Signed up online for a 10x20 space...when I went to the unit it was supposed to be ready with a welcome package inside..when I arrived the women at the front desk was helpful but the place is understaffed. They need a maintenance person. The lights are out in many of the walkways and there is no one cleaning the halls.

The best customer service experience I've experienced in quite a while. Called and reserved a trailer parking space for my father, the process was no more than 3 minutes long, and when we got to the store to rent the space we were helped by Cam who was patient and knowledgable about the units. This would be the first place I would recommend anyone who is looking for a storage unit or parking in Lewis Center. The online process and the app are very easy to use as well

This should have been written a while ago i scheduled a moving truck to use to move my stuff into storage @ this location i go in on the scheduled day to pick up the truck and get my keys the guy in the office quote “i must have forgotten that you were moving in today “and we dont have a truck for you to use i took off a day from work to do this i told him im canceling your service and was going to store my stuff at another storage facility he said well if youre going to end your contract we will have to charge you a $79.00 + fee for clerical and office paperwork since youre canceling your unit . He refused to admit it was his fault that i was not going to use your facility and he still had my credit card on file and charged me after i left the building the above amount even though he was in the wrong after i scheduled the use of that truck nearly 2 weeks ahead of time .. unprofessional and unethical treatment of a customer when you were in the wrong i tried to dispute it but to no avail he wouldnt back down and charged me anyway for his mistake … you have been blacklisted by everyone i know because of this incident .. i called your corporate office as well and no one ever reached out to me to discuss this … pretty bad you get a bad review when the person doesnt even use your services because of someone having a big head and no empathy for their own mistake ..

Been with this site over a decade and have always hated that they do not value loyalty with existing customers regarding promotional offers. You have to change units to receive offers otherwise your pricing can change every month. Climate-controlled areas do not feel controlled at all and entrance doors are always broken

The lady at the facility I dealt with was nice and courteous. But the companies business practices are sub-standard. Would not recommend. I rented a storage unit and a parking space online. There was no information provided besides “0x20x0” for the space. The next morning I went in during business hours to view what I’d chosen. The parking space was inadequate for my needs so I opted to cancel that. Even though I had not used it, and was forced to pay for it online, and had it for less than 24 hours, I was told that no refund of any amount would be given. I’ll be cancelling out of my other uniting and moving to another business

I’m from Los Angeles. My son attends Ohio Wesleyan University (OWU). I came to Ohio to attend his last two basketball games and to secure a storage unit for his belongings for the summer. After much research, I narrowed my search down to a few facilities that had indoor units. I chose CubeSmart because of their reviews, availability of the size unit, and price. Upon arrival, I noted that the facilities grounds were well kept and clean. As I enter the office, I was greeted by Brittany. I told her what I was looking for and that I reserved a unit online. Brittany explained the process renting a unit. She showed me a unit that met my needs. The process was seamless and quick. This CubeSmart location is 10 miles away from OWU, but it was the best facility that I saw in the area. I know my son’s belongings will be safe and secure.

BEST DEAL IN TOWN! When I first inquired about renting a storage unit here, I didn't realize just what a great deal it was, but then they threw in the moving truck and that easily saved us a $100 plus. What really sold me though, was the General Manager, Bob. He was cool in the midst of my moving chaos. I walked in expecting what I typically get at U-Haul and instead, was happily surprised. He was amazing. Just can't say enough good stuff. Truly a delight to work with.

If I knew a dumpster was going to be so selective on who could use it, I would have chose a different company to store my items. There are many other storage company that allow access to a dumpster, so I don't recommend this one. We placed some items we no longer needed next to the dumpster because it was locked, and have seen many other people do this as well in the past, and got a call saying we need to remove them or its $50 per item. Honestly, can't wait to move out the rest of my stuff this month to another place before they raise the prices again.

They have called me 7 times in 3 days and left me three voicemails. I work most of the day and only really use my phone for emergencies. I was holding a storage unit and for some reason Bob is extremely desperate for me to confirm that im holding the spot. In the past no storage unit has needed this they just like knowing when im coming in to pick the unit however bob just keeps wanting me to confirm that im actually holding the unit. Its incredibly annoying and i honestly would block the store number if i wasnt going to put my stuff in their unit. But i honestly might not i dont want to deal with a company that is constantly attempting to contact me for information that is already confirmed.

Every step of the process, from selecting a storage facility to loading the space, was easy. I reserved the space online and was called the following day by a knowledgeable customer service rep as promised. The next day I went to the facility to pay my fee and sign papers and the process was straight-forward and Bob showed me the location of my rental space. I cancelled the free moving truck (I hired a company to move my stuff). The next day my movers had easy access to my space. All in all, the entire process could not have been more effortless for me. I'm 100% satisfied with my rental space, the CubeSmart staff, and the online reservation process. Well done! I will certainly recommend CubeSmart to friends and colleagues.

Bob the general manager help me rent a new unit today. He made the process simple, quick, and painless. An overall awesome experience. However, Update after 4 years. the service stops there. after you are a customer the people at the store will tell you there is not much corporate will let them do. I have rented from several different locations. You can count on every 3 months of so the will raise you rate like a punishment for being a long standing customer. the only way to lower it is rent a new unit and move your stuff. What insanity is that when you only reward new customer not long standing always paying customers. PLEASE! if you read this and have the same issue post a review, and if possible I ask that you shop for someone else that will not do that to you as I am. They raised it 243.12 per year
