My cube was robbed in less than a month of being there. No other units around me were even touched making me think someone inside the company was relaying information to someone. I never received even a phone call from the store manager. Never got to see camera footage. Never was assisted in identifying who robbed my unit. And this was all while the front gate had been broken for at least a week. Terrible management. Terrible site. Terrible service.

I couldn’t be more pleased with everything this location has to offer for my storage needs. Firstly, the property is so clean, quiet & secure. Secondly, the staff are more than helpful and so kind and patient answering all of our questions and providing information as well as the proper receipts for everything. Thirdly, the units themselves are huge and so clean and easy to use and open. Lastly, you can not beat the incredible prices they have. We got our units on special for literally half price and there are not all these extra added fees per month like some places stick you with and they work on a month to month basis so you don’t have to worry about any long term contractual obligations. I can’t find one thing about this place to even try and complain about! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

For those looking to rent, just know there is not 24 hr access, sometimes the gate is broken and has been up all night and your rent will increase SIGNIFICANTLY every 4 months-ish. In response to the owner comment: Apparently after several attempts, I was told there was nothing you guys could do, when you could have, so let's not pretend to care about your customers to save face on the review forum.

It's not a bad facility but the pricing is very deceiving because they don't tell you they are going to increase it about every 3 -6 months. I expected that the price I had when I signed the contract would stay at that rate or wouldn't not have had changed until a year was up. If its not in your budget and your not expecting it, it's not very convenient to have to move your stuff somewhere else. Please be up front about your price increase schedule.

Exceeded expectations I didn’t expect much from a storage place but from move in to move out everything went smoothly and friendly staff too Move in was quick and easy to set up autopay and they were flexible and sent me reminders before autopay was due. Move out happened outside office hours and I planned to call the next day to close my account. They actually called me the next morning before I could call them saying they saw my storage unit was empty and asked if I was planning to terminate. I said yes and they did everything and sent order email confirmation that it was closed out.

Thought I needed a Storage Unit, So I rented one for a month. I didn't use it at all, and I called to explain that I wouldn't need it for the 2nd month. A Guy there named Adam Silver. He Claimed that he was a manager helped me remove my lock, and they still charged me money for the next month and refuse to give me a refund. My experience with this company is that they STEAL your money, and try to belittle you over the phone. BE CAREFUL!!

Rent is too high. The price went up by $12 while I’ve been renting for the last year. I used to pay $90 and now it is $102. It might not seem like a lot, but I’m a college student and my budget is very tight. $12 makes a difference for a lot of people who rely on storage facilities. I think CubeSmart could make a decent amount of money for offering deals to college students. I like in a major city where 55,000 students may need use self storage at some point.

Pro:. *New, *Clean, *Staff friendly, *Customer support on phone helpful and have been quick to answer the two times that I've called. *Location is very easy to get to *Two large bays with doors for loading and unloading personal vehicles *Well lit *Password access via key pad near manway is unique for each client. *All transactions including securing use and access to the unit can be done online, which is very useful for those of us with odd hours and likely to show up after the office is closed. Con *Lack of signage This location could use some signage to direct users of the service to essential things like the elevator (although two cargo elevators are right there when you pull into the bay for unloading and loading, once you get up into the storage area it feels somewhat like a laboratory rat maze since everything looks the same). If I had not asked a staffer I saw roaming the halls I never would have found where the unisex restroom is. *Lack of Trash receptacles.. there are none on any of the floors. Only a dumpster area out back which is gated and locked with signage warning patrons that the dumpster is under video surveillance and any patron using it will suffer severe consequences. For what they charge for even the smallest unit I think they could provide some access to the dumpster. *Missing four-wheel flat carts. While to some it may seem a bit overly needy for this writer to complain about the lack of four-wheel carts they really are essential for this type of operation because clients cannot drive directly up to the door of their storage unit. It's a long walk when one has to carry boxes to an elevator and then down rather long hallways one or two at a time, especially if they are heavy or awkward. If clients are "forgetting" to return them instead preferring to leave them in their storage units, it would be a simple fix to set up a system that strongly encourages the return of four-wheel carts after use. *Hours of operation need to be 24/7. Presently they are posted to be 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for access to the main unit. There are cameras all over the place on the outside and in the loading bay. Access to the inside of the building is through keypad with assigned password specific to the rented unit. Considering that once the office closes there are no staff members on site for hours, it can't be only a security concern that the system prevents access after 10:00 p.m. There are more people than one might know that have odd hours or work night shift where 3am to them is like 3:00 in the afternoon for most of the working world. Access to a storage unit is needed at all hours *Fire alarm/emergency pulls are not provided in the hallways of the main storage area. It would seem to make a lot of sense to have those if only just for peace of mind of their clients *"Fine print issues" in their advertisement. The requirement to purchase insurance through another company is not as clearly spelled out on their website as the promotion of their low rates are. At the least this will add $12 a month to the rental fee. I've never been forced to buy insurance. *Single use lock for the storage unit door. The client can pay $12 for this lock, but it can only be used to lock the storage unit doors. (Clients can provide their own lock, but it is not made very clear that the lock they sell is going to be unusable in most any other application) *Awkward procedure for exiting the premises when parked in the loading unloading Bay that requires the client to exit their vehicle after pulling out of the loading Bay.

