Really sad because this place is nice and flat and close to my house and I believe I was the first customer they had when it opened in April 2023 however the gate hasn’t worked since it opened over 6 months ago. They keep saying the owners are going to fix it next month and that was 4 months ago. They also advertise 6am-10pm but actually it’s only open until 6pm and sometimes not even that late. But then again I’ve driven by after 8pm and the gate is still open with nobody in the office. Was planning on storing my trailer there however anyone can come in and hook up and steal it and nobody would say a word. Now they raise my rent by almost 20% from $169 to $197 and to ad insult to injury they are now advertising my exact size unit (drive up 10x20) for $109.50 ??? Their occupancy rate is around 15% and they have the nerve to hike the prices on their existing customers and give the new ones a 50% discount?? Of course they will respond to this post with some computer generated response and they send me to a help desk somewhere but we all know nothing will be done. Owners should be ashamed of themselves….

Not impressed! This is a new location. The gate does not close and poses a big security risk. Office is closed a lot! Update: the gate still does not work and they have the nerve to drastically increase the monthly rate and failed to honor my coupon! Don’t not use this location!
