The customer service here is top notch. Thomasiana is the GOAT! Cube smart doesn’t currently take APPLEPAY and it was the only form of payment I had at the time- however Thomasiana stayed a couple minutes after office hours just to accommodate me so we could find a way around that and get my unit! and we did! I can’t recommend this location enough!

Thomasina is amazing!! I ended up at a different CubeSmart location and was not the happiest with the customer service or the location/facility so I switched to this location. She was amazing straight off the bat. Was super incredibly helpful with pricing as I couldn’t decide on what unit I wanted/needed size wise. I can’t recommend this location enough. This place increased our rates continuously over time, yet allowed our precious memories to be destroyed by leaking which normal maintenance would have prevented. When asked about it, they demanded we move the things ourselves and offered no assistance. That location was not convenient for me because my unit was inside and there were two closed doors to go through to get to it which made it harder while pushing things on a flat bed. If you have a helper then it will work out for you. Also, there is no ramp accessible to get you inside easily; you'll be hitting bumps going through the doors if you're using a flat bed, not ideal for a smooth ride. I didn't like the fact that I had to punch in my access code when exiting. By default, the gate should've gone up when anyone exiting, duh I am already inside what's the point of putting codes again? That's stupid.

Sharon was great and went over and beyond to help resolve my issue with a unit that was accidentally leased out to someone else due to a glitch in the system. The district manager however refused to return my calls nor honor the original rate that i originally agreed to. I was a repeat customer and was hoping to make this my go to storage for years to come but David Gustafson (DM) only cares about his quarterly bottom line and will gladly let a dissatisfied customer leave than resolve an issue. I guess there will always be another person to scumbag into the unit when I leave. JUST BE AWARE When signing your lease. Rates change frequently and you may be the next victim!! End of Rant!!

The reason I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because the price increases about $20 per year. It's now nearly $200/month(w/ insurance) for a 10x15 unit. I feel that's too high for a medium size unit. I no longer need the unit, but I think I would've switched to a less expensive facility.

They did such a fantastic job helping us with EVERYTHING. Stephen and Bridget helped with all steps and had the best personalities. No surprises, what they said is what we got. Reccomend this to anybody looking for a storage unit.

Rebecca was very very helpful to me when I needed a unit and then needed to cancel. I've never had a storage unit place where someone drives in a golf cart to show you where your unit is. I really appreciated Rebecca's above-and-beyond customer service!

Staff, nice! Facility, clean and convenient! But totally ridiculous that CubeSmart _requires_ 'insurance' on top of their monthly rental fee. Adds about 20% to the cost. Should be included in quote if required, otherwise should be optional. Fee not disclosed until I'd moved everything in!

They are supposed to provide storage and access to you storage unit during posted hours. After signing up and moving in, was not able to get past the keypad at the gate when I really needed something out of the storage unit. After an hour trying to get customer service on the phone since their office closed earlier than the gate, was told to come back when office is open. The keypad to enter gate is broken down and they admitted several other customers have been having issues with it, but they do not care! They also advertise a free moving truck to assist customers, they said it is "rarely available"! There are plenty of storage options nearby, I highly recommend using anybody else!

Great facility in convenient location between Chatham and Chapel Hill Road. Right off of the interstate once you are entering Raleigh. Great rates with good specials. General manager Shawna is very nice and service oriented which makes the leasing process very easy

I paid extra for climate controlled unit. The day I move out it is hot and humid and I was told the AC unit malfunctioned "last night" - but then when I went through my suitcases of clothes they were damp and musty, I had to wash and dry everything. I called back for some refund, especially since I moved out after 1 week into the month and was charged a full month , and was told - oh we are so sorry, nothing we can do. Very poor customer service as far as I'm concerned!!

Don't use this place!! They have been illegally renting a unit in my name to someone else without my permission. I canceled the unit, confirmed the cancellation and move out, and just found out they have been allowing someone to use a unit in my name "as long as it was paid for and locked."
