I am currently locked into the facility behind the gate at 10:05 and had to call the police to come help me get out.. if we can even get out tonight. This is insane. If someone is inside before 10 then they should be able to get out after 10. Sometimes things take a while to load into the car. Sometimes people have a crazy busy day and the earliest they can get there is 15 minutes before it closes. Regardless, if someone has a code to get in, comes in before close, they should be able to get back out after hours. It’s 2024 cubesmart GET WITH THE PROGRAM UPDATE YOUR TECH

The storage space is good, but not easily accessible to large trucks. The members entrance in the back is quite tight to maneuver through and definitely has been a paint-point when I've visited. I had my unit from 2017-2024. I pulled my belongings out due to constant price increases. My initial rate was just at 100. Canceling this last week, I have been paying 250 and that was with a military discount. Overall the space is well-cared for though and I did not have any issues with the storage space.

They gave us a unit much larger than we asked for. The rent increased from $120 to $370 after 4 months. Unresponsive via phone and email so finally had to go into the physical office. Person working was ok but basically said ‘sorry there’s nothing we can do.” Don’t bother with this place.

Increased monthly rent drastically (about 35%) after three months. Just enough time for you to move everything in. Seems like a strong-arm tactic to make you pay more than planned or move everything to a new unit.

I needed to move my college daughter's stuff within just a couple hours. I called, got a unit, got an email with the welcome and gate info, the lock and keys were already in the unit, the gate functioned great and the unit was still nice and clean when we collected her stuff to move her back into the dorm recently. I did this all within 30 minutes without needing to sign paperwork in person, and yet, the on-site manager was awesome to call me ASAP and see if I needed anything from her! If I need a unit for her again for other summers, I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer! Finally, I didn't have to give 30 days notice before a full month to cancel like other companies! I am REALLY grateful for that.

Gee, after renting a space, the price didn't match advertised special, they tack on a $20.00 "admin fee" (for what, I'm not sure, only one person at the desk at any time) , and a mandatory $12.00 / ($2000.00) monthly insurance policy. Then I show up to load my space. Environmentally controlled? Felt very damp and cool, and the heat isn't even on, not one air handler (of six) running (to cut costs) even though its 55°, low of °32. Am buying a temp humidity monitor

Convenient and easy check in and out process with perfect location to my new residence. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff Adam and Russell at the Market Street location in Wilmington, NC were amazing with last minute preparations and exiting the unit and also with final payments and paperwork. Clean and climate controlled building which was a great plus moving heavy objects in the summer months of August here in North Carolina. I just cannot say enough about how easy the new transition to living here has been with the help and storage unit I had at CUBESMART!

They turn the AC off and ruined my leather furniture, my daughter did say when she went to the unit it was wicked hot in there, meaning they didn't have the AC on. So to save money they turn the AC off, it's suppose to be climatized, ya right! BS.....

This is a horrible location and they do not honor fair business practices. I removed my items from storage and canceled my account and they continued to charge me beyond my lease after I was told I would not be charged again. They refused to refund the amount. I was told I only needed to remove my items and that it was noted in the system that I would be canceling my lease and would not be charged any further. Additionally, the units are infested with bugs. I would recommend not using this facility as there are many other options in the area with comparable or better pricing that are not infested with bugs and also don't steal money from their customers.

I just used CubeSmart on Market (Ogden). They usually run specials, and holding a unit online is super easy. The staff upfront are super nice!! They have indoor and outdoor units, its gated and secure. If I needed to use a storage unit again, I would definitely go back to them.

We rented a large storage unit without visiting the facility and were so pleased to find that the entire property was clean and in perfect working order. We never had trouble with the gates or the doors, and carts were always available for moving our stuff in and out. Beware! I stored items here and was charged for a full month beyond what I used DESPITE being told that wouldn’t happen. I asked several times when I reserved the space because I knew I needed 1 week more than 3 months. I knew the exact dates & told them & confirmed on the day of actual rental, but they still charged me a full month rather than the 1 week extra like they said. Go elsewhere if you need to store for partial time.
