The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. DO NOT USE CUBESMART ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. My unit was broken into. They entered through a connected unit that was vacant and left UNLOCKED. There’s a small gap between the 2 units that the person crawled through. Stole over $40,000 worth of stuff. Charmayne the manager was extremely rude. She admitted they entered through the connected unit and was still rude to me. She is also refusing to cooperate with police about getting the video footage. The building is not secure at all and this robbery was 100% due to the facilities negligence.

First of all when I went to the storage unit, nobody showed up for work and I was moving all my stuff in. Secondly, I was quoted a price and when I got there to pay, they told me it was going to be double the amount.

Not a fan of this facility. It's always dirty with trash everywhere and the nickle and dime as much as possible. Watch your use very carefully as they will raise the rent 30% after 6 months and they do.not prorate the rent so 1 day move out after rent due will force you to pay the entire month while they rent off the unit to someone else.

Just left CubeSmart in Brookhaven and wanted to give a big THANKS To Elias. This is the first I’ve ever used a storage facility and I totally messed up from screwing up the the code to enter and not being able to open the unit door. I am extremely disappointed with this location. We arrived twice to find the office locked and without an employee DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Today we loaded our unit for the first time only to discover the lock we paid for was not in our welcome bag. Again, the office was locked and no employee on site during business hours. I DO NOT recommend this location!!

This place was fine when it first opened. Then CubeSmart took over. First they tried to charge me a late fee, when my payment was scheduled to auto-pay with the previous owners, and had received an email that my payment would be processed for the month. Now in the second month with Cubesmart, I have once again been charged a late fee because they don't send you an invoice or any notification that your payment is due, and the auto-pay doesn't seem to work. Oh, and I also got stuck in the elevator here. Even though it was the middle of a weekday, no staff were on site and the elevator emergency phone didn't work. Thankfully I was able to get myself out. I'll be canceling my unit and taking my business someplace better managed.

Unable to reach a live person after reserving and paying for a rental 6 days ago. I have stopped by three times and called countless times and have been unable to reach anyone to gain my keys or find out my rental number. The number on my lease does not match their map at the building. The phone number goes to "this mailbox is not yet set up" and no answer during business hours. I have submitted a form online and no response. I needed to move stuff in three days ago since I am moving/downsizing and have been unable to do so, causing a major disruption to my move/schedule. I can't even reach someone to cancel my unit.
