If you need a storage unit, Bee Safe Storage at Gateway Commons Circle, Wake Forest is the place to go. First off, it is immaculate . The facility is top notch. Very pleasant experience from day one. Your staff member Ce Ce was very helpful and kind during my stay. Office management has changed hands. There has been serious problems in the past with mold, due to the improper insulation in the wine cellar and bad ventilation. Storms have flooded the back parking lot and outside units. Just an FYI

Poorly designed parking. Do not even attempt to get in during the weekend or you will get caught in a traffic jam. If a large truck or god forbid an 18 wheeler parks back here it's all over; nobody is getting in or out. Constant rate increases every couple of months. These guys are the most expensive storage facility around and they are always raising their rates. Generally a very friendly staff. Clean facility. Safe neighborhood. I actually would not have posted this two star review except for the fact that Bee Safe specifically asked me to so I did. :)

Looked at competitve storage facility nearby, and Bee Storage was more expensive, but worth the increase; Friendly, professional staff, clean facility, wider halls and doorways for moving in, better control of temp ranges and innovative with locking system. Contactless service was greatly appreciated. At the same, the office managers were always available by phone and worked quickly to address any issues and concerns. Managers were professional, friendly and helpful. Managers left the main door open, upon my request, to accommodate my movers. Apparently, managers monitor everything from the office. The units were clean. The building and units were well lit; so, I felt safe on the premises. I did not have to sign a longterm contract, and that was a real plus. My experience with CubeSmart was the most stress free of my entire move. I will highly recommend them to my friends.

This is the first time I’ve gotten a storage unit and Andy made the whole experience smooth and quick! When I first called to say I would be there around 5ish to sign the lease and everything, he even offered to stay past his work time in case I was running a little bit late. Used this location for about 2 months. It is a great place to have temp controlled storage, locked, and safe, however, on three occasions (3), the elevators didn't work. I was on the top floor and always had items from trade show that were heavy. I had to go back to my actual, load items up, and return again. These occasions were after hours, which made it highly inconvenient and unable to get help. The other customers that were also trying to load items or take items from their storage said that it happens sometimes. Either way, if you aren't on the bottom floor, I'd always check the elevators before you unload your items. I was also disappointed with how much they up charge with insurance. Pay attention to advertised prices because once it's said and done, the prices are much higher than you plan on.

Jackie and Kelly will far exceed your expectations. Jackie stayed well beyond closing to find a unit for my last minute request,when the movers were not able to get my furniture upstairs, so I called Bee Safe and Jackie was knowledgeable about the unit I would need to take care of my request. Even though, it was well past 6:00 she showed me the unit , answered all my questions and was so personable. Later, I showed up to retrieve a few things from the unit, but was having some difficulties with the lock and this kind woman detected this on the security monitor and walked out to help. This speaks to how she enjoys her work and how accommodating she is. I was able to open the lock, as she arrived, but she was there if I needed her. Thanks Jackie and Kelly!

Nice clean new facility. Measure elevator before getting upper level unit. Parking a little tight when others there.

Absolutely outstanding facility and even greater customer service. Jackie went above and beyond on getting us settled with what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting outstanding service and storage.

Excellent and friendly staff, facility is clean and safe. Exceptional on site manager!!! I love that the facility is only accessible to those with access codes. Great Location, easy in and out. You won't be disappointed!

This place is run wonderfully, the staff is helpful and friendly and truly works in the best interest of the customer, I would recommend this place 10 times over to anyone wanting to have a safe place to store belongings
