Pricing could be much more reasonable, but the space was adequate and dry which were my primary needs. They do not pro-rate if you move out in the middle of the month which I’m sure is in the contract, but I feel is bad business. I reached to their email address provided in their response below and have not heard back since 12/29 (posting this edit on 1/7). So even their corporate customer service is not especially helpful despite how they make it look with their quick responses to negative reviews.

A good place to rent storages and keep your goods before processing or distribution, very secure and Cams everywhere. Main gate has a digital lock code only storage owners have access to it.

They do not answer their phone even during business hours. They don't respond to emails sent to their store email unless emailed multiple times. They don't make sure the doors to the units are all fully functional and then when you ask for help on those occasions, only one person was willing to help. Another time a man working there was unwilling to help and was extremely rude and condescending to me and my boyfriend saying repeatedly "Type the code!" It was only when I interrupted his rude robotic command to tell them the same thing happened the other day and the woman working then went inside to unlock it for us, that he finally walked out of the office to address it. I told him there was no reason to be disrespectful to me and even worse he denied being disrespectful to me. Worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 16 years, there is no reason ever to treat a customer like that and refuse to do your job and assist them! This person should not be working in a customer-facing role if they cannot handle being a halfway decent human being toward their customers.

The rate gets raised every 6 months. There is a fee for paying the rent except if you pay in person but then you have to guess when someone will be in the office because they leave at all different times

I signed up for a storage unit online and it seemed like it was going to be easy to access it and move in on the same day. I loaded up my car with my items to store and arrived to the facility. The map that came with the instruction email was a little confusing but I eventually found the door for the "D" upstairs units after looping around a couple of times. The "D" door required a passcode that was not indicated in the instruction email so I could not get in. I went to the office and nobody was there during what they said were business hours. I also called the phone number in my instructions for assistance and nobody was available to answer. The fright elevator I saw was bolted shut so I'm not sure how I would have gotten my items up the stairs to my unit even if I was able to open the door. I had to turn around and take my items right back home. I called corporate customer service and all they could do was open a case on my behalf with the local store. I was told I would receive a phone call from them within 48 hours. All I received was an email with a survey to fill out to "let them know how they did" so I can only assume my unit was cancelled even though nothing else indicated that it was. I don't usually take the time to fill out these kinds of reviews but my experience was really frustrating. I ended up renting with another company who answered my phone call right away, answered all my questions, and was available in person to show me around my unit.

Rent was raised multiple times yet routine repairs were never done. Light in our unit never worked and we needed a crow bar to open the door due to damage done by the previous renter. Manager was aware and door should have been replaced. Elevator was not working several times. Key pad to get to the stairway was inoperable on our last visit and seems to have been that way for a while based on the condition of the note on the door. Not worth the money

Over the few years I rented a unit here the facility was always well taken care of. In the winter the snow was always removed in a very timely manner which was appreciated. Michelle in the office was terrific in helping with anything I needed.

Staff was very nice and helpful. I had my things stored here for >1 year. Georgia was the original store manager, very nice. However, the freight elevators are a safety hazard and lawsuit waiting to happen. One the freight elevator at the B3 area (I believe?), the elevator "up" button works as it should, but the "down" button does NOT work. Instead, the elevator does down by gravity, and the door on the ground floor can open during its slow float down. Why is this an issue? If someone opens the freight door on the ground floor while the elevator slowly floats down, they could get caught underneath the elevator itself, causing injury or death. I was too busy moving my things in and out and forgot to take a video. But this was also witnessed and tested by my movers, who voiced similar concern and alarm at the situation. This freight elevator needs to be roped off and serviced immediately.

Raised my rates 25% Sent notifications via mail to an old address. I've been a customer for almost a year. My unit went from $150 to $206 without my consent. I'm out of state military and this is EXACTLY what my family needs to worry about. I called customer service and the store manager. They both said I was out of luck, it is what it is. They can't budge. ???? Nothing I can do but make a special trip across country to empty out my unit. Edit: I reached out, again. To discuss if something could be done, again. Nothing can be done. My rates started at $80 7 months ago and are now at $205 a month. A slight increase is understandable, but not a 125% increase over 7 months. This reply is not genuine and rather insulting.

I would like to take the time out to say thank you to Georgia and Michelle. You two made my experience indescribable from the time I walked through the doors until I left, I felt right at home. When I needed assistance Georgia was there every step of the way. I would not rent with any other storage place, hands down cube smart is the best and their customer service is over and beyond standard. I honestly felt they cared about me as a customer and I was not just another number. Georgia was eating lunch and stopped to take my payment, this left a lasting but very memorable experience. The units are very clean and easy to access. Convenient location as well. The staff is very attentive. Michelle has been extremely helpful and responsive. Once, I forgot to lock my unit correctly and she called me the same day to alert me before anything happened. She definitely gets an A+ for customer service. I would highly recommend this Cube Smart location to anyone. I have been very pleased with my experience!

Georgia and Michelle are always so nice and helpful! Once they noticed that I was outside in the snowy weather working in my unit for hours, and they brought me hot chocolate to keep warm! The place is clean and well maintained. The outdoor units just got new doors put on this past year. I do wish there were electricity and lights in the outdoor units though, but overall I'm more than happy!

As a traveling consultant CubeSmart has become my HOME. This location is always clean and safe. The neighbors don't harass me as I unload, load or simply weekly pack. And the Staff (Georgia and Michelle) is more responsive, courteous and thoughtful than any landlord I've ever had. I'm really fortunate to have found such a pleasant relationship to house my things as I travel the world.

While they hooked me early with a great rate, they've raised rates 70% in one year's time. Absolutely ridiculous business practice! I tried to talk to them about the rate and their fallback was, "Well, it's in the contract." True enough, but how many businesses raise their rates 70% in one year's time. Buyer beware.
