The staff are accommodating and flexible in meeting me with a crazy schedule and they follow up very well. Issues that come up with storage access, broken access doors for example, are handled quickly and they are great with keeping clients informed.

Don't store here they will go up on rent without proper notification. But will notify when your unit is due. Somebody edited my review. I also put that the store manager tried to lie on my move out date. So no I have no further conversations with a lier that you all hired.......RESPECTFUL

Did anyone else magically get cockroaches after pulling their furniture out of this place? Front door was broken the entire time I rented there. It was a nightmare getting in and out.

This place is clean and climate controlled. The system is secure and organized. Although they have had some problems with the entrance door not working properly and people who use it not following the directions, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased I used them. I would use them again. Great location, too!

Everything went well. The place was nice and clean. However, the receptionist was very RUDE. I had to wait for the movers to arrive with my furniture and she said i could not wait in the office. I had to wait outside in the cold weather for 4 hours. Also i got several different answers about whether or not i needed to bè there for the actual move. I am in a wheelchair and it difficult to travel. When ì called ahead of time and spoke with someone they said i hàd to bè there bùt the receptionist said i didnt. They need to get their rules straight!!

In today's society customer service is a thing of the past, very rare that a customer can get good customer service from one person but extremely rare to get it from the entire staff, and the South Euclid branch CubeSmart took me back to the good old days of excellent customer service. Amy and Kreston always had a sincere smile, knowledgeable of the facility, and always went out of the way to give me the best service possible and the building was always very clean. If you need storage and you are in this area, or it is worth driving across town, I will always use CubeSmart South Euclid for my storage needs!! Thanks Ladies!!!

The clerk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She asked me what my needs were, she went through the measurements, what type of storage would fit in each storage locker, then walked me to my choice of locker, and explained to me, how my locker would be maximized by showing me the best way to place my items in the locker.
