A little pricey (especially considering the neighborhood) but the staff were always very helpful and friendly, and my stored items remained safe and secure. Very minor complaints: seemed to be a few ants and spiders getting into the unit, along with leaves and dust Overall, good though!

I went to this location looking for a storage unit, for I have not decided just yet on where I want to relocate to. The wonderful Manager at this location was there to meet me and she is just a doll!! Excellent Customer Service, Above and Beyond!! I have been in the Customer Service Field for 28 years now, and she was so professional and courteous, it made me want to do business with this company. The storage unit is the second smallest and it is huge. The price is very competitive compared to other companies offering smaller units and over priced. Very Clean, not even a cob web in sight. I am so impressed with this company, I am looking into employment prospects online with this company. If you need storage, this is the company you want your belongings stored at.

What a waste of time. I booked a storage space online. When I got to the office on check in day they refused to honor the web price I had booked the space for. Will never deal with them again. Went elsewhere for less than their web price anyway!

It's not in a good area there's a lot of people in love draw a lot of drugs a lot of a Section 8 people up there and everything it's just it's not safe even though they say they got security there Gates broke now and you can only get to go through one gate not one date and Sheila said she was upstairs but she don't hear anything hardly when she's sleeping and they could break in there when she's sleeping when they know she's sleeping so no it's not safe

It’s unfortunate I cannot give a higher rating, in fact it was hard to give 2 stars after reading the other experiences, none the less here was mine. This place seems excellent but my experience was not so much. I ordered a storage as a fall back Which I didn’t even use. I was told when i rent it will be pro-rated based on when I check-out and return lock after purchasing online. The very next day, I called to do just that as I didn’t need the storage. In fact, I never stepped foot on the property to use it, yet was stuck paying a 2 week bill and a lock. The sad part was that the manager wouldn’t stick to that nor would I be reimbursed, corporate policy I guess. So 2 stars it is, in one day, i lost a little less than $100 for a lock to be hung on a unit and brought back within 24 hours. nothing. But hey, the pictures look great of the place. Pricing is fair also. Friendly and polite manager, she addressed everything and apologized though I still feel like I was “robbed” money. Maybe this will review will change if that part of the policy changes or perhaps the word “pro-rated” isn’t thrown around to confuse a new customer.

This is the best place to store anything and everything! Such a great manager (Tina) at this location! She actually remembered me from last year! Super clean and secure. Easy access from anywhere in town. Highly recommend for college students versus the other storage offering!

After a less than ideal experience at a nearby competitor, along with ANOTHER rate increase, it was really refreshing to find the GVS. Tina, the manager is great. She keeps you informed and makes you feel welcomed from the first time you step into the office. Tina (and Monte) were very helpful during my sign-up, happily answering any questions I had without the slightest hint of attitude. It's obvious they take pride in working for GVS because the office, the very clean storage unit, and their friendly nature helped to make this disgruntled consumer (not from GVS, rather the competitor) comfortable and happy to have made the decision to move there. UPDATE: While I still think the management of the facility is outstanding, we were just hit with another rental increase. In the 2 years since my initial review, the rental price on my unit has gone up nearly 40%. Totally outrageous. I get that inflation and stuff like that requires adjustments, but our latest increase went up by $20! Especially in the current climate where personal budgets are being tightened, the latest exorbitant increase is the final straw.

Went here to check out storage options for my niece for Ohio State summer break. Had planned to visit 5 or 6 other places before deciding, but we got a great deal here and the manager, Tina, was awesome. She took the time to answer all our questions and show us a unit that would be near the office. They have 24 hour human oversight of the facility, plus fencing, cameras and a coded entry. Everything looked well maintained, and we felt this would be a safe complex, even if she needed to come late at night. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to others. It took us maybe 10-15 minutes to get there from her dorm.

Seems like an ok storage place. I heard it had decent prices also. Just seemed like it's been there for quite awhile & it was confusing to actually find. It seemed like it was right in the middle of a neighborhood which was a little strange.

This place was just a blessing! Grateful to God for tumbling across this place. The manager here at this location is very knowledgeable in her field. I have been a storage unit customer here for many years. I think I have seen it switch names 2-3 times already. Lol I thought I would mention the women who is the manager I believe (Tina) at the GVS in Tamarack circle is very courteous and professional. I was thinking about changing my unit and she took the time to show me different size units and explain what all they would hold. Money of course was another factor in which she gave me the breakdown also. Unfortunately I have been late a few times with my payment and received some phone calls for payment. Can I just say how relieved I was that she treated me with the respect a customer should get and didn't make me feel like crap for being late.. yes there are other not so nice workers there but I am glad Tina is there most of the time when I go to pay late??!
