I had a storage shed at this location for nearly three years. We stored some things we didn’t have room for in our new apartment and recently concluded our business there. For the time I had a unit at this location, staff were polite and professional. I often have trouble remembering payment dates, staff would call to remind me and advise of late fee policies and gave me ample time to pay. The manager, Rhondae, (spelling?) was as always a pleasure to deal with. I appreciated this location and am glad I chose it.

I have been using this place since 2020, and I can tell you that Randy and her team are best in class. There have been instances where packages were missing from delivery, but she has been super helpful in locating my packages that were delivered to the wrong unit by the courier. This place is very secure and well kept. I have rented a double unit here for over 5 years and have had no issues. If there is ever a question on anything, the manager (Rondea) answers it quickly and professionally. The whole staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I needed to find short term storage for just a few pieces of furniture to store until my daughter found an apartment. The only complaint I have is that the door had a gap at the bottom. It wasn't that big of a deal though as we only ever got as far as the furniture before she found a place. When I went to the office to tell them we are moved out, Rondae and Kristi were so friendly. It was an easy process and I enjoyed talking with them. I will definitely use them again if a need comes up in the future.

This property has a rodent infestation. Do not store your belongings here if you have an aversion to rat and mice urine and feces. After bagging numerous damaged personal items for disposal I was advised by the desk clerk that the onsite dumpster is 1- for private use only (?), 2 - locked , 3 - full. So, basically if your property is full of rodent waste it's not their problem. You can file an insurance claim but it's on you to clean and dispose of the waste because the dumpster is "for private use only."

The receptionist are the first contact for the storage units / business. And then on to the cleanliness of the office from there getting a golf kart tour of the grounds and seeing how well things are kept up around the area. Rondae was very helpful. It was easy to rent space there. I wish I would have received a refund since I only used 12 out of the 31 days. I wish I’d known before hand that there would be no refund for half a months rent. That was disappointing especially since I was doing this for my mom and she doesn’t have much money and no permanent home right now. Every little bit helps. I must edit this review to say that Rondae was gracious and called me with an explanation. That is the kind of attention to the customer that all businesses should have. She was very thoughtful to call me back and help me understand. I would absolutely recommend this business fir anyone needing storage.

UPDATE: Don't rent from these people, THEY HAVE RATS!!!! Had to move out ASAP because I went to check my stuff and put more in and found a dead rat and droppings everywhere, I paid EVERY month for their insurance and the creeps won't even cover the damages and lose of my items even my brand new shoes I had to put in there. I'm so pissed photo proof added the rep at the store acts nice until she gets your money and then payments start coming up missing, she stops answering your phone calls and she gets extremely rude

Very pleased with my recent experience. I’ve never had a storage unit before, but needed one for my move from Toledo to Cleveland. A+++ experience. The manager, Rondae, went above and beyond to coordinate with movers when we had to remotely move out of a college dorm during COVID-19. Could not have done it without her excellent problem solving and generosity. Thank you Rondae and CubeSmart!

After calling around to multiple storage companies, we were lucky to find CubeSmart in Middleburg Heights. The manager (Ms. McGuire) was eager to help us get what we need and was more than willing to show us multiple spaces so we could make the right decision regarding size. Anytime we need anything or have questions, we know she is only a phone call away (or more than likely in the office onsite) and she will gladly help us out. She always greets us with a smile and checks on us to make sure our experience is going great.

By far, the best storage unit company that I've ever dealt with. Excellent service! I had a climate controlled unit to ensure any furniture, clothes, etc would avoid mildew. I kept almost all of my belongings in the unit for about a year and a half, and they were in excellent condition when I went to retrieve them. The staff was always kind and accommodating, over all a very good experience with this company.

I have to say how impressed I was with CubeSmart in Middleburg Heights. I really didn't expect much but when we went there to talk to them about storage, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They made me think of things I hadn't thought of in terms of what size unit I needed and things like that. I had no clue that someone lives on premise but that makes me feel very secure. They take safety very seriously which I appreciate as well. They pointed out things they look for when they do their rounds and if something isn't right, they investigate and call police if necessary. It really was way more (in a good way) than I expected. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I will recommend them to everyone.

This place is awesome, the staff are so friendly and outgoing it’s ridiculous. Their prices are incomparable to other storage units and and don’t have to worry about bed bugs and ticks like other places. I rented a storage unit because I was suppose to move out, well life happens and plans changed so I didn’t need it anymore, two days after paying for it, I called cubesmart and talked to the ladies there and they were completely understanding, they gave me a full refund and did not give me attitude or try to tell me there is nothing they could do. If I ever do end up needing to store my stuff I’m definitely coming back here, the people and place are amazing. Their security is also great especially if you get a climate controlled unit which i definitely recommend for an extra $20-$30 a month.

Price gouging for no reason. Tried to raise our rent over 20% after 5 mos. on a tiny 5×10 storage unit during the covid-outbreak , and while people are experiencing job loss and lay-offs as well as work hrs being cut. Despicable!

This is the only cube smart storage unit that I have used more than once and every time has been awesome Kristie T Really does go above and beyond customer service, She is very helpful and if I need to I will return again. The only downfall is the increase in pricing every now and then, But beyond that I would still recommend it and I still give it 5 stars. Thanks a bunch.

Five star business and great personnel. Kristi was absolutely amazing. She was very informative, clear and honest. I received a tour of my unit before signing a contract. The unit was very clean and exactly what I was looking for! I've spoken to and used other storage facilities and this was hands down my BEST experience. Nancy the manager helped me out tremendously. I came in to town from Colorado to clean out a unit and get the contents shipped back to the business I work for. She let me leave my pallets out over night since the truck did not arrive the first day. The next day, the truck was supposed to be there at 9 am and of course it wasn't. She made me a fresh cup of coffee and agreed to let the truck in once it arrived to get the pallets picked up. Thanks for your help Nancy!

The people who work @ Cube Smart are so helpful & friendly. The units are clean and well maintained. I compared several places before deciding to rent a unit @ Cube Smart and found their prices are reasonable as well, but really it was the customer service I received that made my decision easy.I highly recommend you check them out when renting extra storage becomes necessary as it did for me when I put my home on the market and needed to declutter my home.

INSTEAD OF GETTING THAT I GOT 1/2 OFF FIRST MONTH AND 10% BUT THEY WERE SO RELUCTANT I HAVE TO GO BACK BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT ENTER MY CONTRACT INTO COMPUTER!! NO THOUGHT IS GIVEN TO GETTING ME A PARKING SITE AND IT NOW SEEMS LIKE I AM IN THE COMPLETE REAR OF THE LOT.
