My friends storage has roaches, and when he moved in I know for certain he didn’t have roaches. I literally helped pack and move my friends belongings. So I can say for certain Cubesmart caused my friend and his family this disgusting problem. it’s appalling the way he and his family are being persecuted by the staff at Cubesmart located on East Main St in Reynoldsburg Ohio, 43068. The lack of professionalism is an understatement. BE WARNED STORE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Security is a certain time of the day thing there, not a 24/7 thing. The number Pad is a useless endeavor. There are no cameras. Things are broken more than they work and that boggles the mind with how many times they hike up the rent per year. Staff is hit or or miss and even then its dependent on what day you talk to them. The attitude you get when you express your worries about your belongings safety makes you feel like your the one at fault for using the unit your paying for. Just be careful if you have to go here...but at the curent price they arent competeing with any one else...so you dont.

I want to begin by saying Ms. Lisa, needs a raise! I want to next ask that God Bless, Ms. Lisa. The associate Ms. Lisa, was so nice and welcoming to my sister who has autism. That my sister continues to ask to visit Ms. Lisa currently. Ms. Lisa treated my sister like her own family. When my sister knocked a sign down (by accident) in the window instead of getting upset, Ms. Lisa immediately sprang into action to check the well being of my sister. Ms. Lisa assured me that the sign would be fine. Ms. Lisa said she only wanted to make sure my sister was ok, and not injured. Ms. Lisa was so kind, I will remember her kindness for the rest of my life. I’ve seen plenty of people get aggravated with my sister due to her autism and her rambunctious ways. I want to begin by firstly thanking Ms. Lisa. Ms. Lisa was so kind, she touched my soul in a way I can only recall similar to that of my mother or my grandmother. I came to Cube Smart after already checking a few units with Bryan days previous. Still when I arrived I wanted to quickly check the unit I had reserved and then I planned to pay for my unit, and move in. Nothing more nothing less. One word led to another and before I realized it I was confiding to Ms. Lisa that I was in Ohio again due to the loss of my grandfather. I was near tears before, Ms. Lisa let me know she understood exact where I was coming from. Ms. Lisa embraced me the same way my Aunt Lisa would. Ms. Lisa made me feel comfortable to open up about my trauma. Ms. Lisa continued to assist my disabled sister as if my sister was her own family. My sister likes to touch people (only if she likes them) and Ms. Lisa allowed my sister to touch her without getting upset and spoke to my sister with the respect she deserves. She saw my sister for the person she is and not the autism she has. Ms. Lisa was so nice. Im so thankful she works at the Cube Smart I will be storing at.

I am so disappointed in CubeSmart Reynoldsburg! Brian is the most disrespectful, confrontational, rude, racist man I have ever encountered in my life. Every time I come into CubeSmart or call he is the nastiest person to me. I purposely try to wait until Lisa is present to handle my business for this reason. Dealing with Lisa versus dealing with Brian is night and day! He purposely provides me with incorrect Information time and time again! He is so hard to work with it is unbelievable! I have contacted corporate several times regarding his behavior and the customer service that I have received from Brian. I have spoken with Monica the district manager several times regarding my concerns. If Brian is whom CubeSmart Reynoldsburg chooses to be the face of CubeSmart then they should be shamed of themselves! I thought we were in a place in life where racism was no longer tolerated I guess I was mistaken! Shame on you CubeSmart!

Close to my apartment, convenient. Update 01/25/2024 they are raising the rental fees by nearly 25% to $125/mo. for a 10x10 unit +tax. But for a couple months the security gate into the facility where I had my unit was broken and left open 24/7 so anyone could access the facility which was to be a secured facility when I rented the unit there.

Do not use the Cubesmart in Reynoldsburg Ohio. I upgraded to a bigger unit and was charged for that unit and because the rent was already paid on my smaller unit they refuse to refund the money on the smaller. Charged me administrative fees and everything again even though I’m an existing customer. Unit sitting empty and they have my money. They can re rent it this month and make double the money. Lady in office very rude and clueless customer service people not any better. On top of that people living in units…guy stared me down two units from mine. People walking around with backpacks on in unit area. Never felt safe there. Went down the street got a bigger and cheaper unit. Much better manager at new place.

