TERRIBLE experience. Someone tried to cut the lock off our unit and they would not even check cameras from the property to see what happened. When it happened, we decided to take everything out. We had already paid for the month of Dec, but with the attempted theft, we had everything out by noon on Dec1st. They would not prorate what we had paid to compensate. Very disappointed.

I just rented a storage unit from these guys and I am impressed with how clean the storage space is and the security lock. Iam also satisfied with the process it took to purchase the unit as well as the valued price for the size I chose. The manager on duty at the time, Bill, I believe his name, was very polite, courteous, and demonstrated excellent friendly customer service and support and patience with the utmost professionalism! Well, I don't know what happened to this facility; it must have changed ownership during my rental period. Because I will NEVER EVER waste my time, energy, and money at this particular storage facility ever again! The first storage unit that I rented was broken into and both my 43" TVs were stolen and after this happened and I moved somethings out, I discovered that the thieves also stolen my 200pc. Carbon steel socket/wrench set. Couldn't even replace this set, they don't have them like this anymore, not that I know of. And the kicker is when I discovered that the first storage unit was broken into was that the $30 security round padlock that they make you buy was cut off and there was this cheesy thin brass padlock attached to my unit's latch, yet in still my belongings were NOT SECURED because I was able to still raise the damn door of the storage unit. Therefore, if the thieves put this cheap lock ?? on the latch, it just gave the appearance that my unit was secured so that they could come back and finish the job! And the so-called GM that followed me to the storage unit so that she could see what happened, all she had to say to me was CALM DOWN SIR, I'VE HAD MY UNIT BROKEN INTO BEFORE TOO! ?????? WHAT? THIS IS ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY TO THE CUSTOMER, NOT A I'M SORRY THIS HAS HAPPENED, WE'LL DO WHAT WE CAN TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS? NOTHING FOLKS! Showed no empathy whatsoever! Just told me to file a Police report and insurance claim. And I had to assist her putting on the new storage door latch, which most of the latches are rusted out and need replaced anyway. I just hope & pray it doesn't take a break in like I had to experience. And check this out, when I asked the so-called New GM, can we review the surveillance cameras to see if we can see when this break in took place. She hesitated and then nervously said "oh there's no cameras down your roll of storage units". WHAT? ?????????? I SAID "NO FREAKING CAMERAS?" YOU HAVE GOT to be Kidding, then wants the use in having these storage units even ?? locked, just let me a FREE FOR ALL FACILITY! AND WHAT GENERAL MANAGER SAYS THIS TO THE CUSTOMER ???????? And after moving most of my belongings out of this unit, unfortunately I rented another one because I realized that my new 1-bedroom Apt. didn't have the room to store the excess stuff, you know how that goes. Plus, the second unit didn't cost as much as the first. If only one thing nice about my rental fee, it went from $65+ to 40. But during my move I forgot about the rental payment being due on the 21st. if December and do you know these people threaten me with a $100 lien on the storage unit after I had explained to them what I am explaining now if I didn't make the payment and they charged me late fees on top of the rental payment. I felt (which I know is wishful thinking) for all that I had to experience, oh, and did I mention that the entry and exit gates to this place stayed broken until I exited! ?? You could only go in the entry gate, turn around and come out the entry gate after you got out of your car walk to the gate and go through this little passage gate, walk to the code box and push in your code and hurry back to your car to exited out! ???? Folks I am NOT MAKING THIS UP! As I was saying. I felt that they could have at least wavered the rental payment for December, that's all I asked. We'll I reached out to supposedly the district manager, didn't even know they had such a person, left her an extensive explanation like this one, WE'LL IF SHE RETURNED MY CALL, ONE OF YOU D! ?? I'M DONE

This is place is horrible. I was guaranteed I was getting a garage side unit for my 4 bedrooms of things moving from out of state as I was terribly disappointed when I arrived. I got a small unit that couldn't fit a car. All the manager care a getting more money from me without giving my money back from the first unit. I call corporate and left voicemail, but no return call. One month later I stopped by as I was told no refund is allowed. They stole our money and did not look back. I will not recommend cubesmart to anyone as they are unprofessional and not a good company. Stay away from cubesmart.

I have great feedback with the employees here they are actually really nice and friendly my only issue is with the ability to pay since they can't receive card information over the phone and I haven't had the time or transportation to travel to the location to pay my outstanding bill. Which I admit since I didn't set up an auto pay is my fault to some extent but that was more due to the fact I was between banks at that time. If this could be resolved in some way I would appreciate it cause I have multiple sentimental items in my unit and Id would love not to loose them.

