The facility is top-notch, clean, well-lit, and safe, and it is staffed by friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable staff. Recently I needed assistance with a payment-related issue, which was remedied in a timely fashion, in my favor, and was hassle-free. The manager of the facility is amazing. Andrea is very knowledgeable and kind. However, the rate on my unit increased 80% over 3 years--when BeeSafe took over the rates went up a lot faster and steeper. The layout of the lockers is a bit labyrinthian and movers had some trouble getting larger things around corners. Andrea is a shining star here.

Facility was good. Service was OK, not great. The increases were random and often. After the most recent notice, I realized my rate had almost doubled in less the 4-years. My fault for not keeping and eye on it. I terminated my services, and unfortunately would not recommend them. Dispite some of the comments I've read from the owner about rates not being guaranteed, I think taking that position is dishonest. Considering how many people have cited this issue, an honest approach would tell customers, in writing, how much and how often they could reasonable expect increases. ————— Thanks for your reply. Same boilerplate response for numerous other people with the same concern. A change in rate is not my issue, it’s the frequency and consistency. Your increases are not illegal, but you are not forthcoming about their frequency. That’s dishonest and trappy. Don’t trick your customers; provide services with fair and customary billing practices, and they will stay. As for me, I’m gone… Bye!

Andrea, the general manager at the Jessup Grove location, was very kind and informative. She called before my move in day to check in with me, and when I moved in, she helped me sign the lease and get my keys quickly - the process only took about 10 minutes. The only downside was that I did not expect to pay $19 for a special lock and key for my unit, but I understand why they use specific locks and keys to keep everything secure. I would recommend Bee Safe and I appreciate Andrea’s excellent customer service!

This facility is lovely and the people are kind! Just be prepared that you will get regular rent increases once you are moved in. My rent has increased by over 40% since I moved in a little over a year ago, that was unexpected for me. EDIT: Bee Safe responded that the contract notes the possibility of rent increases. That is true! However, the contract does not note that the increases are scheduled in advance and not only market determined. The customer service rep I spoke with informed me that rent increase are scheduled every six months for the first 2-3 years and then every twelve months after that. Once you sign a contract and move in, they reward your loyalty with routine, scheduled, and very high increases. ??

This was an unfortunate experience as the place usually has great customer service, clean facilities and safe as a priority. These conditions were not the concern but the visiting district manager Dave was very rude. Professionals from A1 Movers of Greensboro described him as ill-tempered after he accused them of jamming the elevators. Once they assured him they were not responsible he became progressively agitated. It was an uncomfortable situation, one they are not looking forward to returning to upon pick up.

I have called and talked to many different storage facilities in different states and this one by FAR EXCEEDS all expectations on customer service and responsiveness. I worked with Mrs. Cook and she was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was so friendly. It is hard to find honest, nice and responsive customer service and she certainly does all of that and more! Moving in and coordinating the truck, key and which was the best unit for us.. all of it could not have been better in her capable hands. Call them, talk to Mrs. Cook. She's the best!!

Shelly the GM has always been very accommodating. She is always available to answer questions. She is super professional! The facilities are always pristine and there is always plenty of equipment.

I was looking for storage and found bee safe. The staff was very knowledgeable about how much storage space I need, and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone seeking self storage! The facility is also very clean and well kept. I give this place two thumbs up!