I cannot say much about other locations but I don’t recommend using the Reynoldsburg location. The area isn’t clean and not maintained well, the units are dirty, the doors/latches to the units aren’t very secure. Additionally communication with them is horrible. There was never anyone in the office and the door was always locked during normal business hours. I never received responses to my emails and I always had to leave a voicemail when I called. On top of all that, in the year we had a unit here our monthly rent increased 3 times each time going up almost $12 a month. Went from starting out paying $40/mo to almost double that paying $75/mo when I drew the line and decided to move out of the unit.

I liked this location at first. Then the longer I've been there the more Im thinking about going elsewhere. Their rates went up for what? I have to walk through a foot of dead leaves just to get to my unit. And there is no lighting and its spider infested!!! And your going to increase my rates!!! Trust me, I'm going to look around because its pretty bad when i have to watch myself from bei g attacked by spiders dropping down from the doors and watching spiders crawling out of my belongings. We pay to store our things so it would be nice to trust that our things will remain safe and cleanliness would be nice to. When people have to move piles of leaves out the way and broken branches from the trees overhanging the units, and dealing with no lights in the units, and infestations, its time to leave the company especially when they want to increase the rates?? Wth!!

Went in looking for a storage unit 10 by 25 was Shown a nice unit concrete ceiling as I had problems with the storage unit I am in now having metal ceilings and leaking. The unit I was shown was clean and in good shape. I signed up for a 10 x 25 unit when taking to see the unit was taking a crossed Main Street to another set of storage Bays the one I was shown had a bent door was rusted out at the bottom on each side there was trash everywhere. There was a small refrigerator tools trash tarps, had to sweep up myself screws ,bolts and nail inside and out of the bay. I was told there had been a white van parked there and then it was gone does not sound like a secure location to me no one cleaned up the messes. Went back to the main office to see if there was another bay available there was not I took the Bay but have second thoughts and went back to cancel due to the fact I would be storing thousands of dollars worth of tools and did not feel secure in the area. I only signed the papers and the bay a couple of days asked for the prorated refund was told they don't do that. I do not recommend CubeSmart as I feel they are very deceptive in their policies.if you go there make sure to ask to see the actual bay you will be renting.also be sure to read all reveiws.

We chose this place to store our camper due to its proximity to our home and affordable price. The gate was broken for a while but they did finally have it fixed. Quite a few emails and calls later. It is an ok place and it is in our price range. Just hope our camper stays safe.

My storage area have been broken into twice this year. CUBESMART IS FALSELY advertising secure surveillance, It's not working at all. I was informed by management that my storage was broken into earlier this year in March and was also told that the surveillance wasn't working then, and now I notice the lock that they have provided to me from previous break in that is was blow torch open, which whoever went through my thing again. I was told by the police on 9/15/18 that management inform her the surveillance is still not working. I have also notice riding by storage previously that the "Secured Gate" was up and I had called cubesmart and advised them that I had noticed the gate was up late at night, which it should not have been opened. I was advised by phone later that they had a malfunction with gate and that they had fixed it. I HAD TO MOVE ALL MY THINGS OUT OF WHAT WAS LEFT AND MOVED IT SOME PLACE ELSE... THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AREA IN REYNOLDBURGS, OHIO TO NO ONE. YOUR BELONGINGS IS NOT SAFE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF MAIN STREET BEHIND AUTOZONE....

The initial process was great, however late fees and pricing changes after the initial deal was up were not explained at all. Also, online payment was made one month, and on the same day when I tried to make payment the same day the next month online it said I was unable to make payment because it was past due. Extremely inconvenient due to being in another state and no way to take a payment in. Last time we were in the unit we saw several dead bugs.

BEWARE! Coming or calling after 5;30 will get you serious attitude from the girl that's there! They close at 6pm and there's lengthy paperwork that needs to be done when you first get a storage unit. So I called to say I'd be a little late because I went to the wrong facility since I was new in town. She huffed and puffed on the phone and told me she needed to be at her other job by a certain time! She asked me where I was! She had the worst customer service EVER! I was so upset by the things she said to me and had the nerve to ask me that I hung up in her face! I arrived and she was naturally a bit reserved. She did eventually warm up and do her job, Here's the kicker though, she was complaining about leaving on time and making it to her other job and the computer sysytem at the facility was more than turtle slow! It was raining and the process took double the time it normally should. I actually was going to have to come back in the AM because nothing was going through! All I could think was hade I come in earlier it still would've taken forever! It was indeed Karma! She thought I was inconviencing her, yet her system was inconviencing me, the customer!
