I have only had my 10 x 30 unit for less than a year. It was $373.56 and they just raised it to $411.60!!!! Are you kidding me? That's more than a 10% increase with the only warning being that my new rate is due next month. Mind you, they are advertising the units for cheaper than my original payment!!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. No trash bins to use there either.

This place is a dump, I fell on the ice that they were slow to remove and the g block of climate controlled units has had a rotting floor that's a serious hazard for several MONTHS. BUT IT'S CHEAP! in every sense of the word!

Cube Smart is a friendly, and clean place to keep your overstock. The only complaint I have is that prices have really climbed since I signed up. I started at $160, 2 years ago. I just had a lease renewal, at a new cost of $216. I'm really thinking about sizing down if I can.

Facilities are fine employees are great. Price gouging is ridiculous every six months the price goes up. Started with a $20 jump to the most recent $60 increase. The price on a unit advertised at $180 is now $421 explain that???? Taking advantage of your customers is not a way to keep them. I will not continue to use these thieves.

I gave a one start review because store manager Brad Baon. On 1/26/2021 I went to get more information about a large storage unit to house my electronics stores products. I reserved the unit and told him what I was putting inside the unit. On 1/27/2021 this is the text msg I received. *Hi Kevin, Were you still interested in the 10x20? I have a few questions, if so. *YES *How will you be selling these tv's? We only allow for up to $5000 worth of goods to be stores. *What do you mean how will I sale then. *You can not sell them on property. *I have my own store. *Thats fine if I can't store my things there I will find another location to store. Thanks for the help. Have a great day. Question why would you assume that I am trying to sell my products on your property? Why when I told you what was going Inside you didn't say you can't because we don't cover that much money worth of products? If your moto is its whats inside that counts I guess that does not mean doing business with me or my company. Is it because I am a BLACK owned business that you would thunk these things and ask thses questions. Do you ask everyone of your customers how much money worth of products they are putting in your storage and how will they sell there inventory.

Secure fenced-in facility with outdoor ground level units and an indoor second floor of units. The staff in the front office is extremely friendly. The facility is clean. One inconvenience is the lack of dumpsters available for storage unit renters. Only the staff can get rid of trash. When I wanted to create space in my unit, I was forced to take my garbage and recycling (cardboard boxes and excess packaging) with me.

The day I went to rent a cube it started pouring rain outside as we were checking out a 5x10 indoor unit. Julie was fantastic and let me look at the 10x10 she had available (as I thought the 5x10 might not hold all of my furniture), again all the while rain is pouring down on us. Helpful & friendly...... I had my unit to rent from website as I was moving from out of state but when I arrived and shown size it was to small for my things. SO Julie as very helpful in finding a new unit for me that would work better and fit my needs. The only down side I felt there were some hidden fees that I didn't expect like needing to have monthly insurance on my unit & onetime admin fee of $24.00 the first month rent was half off which did help off set that but still had to pay more then I expected.
