My code to reach the second floor was accepted, however, the elevator would not move (nor would the "2" light up when pressed), so I have no place to put my belongings as the U-Haul I used needed to be returned; now my personal belongings are stuck in the elevator on the first floor for anyone to take. Thank you Cube Smart. I would post pictures and video, no option available though.

Your staff made the experience so good . Specifically, Meredith at the location where I have my unit. The day I arrived I was exasperated and exhausted, after spending hours dealing with a competitor of yours. When they left me unable to access my storage unit after I had scheduled my arrival with them days in advance since I had to hire movers and arrived with hourly paid movers and a moving van. Meredith greeted us with a huge smile and that was already a relieve after I have spent the better half of the day dealing with a customer service center over the phone. Meredith was quick to help and made the process quick and easy. She explained my options and answered all of my questions. Within an hour the moving van was unpacked and all taken care of. Meredith sweet and professional nature really turned the day around for me. Thank you Meredith

Simple step by step process. Cheap rates. Air conditioned location. Friendly staff as well as a clean and convenient storage space made this process so easy for me! CubeSmart has been an excellent experience so far. The security is first rate. Climate control and cleanliness on units are perfect for sensitive storage such as electronics, or in my case musical instruments. I love this place most of the staff are sweet as pie I had one bad experience thanks to my ex who before we broke up made sure her name was the only one on the storage unit and the insured that me and my brother would not be able to access it when she went through changed the gate code and changed our lock so that the staff would not be able to legally help us

I liked 24hr/7day access. Very clean. Office staff polite, prompt and helpful. The elevator always worked. Rolling carts were plentiful and convenient. Furniture remained in excellent condition. Well lit with motion lights... I felt safe on my own or with others. Door to the unit worked smoothly and handled easily with a light touch. If needed, I would use Cube Smart again.

I made the mistake of booking the wrong Cubesmart location for my rental when I arrived at this location. However, within minutes of explaining my situation, the staff were kind enough to reach out to the other location and get my rental switched. What I thought was going to be a hassle was such a smooth process. I can not thank them enough! On top of amazing customer service, my storage unit was spotless when I arrived and they provide plenty of moving carts to get my items in the storage unit.

They raise my rate by 20% every six months. Also, they claim to give you a discount for referrals but they don't! I re ferred my sister and never got my discount. I called and texted the manager several times trying to get my discount and never got got the courtesy of a response or discount. Bait and switch tactics.

Cube Smart Garris road is amazing. It was my first time renting a storage unit and I underestimated how much space I needed. Nicole and Pamela were super helpful and professional through the whole process. Nicole rented me my first unit - then a couple days into my move, I was frantically trying to fit everything in and realized it would not fit. OMG! CubeSmart is the best storage facility in the world! At least as far as I know and I’ve seen quite a few! I feel like I’m stepping in to the future at CubeSmart after walking away from the old-fashioned typical storage unit filled with dust, pollen and spiderwebs. The few extra dollars for the climate controlled environment along with the extra security and the amazing extra large covered loading zone, makes it the best investment for storage anywhere in the country! :-))

Pamela was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my storage unit here. The latch on the unit I was assigned to was broken and Pamela walked up with me and moved me to a different unit immediately with no issues, she even helped move some of my stuff down the hall into my new unit. The facility is very nice, brand new, all indoors, and incredibly secure with cameras everywhere with coded access to each door and even the elevator.

My horrible experience is due to Pamela in the main office. I am a small business owner and use a 6x12 enclosed trailer for work. I had parked my truck and trailer on the far side of the parking lot while loading. Making sure not to block the main parking spots that are typically used. Pamela came out and informed us that we had to move because she had two moving trucks coming in. Mind you, we are only there for a max of maybe 20 minutes. We had a 2nd conversation with Pamela where she was extremely rude AGAIN stating that we need to be more thoughtful to other people and we shouldn't take up the 4 spots we were in (the 4 furthest away spots). Said we needed to move to the road so the moving company trucks could park. We were using the carts to bring heavy tools out from our unit to the trailer. To have to push those all the way to the road would be difficult. As a business owner, I understand being respectful to other people and especially to customers. I did not feel that we were respected as a customer of CubeSmart. Pamela clearly puts moving companies ahead of the everyday customers. This is why I have taken my business to another storage facility in town that provides better customer service. Also, the bathroom that is used by customers was out of soap for a week straight. I had to go in the office to tell her and she stated she would "get some on order".

She is very friendly and helpful! There are carts you can use and an overhang in parking lot to keep you out of rain. Security concerns are covered and I always feel safe. When my Daughter got sent home from UNCW during COVID-19 I worked with CubeSmart over the phone from Massachusetts to set up an account for my Daughter and her friend to rent a storage unit to hold their stuff the next day. They had to fly home and I had no way of driving down the time they had to move out.

Beautiful brand new facility with amazing customer service. We came in on moving day during a horrible thunderstorm and the overhang on the building made moving during the storm no big deal. We had more furniture to take on home and needed a tarp, one of the sweetest reps offered to take me to Home Depot for a tarp so our things weren’t ruined. I’ll use this facility and other cube smarts for all my storage needs.

The facility is very conveniently located for college students and their pricing is very reasonable. Additionally the staff is welcoming and helpful. Shoutout Nicole for hooking me up with a better deal on a larger unit as well, the extra space was much needed!

Pamela, the store manager, worked with us so much! We had planned to rent a spot, having picked one out, and then COVID-19 hit and our plans were delayed. She stayed in touch with us and helped us know our options, etc. The store was the Garris Rd location in Wilmington, NC.

We were excited when a storage facility opened in this great location. Then we met Steve and his team who helped us select the right climate control storage from our needs. The place is spotless, well lit, and secure. We know our items being stored there will stay safely and remain in great shape. Finally, getting in and out of the facility has been very easy; so much better than battling traffic to the north.