Came in did nothing but raised our rent. We were struggling just like anyone else. Got a month notice that the rent was going up almost 50 a month already 214. Units all smell terrible. They leak the roads through it are treacherous for cars. BUT! If I was to move all of my stuff out of my unit I've had for a year. And get online I could get a bigger one for cheaper from them. I have lived in the area. This makes probably the 4th company to own this place since I've lived in the neighborhood for 6 yrs. They do nothing just raise prices then leave.

Considering someone was able to break into our indoor storage unit because there’s absolutely no security at the location we have our unit at, I think 1 star is extremely generous. The older gentleman that is the “fill in” for an undetermined amount of time is forgetful and seems clueless. Thankful he at least called us and told us about the break in but the way this entire thing was handled was completely off the charts ridiculous. Someone was able to walk out with a lawnmower and a brand new air conditioner amongst other things…and our unit wasn’t the only one that was broken into so within the next few weeks we’ll be moving out of it. Well if they don’t take the rest of what’s left in there. So, if you’re looking to throw some money away and give away your items to the unknown, I cannot recommend CubeSmart enough.

You only have certain hours you can get into your unit. Some of us work 12 hour shifts. You should really think more about the client (us) than the dollar. I think realistic 9 could be a good cut-off time. The security of your clients is also a god thing. Isnt that the purpose of the cameras!!!.... No need for us to call. We've been told its the rule and it wont change.

The manager Vernon was very nice and professional, answered all my questions and clearly explained the rules. The facility is affordable, clean, and dry even with it raining. The unit was in good order, clean, no dents or marks on the walls or ceiling, and didnt have any smell like some places do! That's a plus. The only thing missing is a light in the unit.

A 10 x 15 unit here is ~$50 more than a 10 x 20 from Storage Express who also has illumination in the units and the ability to open the gate without exiting the vehicle. I wasn't initially turned off by units being seemingly occupied and lived in but there's just not enough value here compared to other places. They're always responsive to my inquiries other than when they ghosted me when I asked about a rate reduction regarding storage express. I suspect they'd rather charge me more (and lose a customer) than match prices given they've recently bought the place and have been investing in repairs to increase curb appeal. Staff is very friendly though.

New access hours are 9am to 6pm so i can not ride my motorcycle to work, website says no access hours on Sunday so I can not ride it to church. They have no concern for my wants and needs. It is all about them. I am very unhappy and will take my business elsewhere.

The prices are amazing here compared to any other storage companies/places. And it's clean inside of the units. And the only thing I would say would make it perfect is 24 hour access. Even at an extra fee. Like with my third shift life, it would make things so much more easier for me. But yes the prices here are the best. They beat em all. Def worth the cost.

If I could give this less then one star I would I have had all kinds of problems with this place since I started. They are the unreasonable people I have ever met. First when you sign up they tell you if you get the stupid warranty that it suppose to cover anything that gets damaged or stolen well shortly after they had a break in lucklu nothing was stolen but my lock was clipped and when I asked them ok so you guys are supposed to give me a new one right since I have the warranty they said unfortunately that's not covered. Like seriously its says ANYTHING that is damaged or stolen. My lock was CLIPPED ?? AND YOU CANT COVER A F******* LOCK???? WHAT!!? Then when I want to stop payments and leave only 3 days into the month they are telling me I have to pay for the whole month. Wont even pro rate it. So dont waist your time with unreasonable people. They dont secure their facility at all. They have codes on the doors and all you have to do is turn the handle and get in . It's pointless.

Unfortunately my case was different, I had a very bad experience with this place. My wife went to this office 30 days before to end the contract, they made her pay one extra month in advance and they gave her a regular receipt for the payment, but did not give her a contract termination or final note at least. Therefore they kept us charging the following months. In spite of talking with Mrs. Teresa Fisher, her only answer was that the person who spoke with my wife does not work there anymore. Meanwhile, they keep charging me and have reported me to the credit bureau agencies, spoiling my credit in that way. Very bad intentions and very dishonest.

I have been with this location for quite some time now. I moved from a smaller space to a larger space when I needed it with no hassles AND I lost the key to my lock at one point and they were able to help me get the lock cut off and get back into my unit rather quickly. I have never had an issue with these folks, they are great and always helpful and polite. I would recommend them to anyone AND HAVE DONE SO!

I have been storing at this location for a little over a year now. The previous manager Cindy was awesome. When she left it was an easy transition to the new manager Stephanie. She has always been so nice and very helpful. The property has stayed clean and well lit at night. She didn't go around changing rules or making things difficult for the tenants the Cindy had signed up. All in all this property is very clean and the price cant be any better. I have shopped other locations and haven't been able to find a better deal than what I have now. I have a feeling I will storing at this property for a long time. They have an amazing referral program as well. I sent me daughter over there and Stephanie gave me a free month on my unit! GREAT PROPERTY!!!
