Bobby got me set up and is awesome to work with. He has fantastic customer service, and he alone deserves a 5-star rating. I have leased storage units at other Cubesmart locations before and was disappointed at the condition of this location. The others are new and well maintained. I'm giving 3 stars because the location on Dellway is an old warehouse and it looks like the company did nothing to update the facility to make it clean and a place you feel good about leaving your belongings. The floor is crumbling in places, holes in concrete walls, rusty pipes overhead of the units, mouse traps and poison packs EVERYWHERE. We were under the wire to unload the uhaul and return it by a certain time, otherwise I would not have stored our stuff there. Also, there Is no ramp, just steps to get up to the first floor. This place shouldn't be used for personal belongings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life and I can't wait to move my stuff out. The doors are constantly broken and they will not fix. There are pot holes in the entry that they put cones over and will not fix. The managers will tell you one thing about a rate increase and tell you to call back later to see if it changes. They kick the bucket down the road then force you to come up with an outrageous amount. I have never been late, and they increased my bill by 60+ dollars within 3 months. DO NOT DO IT. THEY ARE A SCAMMMMMMMMM!!!!

Staff members are not there during listed office hours. There's always a busted window at the bottom of the garage door entrance allowing whatever bugs, rodents, or transient people in. And the price has gone up twice. The first time was a modest increase. But this latest increase that will take effect a month from now will be an increase of $35. Time to go elsewhere to a more secure, cleaner, and more reasonably priced facility... My advice, don't bother renting a unit from here!! UPDATE: I sent CubeSmart an email with my contact information as they requested in their reply to my initial review. However, they have yet to reach out to me.

Quick process with getting the reservation and account step, only hiccup I ran into was do to mobile Microsoft Edge auto filling the wrong details for my lease and account edge auto fill all my old landlords information like email address and phone number causing my account to send information to the wrong person and not able to create my account right away. The roll up doors to the exterior have been broken for months so the place is not secure even at night. Many of the storage units have water leaking into them including mine and has for over a year. Told the people that work there and all they said was yeah that's been going on a while. Came in today to access my space and there is a homeless guy that appears like he lives In his car, parked in the open garage bay with music blaring. Very poorly run. If you want a secure and dry place to keep your belongings,this is not it.

The doors at the location 814 Dellway cincinnati ohio are broken and have been broken for the 10 months I do not feel safe when I am there. As the doors do not close when you are there. Anyone can be in the aisle anyone can just walk in!!! I have talked to management, and I am told the same thing - parts are ordered. guess what?? its just something they say not something that they do / did. If safety is a concern of yours. I suggest you find another storage company. This one does care about your safety!

Mostly good. Bring your own cart, because theirs are usually busted. Also, check for proper operation of both of the garage doors before parking your car. If the other door isn't working, you could get blocked in, or you could block someone else in.

I would not recommend this location. Entry door that should be opened with your code has been broken for a few weeks now so anyone can come in as they see fit. My storage unit which is ground level has water dripping upon my things I'm assuming from a leak on the 2nd floor. The location also seems sketchy when coming during the night. Been renting for the past 4 months and the last two invoices magically have a $10 increase with no explanation. It's sad that the state of the facility takes away from the staff who are friendly.

The facility is nice; however, in my opinion, what separates them from their competitors is their General Manager Chase Burroughs. From my first call with her through closing out my account she was professional and offered fantastic customer service, starting with her great attitude. At the end of the day most storage units are the same. Go with CubeSmart and go with this location because of the superior customer service you will receive.

I think it's a great storage facility. You can pull inside the building right in front of the elevator to make loading/unloading quick & easy. It is climate controlled so condensation is no issue and it's clean The staff are very friendly and helpful. It might be a little more expensive than other facilities, but it's worth it.

They had the size that I needed and on the floor that I preferred, fair prices. Your homeowners insurance or renters insurance would cover the insurance requirements or you can insure it through them. The guy I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and the manager, Chris, made the rental process Seam quick. In and out in no time at all. It appears to have plenty of security measures in place. Very happy with my choice.

Chase is amazing. Her customer service and patience was greatly appreciated. I had booked my unit online not knowing I was being given one with a huge cement pillr in the middle of it. When I explained my disdain, she patiently worked with me to get another one. All this while juggling multiple other customers during a high peak time on a Saturday afternoon. This woman needs a raise for how she handled it all with patienceand professionalism!

I love this facility. The employees are very nice will go far and beyond to assist with anything in their power. The place is climate controlled, plus there are 3 lovely bays Inside to park your car or truck. However, twice since I have been renting, there have been 2 accidents. The first one an inexperienced driver rented a high truck, backed it in the bay damaging lights etc. at the top. Another time the bay door was closed and someone backed into it breaking one of the window panes on the bay door. It would do them and us good to place visible warning signs up re: height/ width, etc. Also, it would be nice if they would put up 1 or 2 lights in front. That broken window in the door kept the bay out of commission for a few weeks.. There are security cameras everywhere, but I still try not to go after dark.

