From the time I walked in the door, the tour, the explanation of operations of the facility, to the signing of the contract and loading my belongings, I was 100% satisfied with the service. The price for a 10x10 unit was very reasonable. The facility was safe and extremely clean. I highly recommend this location for storage which provides A/C and heating throughout the facility! Just the small courtesy of providing water meant all the difference as I unloaded my entire apartment by myself. Very thankful for this experience. Please stop by this facility!

This new company is taking advantage of people. My rent went up from $130 to $176. Two increases were done during COVID-19. I talked to the store manager who said he was emailing corporate about my issue but I’m sure he was just saying that to appease me. I never received a follow up email or phone call. You bought the company and took away all the perks and raised the price. I don’t think there is any reason for anybody to store things here. There are just too many better and cheaper options. I moved stuff out before the office was open and was going to come back to talk about my options for the rest of the month and check out and you did it fir me. I wasn’t done with the storage. I had a whole month left and I get nothing back. I never verbally said I was done with the unit. It was only 3 days after I paid for the month. Who has money to throw away? I never missed a payment or was late for years and then this.

I rented with Cubesmart in Texas and had a great experience so I just rented from Cubesmart in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, off of Emory Road. I was very impressed at the quality of service- John really wanted to make my moving experience great and walked me through every step. I reserved the unit online-really easy-and they gave me a good discount. The location was spotless-Clean is good! They have flat bed carts just inside the door which has been a huge help. There is a lot of lighting-nice and bright. I went after dark and there was plenty of lighting. They have all the moving things you need, boxes, bubble wrap, furniture pads, etc. I must say-renting from Cubesmart has been the best part of my move! Thank you, John, at Cubesmart Warrensville Heights, Ohio!!!

Storage Zone is awesome! I was relocating from Michigan to Ohio, and John was able to get me into a large storage unit on very short notice. John was welcoming and professional and a pleasure to work with. The facility is in great shape. 3 months later, I got my stuff out, and everything was in the same condition as I'd left it!
