The facility is supposed to be a secured facility but the security gate has been broken for over a year with tons of promiseses that it is being addressed, yet the facility is still increasing our fees . I have 3 trailers that are extremely popular for thieves somthing needs to be done don't rent here.

1 word: NESSI - Outstanding customer service. Very responsive to the customer and goes out of her way to provide information necessary for the safe transport of items. (Rhonda was helpful too) Because of her I am closing my Public Storage and moving everything over to Cube Smart. You should hire more employees like Nessi in Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068

This Storquest location is the best around the manager Rhonda is very friendly, professional and accommodating to the tenants and she also has a very good memory I signed up online and after 1 office visit she remembered my name. The facility is very clean and secure the parking in the back is accessible and convenient I recommend this location to any and everyone who’s looking for storage unit or even just a parking spot 1000 stars if possible

Rhonda rates 5 stars for her professionalism and assistance. I could work around the limited gate access hours as it's not 24x7 access. The price is why I left after 7 years. The company doesn't seem flexible.

I miss Great Value Storage. With them no problems. Then Storquest pops up and everything changes. Storquest CLAIMS 5 ways to make a payment and they all work...Wrong!!!; These people lie about prices and 24 hour access. I cant wait to be done with them.

Big fat 0 if I could. They will cheat you. They wont tell you everything, read it off the paperwork. I was paid up until the first of the month,. Took my stuff for a ride in a uhaul on a chance,. The facility is a scam! The storage unit has rats traps in the units and when I tried to speak with the agent in the building, she had an attitude (especially when I called in ) and was very short with me. I would never go back especially after she almost tried to charge me for July 1st rent and I had til June 30 to get my belongings out w/out paying for july rent. She acted like she didn’t know what day it was. she also informed me that I was not allowed to get my belongings til 10am-6pm. I come up there to find out the storage is open from 5am-11pm! I do not recommend anyone to waste their money or time here.

Stopped by yesterday to rent a unit, and Rhonda at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! The weather was cold and drizzly but she had no issue with driving me out in their little golf cart to check out an empty unit so I could get an idea for the size. The facility was clean and well lit, seems secure. We haven’t moved any items into our unit yet, but the customer service was excellent, and so far we’re impressed.

Watch your billing! Had to get my billing corrected each month for the first 5 months. The advertised price was not being honored. Unfortunatley, I also fell at the site due to poor snow clearing, that resulted in a broken ankle and over $10,000 in medical payments. I'm finally moved and just cancelled and was informed that they do not pro-rate/reimburse, so $100 for 9 days. I did like the security features and pest control on site.
