The entire experience was amazing. I requested the unit online - which was an easy process. I got access to the unit, where I got a package with the lock, key and documents inside. The system application and payment processor for pay for the unit was easy to use and it provided me with reminders and information that I needed in case I needed to get into my unit. The faculty was extremely well maintained, and always clean.

I rented a storage unit at this location, and when I came in the door Mary Beth, was helpful from the start. She went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, when I realized, the unit I rented was too small. I went it to get an additional unit to store the remainder of my belongings, and Mary Beth informed me of a unit that is much larger and came available today, for a lower price than what I would pay to rent two units. I can't thank her enough for all her help with this move.

The AC unit next to my storage leaked into my unit. I checked my things besides seeing water marks on my boxes, it didn’t appear to be elsewhere. Mold has grown all over my furniture, couches, bedroom set, and dining set. I asked about being reimbursed on payments I made and was told I couldn’t because I didn’t use the company’s insurance. I had my own insurance so didn’t see the need to pay for two. I paid for an air controlled unit and my belongings were damaged and was not offered any help.

I never took possession of the unit. When I went to move in there was black mold growing up the wall. The building was humid. I was alarmed that this company would knowingly rent a unit with mold. I am glad I went to the unit before I had a truck full of items to move in. I would never rent from this facility unless measures are taken to remove and prevent mold. I would not recommend it to anyone. On a positive note, the staff that I spoke with in reservations, customer service and the location manager were all kind, respectful, professional and helpful.

I made a reservation online. I was shortly called by Mary Beth, she was patient and thoroughly explained what I needed to do. When arriving for my move in date, she was more than happy to show me around, give me thorough directions. Without asking, Mary Beth also gave me a unit close to the door. That was more than helpful to me, as my parents helping me move have back issues. I did not even ask for a good location in unit but she went ahead and gave me a great unit. I showed up in a half aggravated mood (moving is stressful), but as soon as I started talking to Mary Beth my mood exponentially improved. She made my experience wonderful, and improved my overall day being so pleasant to work with. 10/10 because of Mary Beth!!

One of the better priced storage facilities in North Charlotte, but extremely disappointed in the fact they raise rates yearly. Also, for a controlled climate facility, was very disappointed a week ago when I went to my unit and it was hot inside.it was cooler outside at 84 degrees than it was in the building. Front desk person is friendly and helpful.

This place is horrible. Mary-Beth and Ron are crooks. They are selfish and inconsiderate they should not be managing this keep cubesmart give it a horrible reputation they had terrible personalities horrible customer service and they're quite disgusting. The place reeks of smoke because that's all they do chain-smoke they are disgusting people with discussing personalities I would never use this place. Extremely unprofessional leave the facility for hours never pick up the phone this was despicable behavior

I Highly recommend this location. Mary Beth and Charles are the best! On the day I was moving my mover didn’t show up and left me in a bind. Mary Beth and Charles made arrangements for me to get a cube after hours since I wasn’t going to make it there in time. I truly appreciate both of them!!

Do not like the way the main entrance to storage units is designed, and it would be nice for a cheaper rate especially if you have been there for few years. The staff are professional and courteous. No other complaints at this time. 3/31/2023 We have been customers at this location for 13 years. My Wife had called to get prices for a bigger unit and we end up getting a double the size of our previous unit for a cheaper price. The top floor is not climate control, but you don't need it to be because in my opinion it is not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. It is always pretty clean in the facility. They have motion lights that work well. Nicole is awesome.

Warm welcoming and there were carts to help move your stuff which was very helpful. The attendant also offered water to myself and my help on 2 separate occasions.

I've been a customer for many years, with a 5x10 locker. The onsite staff has been great and very helpful. Billing has been painless with monthly auto-pay. The facility is clean, well maintained and appears to be quite safe. A great place to store items that won't fit in the house!!

The options available with the different size units and even climate controlled units if needed are great. The facility is always clean and the hours available to access the units works for almost any schedule. Have not had any issue working with the staff for the different size units I have rented over the past years. Highly recommend over any other type storage facility.

I just signed a new storage contract with the Cube Smart at this location. This is the second time I have used this facility to store furniture. The staff at this location is top notch!! They are very courteous and helpful in making sure you have the best service.

The general manger was very kind when he showed me to my unit. The storage facility was clean and odorless, and I appreciate the fact that they spray for bugs occasionally. The costs were reasonable for the size of the unit, and the location was perfect for when I would start to move to my new home. The paperwork process, however, was less than satisfactory. The female manager was rude to me as I was scanning through the terms and conditions. She urged me to hurry, saying things like, "We close at ten o'clock!" It gave me the impression that there was something in the contract she did not want me to review. She did use a joking manner, but I could tell she really wanted me to bypass some important documents that suggested I READ before I SIGNED. I was almost inclined to walk away and find another storage facility.

I have to begin with the fact that y'all employee female at office was very rude and very unprofessional in her dealing of a problem I had concern with ,insurance for the unit and not being honest to me but more concern in up-selling.to all you read this be sure you Question the polices of insurance charges,because if you have a worth while home owners it will cover you no matter what.So do not get suck in to pay for coverage when you do not need to,rip off.Very unhappy with the way the employee was not more honest about the rules.
