Hello, good afternoon I’ve been renting from you guys for quite some time now and now I received a message of a price increase now I was not informed about this policy. I’m not even sure if this is something legal going on, but I will gladly like some more information in regards to the six monthspayment increase. Why wasn’t I informed at the very beginning when signing up for this this is really inconvenient for me and now I’m reconsidering taking my belongings from this location and finding another storage facility.

Over Presidents day weekend, 13 storage units were broken into and lots of property was taken. The subjects were in the units for a very long time rummaging through the property and were able to open the gates and bring in vehicles to haul the goods out of the 2nd floor unit. The thugs used a bolt cutter to cut open the locks on the storage units. They had lots of time to work un-noticed and the crime was not noticed until the next business day. Fortunately the police nabbed the subjects and some property was recovered but you should not feel confident that your stuff is properly secured and invulnerable to this type of activity. If you are not willing to lose your stuff, don't store it here.

I have had a storage locker at the Sperry location for several years now and I can't say enough about the clean, easy accessible and well-lit facility. But most importantly the people who work there, Carol and Steve, are exceptional. They are kind, friendly, eager to help, patient and available to answer any question you might have. I enthusiastically give them a 5-star rating!

I have been at this location for almost 4 years now and I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I received! Jane, now retired was excellent! Carol Schultz & Stephen Uchmanowicz are now there and did me a huge favor. Apparently I locked my storage locker open. My bad, I didn't have the latch over far enough. They went out of their way to call me and bring it to my attention. Great customer service! A quality that seems to be lacking with so many other companies.

Carol was awesome. I have never had a great experience with storage facilities until working with Carol at CubeSmart. She went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a storage facility.

I love this location! It was my first time using a storage unit and they made the transition beautiful for me even when they found out I lost my job! They are like family who will look out for you! The perfect customer service team I have ever encountered!

Jane was super helpful and pleasant even though we showed up close to closing time (and on her birthday no less)! I look forward to a positive relationship with this facility. Today, after 8 years, I emptied my storage unit. Thanks to Carol and Kim for helping me close out. I want to thank them and all the others who have helped me manage my household through new roofs, kids going to and from college and a flooded garage. I hope I never need a storage unit again, but if I do, I'll definitely come back to this facility. It's close, convenient, clean, safe and well staffed. Thank you all again.
