Rates went up. A/C was out twice for 2 months. I filed complaints & reported . front desk staff kept blaming the high temperatures outside. The day I moved, I felt A/C only coming out of the unit by the elevator on the third floor.

Rent is way too high for what it is worth. When we asked about it they blew us off and told us to essentially deal with it, that they could do what they want. When we asked about a smaller unit they told us that it wouldn’t save any money to downgrade. Store your stuff elsewhere if I were you.

I tried to reserve a unit on the first floor a month before my arrival. I have a disability and can not walk far. I was told I could not hold a unit this long and could only reserve one week in advance. After waiting until one week before arriving, there was one unit left, a smaller one, on the third floor....and a lot of walking.

I have had the best experience at Bee Safe Kernersville. The staff (Melissa and Tahtiana) have the most amazing customer service. They are always friendly and helpful.
