Secure, clean, and climate-controlled, with excellent customer service. The GM, Brad, went above and beyond in getting me set up with my unit, even when I had to change my move-in date several times. I just started storing here, but a family member stored belongings here for several months and had a very positive experience, and I expect I will continue to have a positive experience as well! Also as a HUGE bonus, access is drive-up, so there's minimal running around when you're moving things in/out and trying to get to your belongings.

I rented the unit on June 2. I was planning to move in on June 12, however, received word that I had been a successful bidder on a new home. Because I no longer needed the unit I assumed my payment of $223 would be prorated for the 10 days that I “occupied” the unit and partially refunded. That did not happen, I ended up having to pay $223 for no service at all.

The facility is climate controlled which is what we needed. Everything was clean and looks well kept. They have flat bed carts and two-wheelers that you can use which is a nice touch. I’ve been using this location for about 5-6 years and could not have been more pleased with my experience at this location. Facility is kept clean and management is super. The manager Brad is great, he would go out of his way to assist you to make sure you are well cared for. Superb customer service that should be a model for all. I had moved out of the area and left some stuff in storage...It was comforting to know that I did not have to worry. I recently moved my stuff out of storage and I was not able to be there the day movers showed up. Brad said not to worry, he’d be available to assist the mover. That was a big help and relief for me. Brad is the best!! Highly recommend this location for storage needs.

What a disappointing experience attempting to rent a storage unit. After receiving a written quote from facility manager Tiffany, general manager Brad would not honor the price within the time frame planned for the move. Brad became quite belligerent and unpleasant to deal with saying prices could vary daily. Tiffany did a great job trying to save the deal but unfortunately she's not the one in charge. I also had an issue with the poor lighting and climate control which is really only heat.

This place is fantastic! The storage area/areas is/are very clean and feel very safe. The staff is unmatched; Tiffany and Brad not only took the time to ask what my needs were as far as storage space/ duration, but took great pride in doing their very best to ensure I was receiving the optimal combination of storage options and price. In times where it feels most are just doing their best to get by, these two seem to really care that your experience here is the best it can possibly be. CubeSmart is lucky to have such nice people at this location!

Needed to use an out of state facility for a few months of storage. Easy enough, plenty of options similarly priced. The difference; Tiffany. It's one thing to be competent, it's another to make a fairly mundane experience into a genuinely pleasant one. Questions? Anticipated and answered. Flexibility? A necessity considering the out of state requirement. Once again, totally on point. If you need an indoor, dry and climate controlled facility in greater Cleveland, look no further than this one. Well run, with convenient indoor loading and pick up areas. Add exemplary customer service through Tiffany and Brad and do yourself a favor. Pick this one.

Excellent indoor storage facility in Solon! The drive through option is truly a lifesaver as you never need to worry about the weather. And there are lots of carts on hand to move items from my van to the unit. Brad keeps everything extremely clean and well maintained. And he is always eager to help me whenever I need it. I am in an out often due to work so having my own key code to enter and exit the building is convenient. Knowing the lights will come on after hours (due to motion sensors) and that there are cameras everywhere mean I always feel safe as well.

Storing my belongings at CubeSmart was an absolutely fabulous experience! The place was climate controlled and had at least 35 (probably more), security cameras to insure all your belongings are safe, as well as you are safe coming and going. You have your own access code to get in and out of the building and the 1 time lock you purchase when you sign your contract for your personal locker, is never used a second time to insure further security. I highly recommend the facility in Solon, Ohio. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately this does not give you the option of “zero” star! Therefore, I was forced to give a star!! This facility is extremely poorly run!!!!! I have never done business with more incompetent people. Mike, the person who answers the phones and sits at the front desk resides in LaLaLand! When he says he’s going to be there he’s NOT. Then you’re forced to call him which turns into a comedy of acts! He forgets, he’s at lunch and will be right back. Then he calls to give another excuse why he’s not right back. It goes on and on and on and on. You need to speak VERY SLOW to the point you forget why you even called to begin with??. Not to mention they are EXTREMELY expensive!!! I referred my daughter recently to the storage zone in warrensville. She said She was told they do not charge late fees at 12:01 am on the first of the month $20.00 per unit and the manager said they send you reminder notices up until the 5th or 6 of the month. Whereas Mike charges at 12:01 am and will lock your unit down until payment is made. I will NEVER go back here again!!!!!
