The women were so sweet and helpful when my daughter was getting her unit. They helped us figure out the right size and taught us a lot about how to store certain items. The extra security makes me feel better about her going up there alone. And we really appriciate them bringing us a cart when they saw us carrying in all of the boxes. Laura was great! Any time I called I was able to reach her and if she was busy she called in a short amount of time. The premises are clean and well kept. Unlike the other company the security gate is always closed. Laura and her assistant was kind enough to keep an eye on me as I prepared to sell my boat. I was all the way at the back and couldn’t be seen from the street so that extra sense of security was everything. If I ever need storage again I’ll definitely come here.

This place was more affordable than the one before. Since loving in, the manager has made huge strides in cleaning up the trash and making other improvements since taking over from the previous owner. Security has been greatly improved and the facility is more accessible now. I vacated the unit because we downsized and didn't it any longer, but I recommend the facility for value and convenience. In particular, the manager, Laura, is a delight to work with and will take care of your needs.

My unit was broken into (the wall separating an unlocked vacant unit was torn apart), there's no video cameras because the office was broken into by Great Value Storage (the previous owners), and on top of having my stuff stolen there was significant water damage. Your stuff is not safe from the elements or thieves here.

The facility is clean and well maintained. We use it for trailer parking and the lot is paved with extremely easy access to our spot. The place we used to store our trailers was not any of those things. The manager is extremely personable and professional simultaneously. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

my main reason for recommending THIS StorQuest is easy... Laura, period. :-) she's a ROCKSTAR!! she's just an awesome person who will do anything to help someone out. if you want more than a 'personable' recommendation? ok... i'll say you also can't beat the price. there is one other place in central Ohio as low of a cost, but you would NOT want to store your camper there (i did reluctantly for 1.5 years until this spot opened up!). keep in mind, at the extremely low cost per spot, there is no camper checks (for unwanted visitors: mice, racoons, etc.). but even more expensive places, $125/month (+/-) don't, or 'claim' to but really don't. so i'm ok w/ no camper checks vs the cost. :-) thank you StorQuest, but really thank YOU Laura!! web =^_^=

Stuff will be stolen, especially if you park a vehicle of any kind here. Then when you ask the management to look into their camera system to find the culprit. They’ll give you the run around for weeks, and then saw that they “saw a shadow”. Well, a shadow can’t steal equipment, let alone equipment weighing 75 lbs and above.

I have a storage locker here for awhile and I would say enter at your own risk y'all. My father and I were told that this place was climate control and found out a year later that it wasn't. Which incidently ruined everything in my locker that couldn't be in something like that. When I tried to bring this to their attention, they specifically told me that they weren't liable and they would do nothing about it. They told my father the same thing too, so if I had a choice peeps, I would definitely go somewhere else to store your belongings. There is a reason why their BBB grade is so low and now y'all know why. Thanks for reading this peeps, stay safe. And always remember to stay humble and kind, ??

On JUl 31, 2018, I was in need of a new storage unit as I had relocated. I called Great Value Storage on Tussing Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. They gave me the details and scheduled me. I found I needed to be out of my other unit that day or be charged a full month for one day. I called back to Great Value and spoke with Monte again. As I only lived a few minutes away, I went there. The manager and Monte were very accommodating and began the processing of getting me a unit The unit I was showed was perfect for my needs. Great staff to work with. I recommend this storage facility for your needs if you are in this area. Access and exiting is easy. Thank you.
