I’ve been renting a small unit for several months now. Yesterday I bought a beautiful leather loveseat, but underestimated how much space I had left in my unit. Norman came around and saw my daughter and I struggling to make it fit. Even though it was time for him to go home, he took the time to help us remove our items, put the loveseat in, and put our items back in. I initially called but didn’t get an answer, so I decided to visit in person. When I arrived, I tried to explain my situation, but the staff at the main door didn’t seem willing to listen and kept cutting me off. I eventually left because I felt unheard. I was simply inquiring about renting a storage unit for my business, as I found online that this was an option. It was disappointing that I couldn’t get the help I needed.

I originally made my reservation with a customer service agent. They were very helpful until I called the place and spoke to Norman. They advertise for a free moving truck within 50 miles. But told me since I only needed the unit for a month I could no longer have it. Which is no where in the policy sneaky business practices.

Terrible. Keypad broken for 3 months. Changed my code on me without contacting me. They manually update payments in the 21st century. Even the online ones. If I make a payment at 6am, I MIGHT be able to access my space by the end of business. I emailed to say I was moving out on X date and someone called me to badger me about paying my bill and tell me that I wouldn't get a refund. My account has been on auto-pay since I moved in and I didn't say a thing about billing, I was just trying to let someone know I was moving out. When I moved out the dude came around with his grey mullet to badger me in person about paying my bill and not getting a refund. There are storage places on every corner in Charlotte, just drive a few miles down the road somewhere else.

The store manager, Norman is so professional! He made me feel at home with his warm presence and offering water. I love the customer service here and the price is very reasonable. Best storage facility I've ever used! Believe me, I've had 6 in the past 3 years... in 5 states, lol. Super clean, staff is so beyond helpful and pleasant. Super tech savvy business systems if you don't want to be bothered, you can do everything (just about) without talking to them. Or, if you want to come in, they seem always available and ready to help. Truly, service like this doesn't exist many places any more. Staff was very knowledgeable and even being a professional at moving my things from state to state, they gave me some tips that helped me a lot. Prices were very reasonable and competitive. They easily accommodated a last minute move in, flawlessly. Really, the cleanliness is amazing, do you know how hard it is to keep a storage facility clean and without a spiderweb in sight? Lol. Kudos to this team!!!

This was the second time I've dealt with the manager and staff at Bee Safe Stoage, and each time, I found that they went out of their way to guide me through the proces to see that I received the discount, free month and assistance with securing my lockers. The cleanliness of the location is amazing, I had no concerns with storing clothing and other personal items, knowing that the climate controlled environment as well as the cleanliness, would have my items in the exact condition as when I left them. Hats off to Dana and the rest of the crew that keep this place sparkling!!!

No mention of a move in fee (quite high) or insurance fee. My locker that I reserved in advance had been given to someone else. Also had to move in later due to no locks being available.

There staff Dana is Awsome! She's kind and leaves not questions unanswered. She'll have you in and out in 10 mins. Also find you and gives you all the best deals. She saved me $500 in just 1 day. Free 1st month and a free 4 hour truck rental for $10 a day, unlimited days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEE SAFE STORAGE. GUARANTEE cheapest storage in Charlotte by far.
