Interior light didn't work. Overhead door spring broke and repair guy couldn't get out to fix it promptly. 2 days later staff forced door open then told me they couldn't secure my stuff so I should get it all out ASAP. I did, and never went back.

Can't beat this price, Conveniently located, Easy access to unit especially during business hours where entry gate is held for you, Easy mobile sign-up where I was able to sign up for a unit completely online, Communication to me as a new renter was clear and throughout, and a welcome bag with lock and keys was nicely prepared for me upon first visit.

I wish I could rate it zero stars. I’ve had my storage unit less than three years but rent has increased 40%. Went to get something out of my unit and it was plowed in with snow. They blame it on their “vendor”. Snow has been here for a week and still not properly plowed. Place is a dump.

I've had my storage unit there for about a year and have been satisfied. The guys in the office are so nice and helpful, but I must say that the doors going to the smaller units could be replaced, the parking lot and driveways inside the gates could stand resurfacing. I imagine that those types of improvements can be costly but I believe necessary.

The only complaint is my storage is in last row you can't turn around to get out you need to move your stuff while they are open so they can open the gate for you to get out other than that no complaints the guys that waited on me were very nice and helpful

Even if you leave the 2nd day of the month, they will still charge you the full amount. I was told when I rented the storage it would be "No problem at all" as long as I gave them a heads up. Don't lie to your customers.

This is the best storage experience I have ever had. I have moved between multiple states and have had many storage units, sometimes for up to 2 years at a time. This has, by far, been the best experience I have had. Scott and Jeremy were extremely helpful setting up a unit to meet some unexpected storage needs. The two office guys were nice, professional, and thorough. The grounds were clean. As far as price, they are competitive. They claim to have 24/7 support, but they do not. Called for two hours on a Saturday and tried to use their chat, but I was unable to speak to a human. Bad customer service when it is unresponsive.

I called to find out if they had a storage unit in the size I required. They said they could have it swept clean and ready for me immediately. The unit was completely clean when I arrived 45 minutes later and the paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. They were very helpful and friendly. Great customer service.

I have been trusting Great Value Storage with my overflow of belongings for the last few years and recently outgrew that unit so had to upgrade to a larger storage unit. Though it had been a few years since I had stepped foot in the office, I was greeted by Gina as if it were just yesterday and treated as if I was here most important tenant. She took the time to make sure I saw the unit I was upgrading to, and was beyond accommodating with my new lease agreement. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in caring from her customers and thus far exceeds whatever expectation you would ever have of a self storage rental facility.

I gave this place 5star few months ago. BUT they owed my 50 Dollars didn’t give back to me for canceling due . They don’t pick up the phone. Said send me the check, but never received, I called, they said it should be mail to me in two weeks. But it’s 3months now. I never heard from them. And then they thieves my money.

The storage area was clean, very open, very tall (over 10') ceilings and easily accessible. The staff were courteous and ready to help. The pricing was reasonable and some discounts were available, which the staff automatically applied for you. Highly recommended.
