It was such a painless process to get a spacious, clean storage unit. Alesha helped me out and was very kind and knowledgeable about any questions I had. We were able to rent and move in right away. The employee who showed us our unit was wonderful. Our unit was very clean. The lock is easy to use. We were able to access the building no problem on move in day, and able to back our truck right up to the entrance and elevator. Lots of carts available for use. With the units inside a climate controlled building, there is no concern with temperature, weather, or pests.

Went in for a tour of the facilities and had the best experience! Alisha was amazing! She answered all my questions and let me see the different storage sizes to help me make my decision better. The facility is clean and has a lot of security measures put in place that I know my things are completely safe.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Alesha and Jennifer made the process so easy and were absolutely wonderful. Alesha explained everything to me from top to bottom. No surprises and I knew exactly what I was getting into. A few of my favorite things about this place is one, I loved the karts at the loading doors. What a huge help it was to be able to use their karts to get my stuff in and out. Secondary the cleanliness. This place was always so clean loved that no matter what time I came it was always super clean. Lastly the bathrooms. One of the residual affects of this challenge I’m doing is using the bathroom often than your average person and the bathrooms were always easily accessible and clean. Thank you Alesha, Jennifer, and Cube Storage.

Earlier today, I made the journey to CubeSmart Self Storage so that I could evaluate them for my storage needs. While I ultimately did not become a customer -- my storage use case turns out to be better served by a facility with outdoor access -- I felt I had to come here to provide a review: If you require super secure and/or super climate controlled indoor storage, this is the place. Fantastic new facility. But the real reason I came here was to call out Alesha and Jennifer by name in hopes that the franchise owners of this location will read it. These gals literally opened the door for me as I walked in. They talked me through the storage options, showed me the loading area, personally showed me the Cubes, even laughed at one of my corny jokes. These ladies are doing right by CubeSmart, representing the brand and this location in particular quite well.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experiences with the CubeSmart staff and the facility itself. Staff are consistently friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility is modern, classy, & clean, very safe & secure (good locks 24 hour monitoring), and easy to access (365 days a year, 6am and 10pm). Prices are reasonable especially if you catch a promotion. What more can one want? I will use them again when I renovate my 2nd floor!

Signed up for storage today while I transition between living spaces. Particularly liked that the units are climate controlled, there's no minimum or maximum lease length. Units are easy to access, reasonably priced, clean and spacious. Alicia was very efficient and professional in both the tour and leasing process!
