I've had a unit here a little over 6 months now. Recently I had an unexpected increase happen, and as a result I reached out. Unfortunately I received some conflicting information which lead to a lot of confusion. Ultimately, the staff at cubesmart made sure to look into the problem to assist me. Hey this is Jean-Paul Clouthier. From the beginning online process it was very informative and helpful. The place is exceptionally clean and organized and bright and new. Nicest storage facility I've ever seen tbh. Thank you for letting us be apart of it. The desk manager Dante was fantastic from A-Z. I was running late getting there at five of six and he cared about me and my reservation and stayed the few extra minutes to add me in the system and brought me up to see my fresh brand new never leased before unit and then made sure I had all my information paperwork then on the way out made sure to check my door entry code and how to use it. Way cool perfessional down to earth gentleman who was 110% helpful and informative and has my most respect and thankfulness. ????

I visited my storage unit for the first time this week. I really like the location. The inside of the building is very clean and attractive looking. Mac was on duty that day and he was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Signing up was very easy and Mac went over everything twice to make sure that I understood and was comfortable. He showed me where the restroom is as well. I love the location of my unit. It's convenient to everything so I should have no problem getting my things in and out. I also really like the price. They also offered the first month free. My initial phone call when I was trying to find a storage unit was also very good. I spoke with Kevin after 6:00 pm and he was very pleasant and helpful. He gave me some options of buildings that they manage and I was able narrow it down to the building on Springfield Ave. So far everything has been great.

The woman and man ( they told me their names but I forgot???????) they were very helpful very informative. I needed tips on how to store a 3 bedroom house into 1 storage space. The guy with the dreads was very visual on how to put my furniture and it actually helped bc me and my daughter was moving everything by ourselves. If he hadn't given me tips I would've just thrown (not literally) everything in there. The only negative is that my storage was very dusty and dirty I know it's brand new and they are still working on it but they should at least swept before customers move their stuff in. Other than that customer service 10/10.