Clean. Mostly secure, although the coded secure gate was broken & open for months. I kept asking when it was going to get fixed, they cited getting a part. After almost 3 months, they added that they had to coordinate the blacktop people with repair. They shouldn't advertise as a secure & gated storage during this time. And possibly make some sort of refund to the customers that they had during that timeframe. And to add insult to injury they RAISED my rate almost 25%. They do have staff who patrols & monitoring the closed security. Prices were comparable to other facilities when I was shopping for a space. BTW, the gate is now fixed. So another 25% rate increase. There is no incentive for people who need longer needs. I guess that's a good incentive to get rid of all the extra crap that you have or consolidate what you do need to keep in storage. I found a unit a bit larger, for less than half the price. The units aren't air tight. The door barely closes, so I'm sure "critters" could get into the units. The renter before me must have sprayed the expanding foam to attempt to fill in the top & bottom at the rear of the unit. I suppose that helped. So unless you're in a climate controlled unit, go buy some foam insulation and a ladder.

I've had a unit here for quite a few years. The staff as far as I can tell are pleasant and the facilities are clean and well kept. I feel comfortable with my stuff being here. Worst storage facility I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Manager is never in the facility, calls are rarely returned in a timely manner, prices are increased with little to no notice, and the staff is rude and defensive when confronted with these issues. You'd honestly be better off storing your things in a landfill

Staff at location not an issue, my issue is with their rental policy. I have been a paying customer and only needed the unit for one more week and still had to pay the entire rent for the month of October. I don’t think whoever brainstormed this policy, or anyone else wants to pay for something that they are not utilizing. i Would not recommend cubesmart for anything what’s the sense in paying for something that you are not using. and the first month is not rent free, the person who had it before you is paying for it.

Staff was very friendly. Just got the unit so we'll see how it goes. The only thing I didn't like is that they pretty much force their lock on you, don't say anything the whole process. Then you get a $16 charge show up for that lock! Dont get me wrong, I needed to buy one anyway. Just let people know when they check out how much it will be.

The most upsetting storage unit experience I’ve ever had. Moved all my clothing into the unit for only 3 months and came back to find everything I own waterdamaged and full of mold and mildew. My clothing, mattress, box spring, and even furniture was ruined. Cubesmart denied all responsibility and claimed to know nothing about the “insurance” they made me purchase although I had proof of purchase on a contract they made.

Practitioners of the fabled bait and switch. Signed up and reserved a unit online. Was quickly called to be informed that the price which I was quoted was incorrect, and that it also didn't include the administration fee, purchasing a lock (how cheap do you have to be to not include a lock with a storage unit), nor did it include their required insurance. Unit price changed from $62 a month to 90$ a month with $24 admin. fee. Thanks but no thanks. If you enjoy inconsistency and disorganization this is the storage space for you!

Liars. I had a unit, paid in advance for each month. Cancelled unit before due date, but after payment was made. Manager told me refund issued to my card....not true. Bank verified. Manager told me check issued for refund...not true. Never able to produce processed check. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS.

I went to rent a storage unit yesterday at CubeSmart and received the best customer service I've ever experienced. My husband, my grandfather and I had the pleasure of meeting an employee by the name of Tim Red and he was not only extremely nice, but very helpful as well. He not only gave us the best customer service experience we've ever had but he gave us a great rate and found discounts for us. After working with a few staff members at this location, I will confidently say that they exhibit some of the best customer service you can find. They were very competitively priced and super convenient to get setup. Unfortunately, I had to knock a star because I was not informed of the free moving truck usage that they offer with their storage units, which would have saved me the equivalent of a month's rent and the massive headache I had with U-Haul instead.

Rob Emond could not have been more polite, helpful, and available as we had questions and for getting us set up to move from a single bay to a double bay conditioned space. We've been using this place for 5 years now, they are always very easy and accommodating.

I called the office to let them know I was coming, and had plenty of time to get there, but there was unexpectedly heavy rush hour traffic for me. I thought they may not help me and get me in, but i was desperate because i needed to move my things into storage, and I was leaving on a plane to head to another country the next day. I arrived akrasdy defeated approximately 5 mins after closing, but Megan in the office had a heart, unlocked the door and served me even though she had another job to get to. I was so grateful! She explained things thoroughly, showed me my unit, and gave me time to get the in/out gate. She was a lifesaver! Thanks again!

I have used CubeSmart Self Storage for a couple of years now and have been nothing but completely satisfied with their impeccable customer service and transparency. I will not solicit any other self storage business or company because I have no reason to. Pricing is great, and most importantly customer service is what keeps any consumer loyal to any brand, and I love my CubeSmart representatives. Tim at Nike Dr. in Hilliard, OH is fantastic. Need I say more? ????If you're on the fence, I hope this convinces you to jump. The grass is definitely greener.

I was doing the fire extinguisher inspection at this location and found it to be very clean and neat. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I definitely use this location if I ever need storage. You can feel your belongings are protected and secure here.

Great service! Tim really cares about providing the highest quality service he and his staff can. I was welcomed right away and shown the unit. For the lowest price during my shopping around for quotes, certainly a high quality too. I was able to ask question about my space and with the amount of stuff, discuss options if needed. A week later, my moving plans fell through and I didn't need the space anymore. Tim was easy to talk to about cancelling and all I needed to do was stop by and unlock the unit. Will definitely use them again when I need any storage.

Welcomed immediately! I introduced myself and he knew exactly who I was and what I had reserved. He allowed me to look at the unit I reserved and look at the next size larger to make sure I had an adequate volume for all my items. The process was easy and not rushed. I feel comfortable with choosing CubeSmart.

Had an awesome experience! All our questions were answered, we were shown the storage unit we were interested in, inquired about another, was told we could place the one on hold until we decided, but decided not to, rented the one we were first shown and had inquired about online, which we received a call back within the hour. We like the fact the well informed staff lives on the premises. Just makes us feel better. Just well pleased with the whole experience. Was leery about renting a storage unit at first, but felt really at ease after we went in and talked with Tim.

Tim and Debra were amazing! After getting caught in rush hour traffic, we stumbled in there 5 minutes before close and they had no problem staying a few minutes late to help us.
