Note for new comers: don’t schedule your move in for a Sunday! I did this and someone had a lock on my unit and the office is closed so nobody could help me until Monday. Other then that the staff was great and quick it fix things for me.

The facility located in Elyria OH is clean and spacious. We chose the storage unit based on cost, a temperature controlled environment and hours we can access the unit. Kenya was wonderful to work with! She explained everything up front regarding costs so there were no surprises. This place was the best ! Never had any issues and problems at all they have carts that you can use which helped me so much ! The price for my storage was very decent and much better than other places . This storage place was neat and clean the guy who attended me through phone when i first needed a unit was very professional and kind and helpful through phone and in person ,and the lady who attended me when i no longer needed my storage unit was very helpful and kind as well ! I used the app to pay my bill every month and never had not 1 issue either they do provide receipt as well after payment its so much easier so if your a busy person like me and dont have a chance to pay in person the app is a very good decision ! If i ever need a storage unit again in the future i will be definitely considering cube storage in elyria again ! ??

I needed a place to store a washer/dryer and holiday decorations while my husband and I combined households and lived in an apartment for a year. I knew I wouldn't be going to the storage unit much, so distance didn't matter. We drove 30-35 minutes to get to this storage place, because it was the cheapest one we could find anywhere. I never had any issues with things going missing, not getting into the building, sketchy people, or anything like that. It worked for what I needed.

I just want to commend everyone at Extra Space Storage in Elyria, Ohio. When I first got my storage unit I was upset because I just lost my mother-in-law and had to store a lot of her things. The employees helped me out just not by showing me different sizes units and the details of renting, but for their sympathy also. The employees also called me some time during the year to inform me that my unit door was not secure. I must have been thinking about something else and just wasnt concentrating. They were defiantly on top of their game. Jose B. was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm quite happy I decided to go with Extra Storage instead of the outdoor storage facility I was going to use. Indoor storage at an affordable rate? I definitely signed up for that. Storage areas are generally clean and they're in a good part of town. Would definitely recommend, especially with the special pricing going on right now.

What a great experience. After having less than a plesant experience at another storage facility it was nice to be treated like someone appreciates your buisines instead of like they are doing you a favor. The prices are excelent! I do hope they can extend their hours or give 24 hour access.
