I am very disappointed in the customer service with Bee safe storage. My bill is due on the 31st of every month. However, I called and spoke with Sh’Nina (a manager with the store) she gave me a price that would need to be paid. 20 minutes later after arriving to the store the price went up $200 dollars. She preceded to refund the amount of $640 dollars, which made me have to pay an additional $888 that day. The $640 was held for several days. In summary, I was lied to and told that a balance was due 30 days before time. This same thing has been done to in the past.I spoke with the owner and he was no help.Also, the company had already cut locks and scheduled an auction date.

Bee Safe is a great storage unit facility in Gboro! Great location, and from the moment we walked in, Sh'Nina, who is always friendly and helpful, takes the time to walk our family through all the available options and costs. She patiently answers every question we have and ensures we choose the perfect unit for our current needs. The building itself is always spotless and well-maintained. We keep our items here because of the service by Sh'Nina tbh, additionally climate control, easy access with elevators, and the available carts that make bringing things in and out super easy. Easy to book, desk clerk was delightful and happy, storage space is clean and easy to access, temperature was perfect and most definitely needed!! A little more costly than most other units and the elevators are standard size which makes it more difficult when moving large furniture and appliances.

Fantastic storage facility!! This is definitely the super deluxe level of storage. It may cost slightly more than other places, but it’s worth every penny to have climate control, elevators, cleanliness, safety, and carts to move your stuff in & out!! Plus they have specials. You really are getting a lot of value for the price. And they have a really nice truck you can rent to move in/out. Highly recommend 10/10!

Several times over my life, I've rented storage units. This Bee Safe is, by far, the BEST! The facility is well built, the building and grounds are always clean and well maintained, and having carts to move goods, and moving materials available on premises, is super convenient. The staff is always cordial, professional, helpful, and friendly, Sh'nina especially. She has helped me immensely, whether in person, or over the phone, answering questions, advising on units, and basically, dealing kindly with this sometimes confused old lady.
