They stole $800-$900 worth of stuff out my of storage unit and then continued to make me pay for the unit. The manager made a claim stating they had to do inventory on my belongings and went and took whatever they wanted and left me with nothing. I will never pay or use cubesmart. This is unexpected and unacceptable considering that they do not have any evidence or surveillance of them taking my things. Please be mindful you maybe robbed here.

If I could give a 0 I would the owner stole my things 2000 worth of my property games chairs and work out equipment I been paying them for almost a year they cut the locks off my unit just because I have not been to the unit in months but I was still paying them so they had no right to break in my unit in steal my things in they have bugs as well my things had bugs in it I’m so disappointed I would never rent from them again in my life

I’m very dissatisfied with CubeSmart at this point. They close too early for one thing. Another thing is the rodent problem is ridiculous. I’m always having issue with the spiders centipedes when I go there they should exterminate a little more often little more freely. Also, the rates go up And I don’t understand why. They don’t have extra overhead. They weren’t hit by Covid. They don’t have extra expenses, but they Continue to raise the rates.

I’ve use the storage like 10 yrs ago when my sons were younger now all grown and to tell you that this is the most cleanest and kindest place that I can say I love wouldn’t choose none other unless they went out of business ??but it’s just me I think it’s safe as well because I was there yesterday and there was a police car in the rear I felt ok but it was only 4:30pm idk what it’s like after hours ?? omg reasonable $$ convenient off freeway

Great place to store your things if you want a safe, dry and rodent free environment. The price never goes down but will go up quite a bit after the promotional offer. No matter how long your there there are no discounts abs they will lien your cube if your 2 months late.

I feel like he went above and beyond in assisting me with my storage unit, the lock for it, and when I decided that the original 5×10 unit was gonna be too small, he was extremely Helpful with upgrading my unit to a 10×10 easily, and with very little more of an expense. Came here for the first time with a friend to help her get some stuff out of storage. Decent place but more lighting is needed in some areas. Have to use phone's flashlight to see inside storage unit. It would be good to have a light switch inside each unit with the renter responsible for bringing own lightbulb.

The office is very friendly especially Brian but myself if there was another place I could have picked I would have I do not like that they don't have U-Haul services I don't like that there is no one to help you take your things up but I can understand due to social distancing you can never find a cart when you need one to take her things up to the elevator the elevator is slow is creepy in there every other light work there should be more Lighting in a little more security anybody can just walk in and just hang around without them even noticing

Sketchy place to keep your things. There was garbage everywhere, and the front desk receptionists direct customers to throw their trash in the abandoned building across the street. This facility (Leuer Ave.) really needs trash receptacles, at the very least.

My 2nd time around at Solon Cube Smart. Clean as a whistle. Very helpful staff! They go out of their way to work with everyone. Easy to access no matter what the weather. Climate controlled. Plenty of room for large vehicles.

Assistant was courteous and helpful. The reservation rate and unit size increased when i arrived because the unit size i requested for was no longer available even though the reservist stated it was available the same day.The facility itself looks to need some maintenance TLC. I recieved a second floor indoor unit assuming it was climate controlled and it was very hot with no units running. Corridors were dark i believe the automation lighting controls were non operational so i had to use a flashlight. Overall its a fair quality facility for storing you basic households. I recommend not storing climate control sensitive items here since its not working currently or if they even have a system.

I am always renting at CubeSmart every time I move and need storage... I go there. I love the buildings, Customer service and all the employees I've dealt with in the past. This is the 1st time at this particular place. So I was really curious on what type of service I was going to receive. I have to admit that it was cleaner than expected. The customer service was ok. It was the end of the day and close to closing. But it could have been way better. Although she was probably having some work related issues. She still maintained a happy you were here personality. Which is why I gave her 5 Stars.

Great service! Loction could be better but still secure. Has a 6 foot fence all the way around and a pin activated gate. Rates are considerably more affordable than most storage places in the area and has a lot of available units (at the time I was there). Definitely recommend if you need storage that's secure and affordable. Only downside is that the carts/trolleys can be a bit difficult to find as they're never placed back in designated spot. Only a minor issue though.
