I have thoroughly loved storing my items here. My favorite thing is Olga her warm and friendly personality and her attention to details and safety are award winning.. The units are kept clean and prices are great and you won't see surprise increases like other storage places. My first time getting a storage unit and I checked around before coming to this one and I'm so happy I did! Olga at the front desk felt like family the way she greeted me and answered all my questions! She is Very personable and friendly and makes sure all your needs are met! I feel she is a huge asset to this facility and I signed up for my unit right away! Very clean facility and I feel secure knowing my belongings will be kept here for a bit! The elevators are nice too and the covered drive up area to unload . I would highly recommend this business !

Very nice place to rent from, all around. Reasonably priced, well secured, good elevators and carts. It wasn’t advertised to me, but I think they offer 1/2 off the first two months rent, which came as a great surprise. Might want to double check on that one. Anyway, it was easy to get a unit and paying online is nice. Much better than the other not-local storage options in the area.

Awesome security with cameras everywhere and elevators that only take you to the floor your code applies for. Pricing was more than competitive with units being clean, heated and well lit. Even has a covered loading area! Service was great too! Tip:. After entering code, you have to press the button on the elevator really quick.

I had rented from Public Storage for the last 5 years and needed a larger space, they told me they thought they had one but weren't sure if the door was fixed or not. When I pressed, because I needed more space, right away, they said nope, sorry, nothing available. Olga was not only accommodating, she was friendly, helpful and the place is so clean, neat, new, and close by!! I will recommend Olga and Milwaukie Storage at every opportunity. I have been renting my units for about 6 months. This is a wonderful storage facility. Very clean unit and grounds. Savannah has been wonderful. She is helpful and always pleasant. Eventually I will reduce down to on unit. Since units are reasonably priced, I will keep on smaller unit for a year or so for extra storage. Thank you for offering such a clean facility!

Brand new storage facility between Sellwood and Happy Valley. The manager, Savannah, is so nice and provided amazing customer service. Not only did she call me immediately after receiving my contract (which is done online - how convenient!), she gave us a tour and showed the unit herself. The first three months is 50% off. 5x5 is 57/mo which seems extremely reasonable. Elevators, temperature controlled and carts everywhere.
