The signup and registration process was super easy for storing my vehicle. I had my spot by the end of the online process and was ready to drop my vehicle off. The first parking spot I had was very tight for what I was storing, but Megan was a huge help in getting me a better parking spot that same day! I have had no issues parking since!

Be very cautious before renting here. The customer service is terrible! Someone once left something outside my unit, and instead of pulling cameras or the gate codes, they just called me to let me know that if I didn't move it, I would be charged! I have been a customer for a long time simply because it's too inconvenient to move my things somewhere else. They raise the rent significantly every 6 months, too. I've never seen the units get any improvements. In fact, the paint is peeling off the door to my unit. There is no mention of fixing things just raising the rent, and there is a fee regardless of how you pay the bill every month, from what I'm told.

The ladies in the office were awesome. I am an Expediter and have a 40ft box truck. No trucks over 26 feet should be allowed. The corners are extremely tight. The overview is deceptive. Fortunately, everyone remained in good spirits and some laughter too. I got my delivery accomplished and out of their way. Thankful to be done without much frustration.

I signed paperwork on Friday and couldn’t get in on Sunday - gate malfunctions- called 800 number was told there had been gate issues for awhile- that was NOT disclosed to me!!!! There are 2 other storage companies on same road I could have gone too had I been advised of the issues!! Absolutely NOT acceptable.

What a great place to rent a storage unit! Pamela Rogers is so inviting and helpful, from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. We arrived at CubeSmart after having drove 12 hours in awful traffic, pouring rain, and roads under construction. We had just learned our previously reserved storage unit, with ANOTHER storage company, was not available and we had no where to store our belongings. Exasperated and tired we walked in CubeSmart and met Pamela. Wow, all problems solved! No more huge conglomerate voice machines and apps assisting us & screwing up our reservation! Ms. Pamela located at the CubeSmart in Pineville was phenomenal! She walked me through the process of renting a unit and provided excellent suggestions and service during the entire process! I see why Cube Smart was the winner of "Best Corporate Customer Service". Not only were my husband and I impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how, obviously, well maintained it was, our agent, Pamela, greeted us with a welcoming smile and a confident handshake. As newly transplanted residents, Pamela was professional and patient as she explained the entire process very clearly answering all of our questions to our satisfaction. She "chauffeured" us to our units in the customer care carts and demonstrated the easy opening and closing of the secure gates. We left Cube Smart feeling relieved and confident that our belongings were safe, secure and in good hands with Pamela Rogers and her staff. Thank you very much Pamela and Cube Smart! N. Ewing .

I had to visit CubeSmart because my cousin was moving to Charlotte and need a storage unit. The first day I went to sign the lease they were having major computer issues causing delays. The lady behind the counter was extremely professional and helpful even tho I knew she was clearly upset with the system. When I went to close out the lease. The office was closed during office hours with a sign on the door will return at xxx time. Ok it's a small place so I expected them to have gone to lunch. So I return after the time stated on the sign. There's a car in the small parking lot. So I pull in and see the employee sitting in her car on the phone. So I sit a wait to see how long before she get out of the car, since it's after the time her sign said she was returning. So about 15 mins go by and she still on the phone another car pulls in and she finally get off the phone to unlock the store. Keep in mind there parking lot can only hold about 5 cars and I drive a Dodge ram 1500 so it's not like she didn't see me pull in one parking spot over from her.

I love it! Samantha was great taking care on all my questions, the place looks very clean, looks like it was just painted, everything is located at ground level, so you can park your car at the door of your unit and be able to download or upload easily. Highly recommended

I came in from out of town and Samantha the General Manager couldn't have helped me more. Time was short for me with moving my daughter out of college quickly and having to fly back home.