Worms, larvae, mold + broken door = Loss items As you can see in the picture attached my items were full of worms, larvae, mold. Please be aware of this Storage policy. They market a service they do not provide. It is clear that the contract is not been served. the purpose of the service they market, safely store items, is not being held. I lose not only sentimental items but very expensive items that I place in this storage because I thought they were trustful. This company makes you pay for an insurance company, that after more than a month that had filed a claim, has not answered to me. On top of that, as you can see in the photo attached, the door to enter to the building has been broken for MONTHS, anyone can enter the building, what leaves you and your items complete expose, but do not worry, because you are paying for an insurances company that is never going to answer, nor the Cube"Smart" customer service. I DO NOT feel safe inside of the building. If you want to keep your items and your mental health, do not trust this storage.

I got a unit here in May, and recently got a second unit. I am a recent grad and had to move items from two different states, which required an additional unit. The ladies at the Dellway location have made storage the least of my concerns during this transition. Excellent customer service, and well-maintained facilities! My new storage unit is literally right next to my original unit so moving out will be a breeze. Little things count, and they think of it all. I would definitely store with them again!

I have used cubesmart in New York and in Ohio and they are always a great experience. The Cubesmart on Dellway St in Cincinnati is fantastic. I especially like the fact that I can drive my car inside the facility so I can unload conveniently even when it is rainy, cold or windy outside.

I stopped by here on a Sunday morning to get a storage unit I was greeted by a amazing and wonderful worker by the name of Chase she made my experience great, unfortunately because of this virus we weren’t able to use the system for me to sign my paperwork so I had to come back in to sign them by hand I had no problem doing that. I come back a few days later and there was a different employee there Ms Pitts unfortunately my experience with her was NOT the same as Chase. Pitts was very rude and unprofessional her comments about me having to wait in the lobby and how I should’ve made a appointment was very unprofessional and she wasn’t even speaking directly to me she was speaking to another customer who was in the store, I guess she didn’t think I heard her so I left. I returned the next day hoping to see Chase but nope the Pitts lady was there and she was gone from the desk a very long time then came out from the back at 6:05pm trying to close up the store, we had been waiting over 45 minutes for her and so were other customers! Once AGAIN she was rude and basically called me a liar when I told her how she treated me the day before, other things went on and she called the police!!! My experience with her was horrible and for that alone I wouldn’t recommend this place or just call ahead to see if Chase is there!!!

I’ve used Cubesmart since July of 2019. I felt safe going here. The facility was easily accessible, secure, and well lit. Chase Burroughs is who made my rental experience here amazing. She was kind, gentle, patient, understanding, and very accommodating. She did a fantastic job with helping me navigate solutions to make renting from cube smart beneficial. I appreciate the way she handled me. She spoke to me like I was human, and took her time to make sure all of my questions were answered. If you need to rent storage, I’d definitely recommend coming here to store your things. Just ask for Chase, she’ll take great care of you.

The company tricks you with the whole "first month free" thing. They just throw on an administration fee that almost equals the price of rent. And you guessed it, the fee is pointless. However, the ladies at this location are angles and seem to know people by name. They are the saving grace of this review

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with CubeSmart in Avondale. I worked with Chase Burroughs and she was absolutely delightful. Very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me figure out what kind of unit I needed and was very thorough during my move in. Do not rent from Cubesmart because they rip you off if you’re late paying. I was charged 98.00 for a unit I moved out of and 110.00 auction fee and my things were never auctioned. When I questioned the amount I paid, they swore it was legitimate. How can they charge for a unit I moved out of and then charge someone else who moves in behind me for the same month? That’s double dipping! Ripoff!!!!

Wonderful experience!! Due to some legal issues with my apartment, I was in a pinch where I had a day and a half to get everything out of my apartment so I could terminate the lease. Everyone at Life Storage was SO helpful with my stressful circumstance! They helped me find the needed storage unit, found a truck for me to use, and let me use their dolly/cart to move. It made a sticky situation bearable and I am so excited to find a safe/climate controlled storage unit so centrally located. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage space in the area!

Due to a work transfer, I needed a climate controlled storage unit ASAP. Unfortunately the one closest to my house did not offer climate control. The call center directed me to the location on Dellway. I was initially impressed with the personalized call from Julian to make sure I was coming in, at the scheduled time, and to ask if I had any additional questions that the call centerAyers not have answered. I told him I would be in the next day and he kindly told me that he wouldn't be there but that I would be well taken care of. Upon arriving, I was greeted by William. I don't know how complicated the storage unit business is, but it seems like a lot managing all those units. William walked me through the whole place so I could my unit from any entrance. He also got me a storage unit that was closer to then loading dock, than previously assigned. His customer service was great too. It wasn't necessary but he always referred to me as, "Sir". William also gave me some antibacterial wipes to keep in my car. You might not think of a storage unit worker as a salesman but William was on point! Although I didn't need them, I appreciated the fact that he asked me if I needed blankets or boxes for my move. He even offered me the services of a truck I case I had a huge haul. This place is honestly a little bit of a drive for me but I'll make sure to do that drive because the customer service is worth it!!

Update after around 8 to 9 years of renting a unit here I just visited my unit today and the gate was destroyed I could just walk right into the garage the building is run-down looking like it has gone downhill what is my $160 a month going to do not recommend renting a unit I moved my valuable items out leaving nothing worth stealing until they start spending my $160 a month on repairing the building Each storage locker renter has his or her unique access code to the building if you enter the building when the office is closed it tells them who and the lock to the building even says welcome "Your name here" 2 garages to pull your vehicle in to unload your stuff 24-hour video surveillance.
