I've had the pleasure dealing with Paul and Tim at CubeSmart. They had several sizes to choose from, and I went with a 10×20. I certainly didn't need that much, but I loved being able to go through totes/boxes at my leisure. Paul and Tim were wonderful and kept an eye on the units. I highly recommend Storquest for all your storage needs. All the best. Just wanted to add today I was in a bind due to downsizing from a large home to a condo. Realizing it all wouldn’t fit into condo and the bin at Storquest, I called Paul and within minutes I had another unit 2 doors down. I highly recommend storquest for all of your storage needs.

Great Value Storage worked out very well for our purpose. Paul the site mgr. was very helpful, first by advising what size of unit we would need, my choice would have been too small, Paul suggested the next size up and it was perfect in that we did fill it completely. 2ndly at the beginning our unit showed signs of leaking following a storm, Paul had our few items at the time in the unit moved, hassle free, to another like size unit that had not issues while we used it.

I called and told him about it and before I got up to my unit that I rented that day he had it all fixed and ready to go. Wow talk about good customer service. I had a bad experience at Great Value in Mason. I stored wood and leather furniture from November to August 2019 in unit #247. While I checked on it a few times, hadn't been there in the last 2 months and my furniture grew mold. I never saw any leaks or evidence of water on the concrete floor. It must have been humidity. t cost me $1000 to clean this. There must be mold in the unit and probably the adjoining ones. The management claims this has never happened before. I find that hard to believe . They didn't take any responsibility for it either. I would be very concerned of the row of units near 247 and all the rest in this facility. In addition they raised the price on my unit about 50% after 4-5 months

Great place! When I saw this place I saw that all the storage units had outside doors which I needed for easy loading. The competitor across the street had indoor units. Since I was trying to save money, I thought I would have to get an inside unit and hump boxes down a hallway to my unit. Decided to check Great Value Storage before going across the street. WOW, was I surprised!! Not only did they have low prices, they had a sale on and I got a better price!! Paul was the person who helped me and I feel he went above and beyond. When I mentioned I’m selling my house and soon will have three motorcycles to store temporary, he said he would give me the best deal possible. Wonderful experience with GVS. Paul Rodgers is totally customer service oriented. Noted what was needed and kept me informed of all required documents and payments. The facility provides great accommodations: stalls are "tall" so you can pile items high; stalls have electric lights for night visibility; security is tight with individual pass codes. My daughter used and recommended this place and we both were totally satisfied. I highly recommend it.

My experience with Great Value Storage was great. It is easy to pay online, easy to access, and in a great neighborhood. Paul, the site manager, does an outstanding job. I highly reccomend using this facility.

Paul was super helpful when I first got our unit and when we had issues with our code in the beginning he immediately made sure we had a working code and made sure we didn't have issues going forward with it. We never had issues with our unit and the property was always clean and very well maintained! I couldn't have asked for an easier leave policy either. I highly recommend Great Value Storage!

Great Value Storage in Mason is a great place to use for storage. They have great customer service and the process is very easy. I was able to reserve the unit I needed online, schedule a time to go in and do the paperwork, and the initial setup only took about 20 minutes.

I went in looking for a 10x30 storage unit, although they didn't have any available at the time, Paul was eager to help in any way he could. He showed me a couple of different smaller sizes. The smaller sizes were just not what I was looking for, so I am hoping that in a short time he may get a 10x30 unit to become a available. Although I was unable to obtain a storage unit that fit my needs I will check back. Paul was very helpful and did all he could do to accommodate my needs. I only hope when I do find a facility that they try as hard as he did.
