Even thought my bill went from $45 to $54 within 6 months after my 1st month, Whenever times got hard and I wasn’t able to pay my bill, CubeSmart gave me a month to get back situated without additional fees but they have to put their own lock on along with yours, until payments were received which is understandable . The facility is clean, well maintained and also very secure.

This place is a all access code, which is excellent for safety purposes. I definitely feel safe every time I go since it’s gated, I love the module that they have for this location and the elevator for the floors that they have also they have carts that are very helpful to load things up and down, which makes it easier!

The sign up for was extremely easy and no interaction with employees is required. You sign up and can go to your unit right away! This was important since I needed the unit during off business hours.

Staff is friendly and it is clean and safe. That being said.. there are two carts for an entire facility, that are often MIA as there is no specific place for them. The lack of access to trash is also a major bummer. But the constant lack of carts really takes the cake. Not sure I'd recommend this location as a result.

Update: This place added a security gate, but has not provided a security code, so I’m unable to enter! I started renting from them in April of 2023. In October 2023, the facility raised the rent on me by $40 without sending an email, mail, or phone/text. Then again this July, they are raising the rent by $30, without any communications or warning and above the listed price of the unit. After the first time the rent was raised, I was told the rent would be raised between 4-6 months of renting, but would not be raised twice in a years time. Well that was a lie! When I called about the change, they stated there was nothing they could do. If you’re wanting upfront communication or set rates, this location has not provided either.

Just booked a storage and was helped by Aniya. She was amazing! The facilities are great and with AC. The process was quick and easy. A lot cheaper than other storages in the area. Park on the inside area and call the number shown at the elevator for access.

You guys have a giant window shattered. It’s been like this for 6+ months. Some other lady also mentioned this in a review 4 months ago. I’m sure those units on the 3rd floor have soooo much water damage. Do you guys not monitor this space at all?

The front desk attendant Matt was a very patient's flight and helpful even though he had never worked at that particular location prior to that day. The building was very clean as well as unit that I rented. It did not need to be sweet down or attended to before I filled it. The only reason that I did not give it five stars was because if you don't bring your own lock at the time of renting the unit you are charged $20 for one of the their locks that they sell. You cannot bring the lock at another time and use your own you have to have it with you at the time you sign the agreement.

There’s more: Several people walked up during the time they were “closed” yet should be open, and complained that this has happened several times. What was unacceptable was as soon as someone arrives, they start talking crap about their own company, (not even complaining about the store not being opened for 2 hours., instead of focusing on the company. I also have video of him on the phone, with the door locked pacing back and forth while I waiting for him to finish this call. He also told me he wouldn’t help me at one point, telling me to come back tomorrow as that is how long it would take to gain access to my unit, when he could have got up from behind that desk & operated the elevator with his code, I decided to check my access before I left, and it actually worked. Update: 10:44am… more people showed up waiting. (Someone was finally reach via building owner. They will be here in 30 more minutes 11:15am) ridiculous. Now whoever this guy is, he is on the phone saying the owner has a stank attitude and walking around in all the rooms with a fire inspector touching things they shouldn’t be someone names Melissa is a terrible trainer, she didn’t train her staff well. We should not be hearing this.…. Update: 11:23… finally inside, staff have nasty attitudes. Talking about the owner in front of us. Unprofessional. No staff! If you rent here. Be prepared to have no access to your storage unit. They open at “9:30am”…but no one is here! I have an issue with my unit. There is no one here to assist. I’ve been waiting for 1.30 hours outside. There is a sign on the door says “Be right back at 9:30” Lies. They don’t seem to care about scheduling. Not the first time this has happened.

Location is great, building is clean and well kept, but my interaction with Francis (Manager of 4 Locations - I know cause he kept repeating it) was not a pleasant one. If you are looking for a rude condescending person to have an unfriendly conversation with then by all means this is the place for you.

Took roughly 3 hours to check into my unit because only one person working in the office and they had an emergency and had to leave, leaving the office unattended for an extended period of time. No access to a restroom when office team is away. No tenant access to trash bin/dumpster. Although I initially had a frustrating check-in experience, customer service and Rebecca did everything in her power to make things right.

Cada was awesome - plain and simple. I ran in with about 20 minutes to secure a unit before I needed to get back to a meeting. I walked in, saw a couple of options, and Cada had my unit secured and contract signed in no time. The process was easy and the prices are great! The facility is clean and centrally located. We moved into this CubeSmart facility in March, but have been working with the general manager, Louis, since December. He's been so great to work with. He's very customer focused - always responds to questions quickly, is very professional and helpful. The facility is brand new. Everything is very clean and bright. There's tons of parking. I can't say enough great things about this facility and those that work there. Louis has moved to a new store, and Rebecca is now managing the space. She's great! She's very communicative and helpful. We're very happy with everything at this location.

Almost everytime I come to park there are police sitting there being lazy , asking questions cause they like to hang around for hours in privacy" doing paperwork . IM A CUSTOMER , THEY ARE NOT" I CAN SEE WHY THE BUILDING IS MOSTLY VACANT and they will keep it that way ?? I'm moving out next month they are always there.
