaving feeling like I was a burden, I went to reserve one online and 90% of the units were "unavailable" not just at this location most of the "CubeSmart" locations were unavailable. I had been renting with Bee Safe for over three years in my staging business. I was a great renter and usually paid six months to one year in advance. While using their truck the metal bar that extends 16" off the back of the truck, hit the aluminum fence. I was informed that it had been hit many times as the clearance to get out of the parking space is very narrow. My insurance company offered to pay for the replacement of the fence. There was a difference of $240 from what Bee Safe and the District Manager - David Gustafson insisted that I pay and from Progressive's estimate. Bee Safe would not provide any supporting documents for their extremely high $800+ repair! I was told to pay the difference or move out! I MOVED OUT! So happy to be done with Ginger, David Gustafson and Bee Safe. See damaged fence below that was to cost me over $800!

Beautiful new storage facility. The general manager Ginger was so helpful and kind, even with our many questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage like I was ??
