I was greeted in the office by Gwen. She is personable, helpful, and not pushy at all. She showed me several different units and answered all my questions. She helped me set up a reservation for later the next week. I went in yesterday and rented a different unit that fit my needs exactly! Gwen was easy to work with and had no problem changing the reservation to the new unit. So far, I’m very pleased with the service, hours, and security of this unit!

The entire experience was great! I started out in Westlake at that location and the office manager was amazing. She was super helpful and totally transparent. She referred me to the Rocky River location and the GM, Gwen sealed the deal! Super friendly and patient. The facility is SO clean and the load in process is seamless and easy. When i call with questions or go in person Haley the asst manager is very knowlegeable and always willing to help us. This facility is extremely well kept and the management is exceptional. I highly recommend CubeSmart in Rocky River to anyone looking for a climate controlled storage unit. The facility was clean and appropriately heated - but more notably we were blown away by the staff. Rick was onsite to help us when we arrived with a 26' truck from Colorado and offered his assistance in every way possible including sharing an extra Starbucks coffee with us! He was kind, thorough, and attentive. I never expected the level of detail or interest from him that we received and, because of him, we will absolutely use this facility again if we need storage in the future. Thank you, Rick!

This place is awesome, I'll never use an outdoor storage facility again, yes it's more expensive but the convenience and climate control make it well worth the extra cost. You can store anything here and not worry about it freezing or getting too hot. And no musty smell. Rick is great at the Rocky River location. The other major benefit is when you need to find something you can pull items out of your storage unit and place them outside the unit on a nice clean and dry floor, instead of a wet cracked blacktop!
