We stopped into the office to get information, and the agent was able to answer our questions, and then showed us an available unit that would fit our needs. We were able to go through the rental agreement process quickly, and we were able to start loading. Building access is very easy through the keypads, but access through the CubeSmart app on our phone is even better.

I have been getting the run around from the District Manager. He talks in a very demeaning way and very unprofessional. Makes excuses all the time. Saying he is at a playoffs game. How about do your job, This place is the worst. I would not store your belongings here. You have been warned. I have been dealing with a very serious issue since November.

The customer service that I really see from Kenya was absolutely amazing. However the sTRONGSVILLE Cubesmart in units on the first floor have done many damages to my units with mold and mildew along with others. Customer units items, and personal properties being destroyed, due to mold and mildew. I was very disappointed this time around when I retrieve my personal items in belongings this facility. I never had an issue with you, smart that’s why I always returned. I will say that the made things much easier customer service that I received from the young lady was amazing her upbeat attitude, and willingness to mehelp. made me feel eddies, and that the proper steps.that I was going to take would be handle. However, I would not recommend anyone to go to Cubesmart in Strongsville until they rectify the issue of the mold and mildew situation that is located on their first floor there for

I've been a storage customer here for many years. I needed a larger unit and contacted the office. I was helped by Mitch at the Strongsville office who was extremely friendly and very helpful. He worked very hard to get me the best price and got me the larger unit. I was very impressed and would reccommend this facility to anyone looking for climate controlled storage.

i have appreciated having this unit for storage. i have 24 hour access. it's secure. plus the price is better than my apartment building offered and the space i have is that of a whole room versus it being a small cube. more importantly, it is climate/temperature controlled which was most important to me due to the types of items I'm storing. lastly, the staff are friendly and professional. i couldn't be happier!

Cube Smart: Strongsville: Very clean and organized with the supplies you need if you forgot anything packing related. Feels very safe - well lit, cameras, etc. We're using Cube Smart to store manufactured goods which require a home type environment w/ controlled humidity and temperature. We expect to use them long term with our project and to store antiques. Great staff. Friendly and very professional.
