I absolutely made up my mind that I was not going to store anything at that location because the traffic in that vicinity is horrible but I went inside and I must say you don’t get Customer Service like I did at Bee Safe. After hours of researching storage facilities, I stumbled upon Bee Safe Storage and was drawn by the overwhelming positive reviews about Roslyn and Nancy. Skeptical of not finding any negative reviews, I reached out to Bee Safe to inquire about the rental process and immediately realized my skepticism was unfounded. Ms. Roslyn’s professionalism was evident from our initial phone call. Not only was she exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, she instantly made me feel like we had been friends for years. Upon flying to Charlotte to set up my unit before my movers arrived, I was met with even more graciousness in person as Ros guided me through the contract signing process and attaching a lock to my unit. I even witnessed Roslyn successfully de-escalate a conflict between two customers that felt like it would’ve gotten out of control without her intervention. The facilities are clean, access is very accommodating and the service quality provided by Roslyn brings the experience to an unexpected level of quality... there is no reason to consider other storage options if there is space available at this facility!!!

The facility is top quality - clean, modern and well designed. The staff is FANTASTIC!! The manager, Roslyn, is exceptionally customer-focused, congenial, knowledgeable, welcoming, and very proactive. Roslyn reached out immediately after we signed up for storage and worked with us to put us in a convenient location within the facility, and when we needed to add on another unit, she helped us through the process. She is GREAT! We are telling all our friends with storage needs to shift to Bee Safe Storage! This is such a great difference from other storage experiences, like Public Storage where the facilities are in bad shape and no one ever reaches out. Bravo to Bee Safe Storage!

I love Meagan the new Manager, that's who get the 3 stars. She goes above and beyond. My issue with her superiors is ignoring emails that are addressing issues that should be addressed. I sent an email over a month ago I still haven't received a return call or email. How unprofessional is that. This is a business, and it should be handled accordingly. I pay for a storage unit monthly. The first month or two when Mr. Adam was manager the place was always unclean, the restrooms, the entrance when you come in had spider webs, trash on the floors inside. Ughhhh! How lazy was he. Now, they have put a lock on the restroom where the customers can't use it unless management opens it. I have come to my storage unit several times and tried to use the restroom before leaving and the door was locked. The arrogance of the upper management. Think twice before renting here. Go across the street to Uhaul if need be or anywhere else who cares about their customers. Thank you.

Where do I begin!!! Megan was absolutely Phenomenal! From the initial phone conversation she made it so easy to do business with BeeSafe.. I was initially shopping around but her customer service and attention to detail made me look no further. Even when it came to upgrading my storage unit, as I foolishly noticed later I chose a storage unit size way to small (which she also recommended for us a bigger size upfront after she took the time to ask me what I was planning on putting in the unit.. I should have listened and took her recommendation!) She still made it very easy to upgrade to a bigger unit! The facility was very clean and well kept but Megan is truly what sold me on BeSafe Storage.

Bee Safe Storage is the best storage unit I have ever had and I've had many. It is spotlessly clean. The lights are motion activated, so I could work on organizing my unit for as long as I needed without constantly having to reset the lights. They play music. It was just a wonderful atmosphere. Special thanks to Adam who was really helpful. I'm sure I will be a Cube Smart/Bee Safe Storage customer again. I will never, ever use their competition with the green & white color scheme and the endless price increases.

Bait and switch! The space I purchased and was shown in showroom is not the space I received. Very disappointing. And the welcome bag including the lock I purchased that was promised to be in my space upon arrival did not exist. I feel unwelcomed/unappreciated for choosing BeeSafe/Cube Smart at 13402 Lancaster Hwy in Pineville NC and I will not recommend that to anyone. Current renter ****Update **** After speaking with Adam and him offering to fix my upset. I am pleased at the swift response and willingness to accommodate. I will rent here again

What a great experience. I was able to easily book a reservation on line, and Shiloh was extremely helpful in ensuring that my check in was timely and that I had everything I needed to store my items. Hi customer service was remarkable. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I initially went to UHAUL but the wait times were unbearable and no one could help. I googled storage units in my area and I came across bee safe storage. I called and spoke to Trish who made the process simple and hassle free!! She answered every question I had and showed me an exact unit they have prepared and ready use. The units are clean and with no issues. If you ever need a storage unit with great customer service use bee safe storage
