First time storage renter. We rented an interior large unit to store furniture for several months during our home renovation. CubeSmart was easy to book, move-in, access, pay, and move-out. They had onsite, helpful managers (Marv) who answered all of my questions and were polite and knowledgeable. The unit, building and parking areas were clean and secure. Price was competitive and easy to reserve online. I'd rent from them again.

The staff at CubeSmart in Conshohocken is great! I’ve always found everyone super kind and accommodating within the confines of company policy! Heather and Marv are both WONDERFUL! Actually, everyone with whom I’ve interacted there has been great! And I’ve had my stuff there for a very long time! Rian was the manager when I first got my large unit back in July of 2013. I’ve since been able to downsize to a smaller unit when I moved across the country and, even though I’ve been long-distance since July of 2019 (still lookin’ for a space to accommodate my stuff!), the whole office is always willing to help when I run into any issues! Decided to look into CubeSmart after a friend recommended them, their reviews at this location, and my own personal experience. Heather and Marv were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks Marv and team CubeSmart Conshohocken, 401 Alan Wood Rd! @Sean Breton. Sorry you had to deal with this. I can tell you from my experience when I first moved in, their truck was most likely in the shop. I moved during a winter storm at the end of 2020, and the manager, I believe he was the Manager there, did in fact let me use their truck because the Uhaul, Bering one-wheeled, didn’t have the traction to move it up to the top of the hill. He helped plow the snow and used some peelers toys melt the snow all the way up to the top of the hill, where my unit is. The staff goes above and beyond, and yes I did just check prices, and they are significantly lower than what I am paying, I can bring this up to them, and they can accommodate if possible. If they can’t, I’ve been able to switch Units and drop another lease in order for them to process the discount. So, yes the repeating theme seems to be a lack of transparency, but it’s also our jobs to ask questions. Staff doesn’t have time to go over Lin-by-line an agreement. That’s your job, that’s my job, period. Having said this, I too do not put up with Bait and Switch, but from the 2 years I’ve worked with the staff at Alan Wood and their new location on Lee Drive, every staff member has been nothing short of kind, respectful and transparent. The Manager at the Alan Wood location actually told me to move my things to Lee Drive cause they had specials!! I asked why she was doing so? Her answer? “I have to do what’s best for my customers”. That’s customer-facing policies that demonstrate to me, integrity. So, while I may be able to get a better discount elsewhere, I will choose great customer care, customer-facing policies and staff, and the ability for the staff to pivot to help your own unique situation, any day over other storage units, and the biggest one out there, I’ve always stuck to where I’ve only had one manager, I became friends with, who did right by me. So, go elsewhere and if it’s better, good for you. I’m sticking with the folks here. Maybe one might want to consider their “approach”? Just sayin. Ask questions to find the Whys behind the Whys. Take a step back, Vet, then make your decision. I rush into things and agreements so quickly, since I don’t have time to read through agreements, but I’ve owned several businesses, where I can peruse through and make sure the Indemnity section protects me as a consumer; which is the whole point of Indemnity laws. Food for thought, but “ask for help” is my suggestion. The staff can’t read minds. I’m very direct in general, but I’m also very understanding. When you ask for help, you are gifting this staff the ability to feel good about themselves and help out. If you don’t, you’re taking away this gift. Cube smart raises the price of the units the longer you stay there. If you are looking for super short term I am sure this is fine but if youre looking for more than 6 months go elsewhere. The cost of my rental space is unbelievable. Definitely will never use them again. I signed my lease at $85 and my storage rate is currently $135 before taxes and fees. Total rip off. I spoke with store and regional manager and they were zero help and told me it is what it is. They actually offered for me to move out for 7 days then get a new unit again . What a joke.

My experience renting at CubeSmart in Conshohocken, Pa. was excellent! Sarah Russakoff was so informative and answered all of my questions regarding the process. I am in and out of my storage unit every week and she is often there with a smile and pleasant greeting. She even remembers my name which is truly delightful in this day and age! I highly recommend CubeSmart and hopefully you will get to meet Sarah too!

My entire experience with this CubeSmart was fantastic. From the online booking experience, all the way through the move out was smooth. The locations manager (I believe her name is Sarah) was incredibly helpful. After the initial booking she reached out to review details with me. When I went in person to view the unit she was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. She worked with me to find the best rate for my rental time frame. The unit is clean and easy to navigate with plenty of entrances and elevators. Could not recommend this facility more!

She keeps the office clean and organized. When out on the grounds I will see her cleaning empty storage units getting them ready for the next renter. I feel she is a top-notch employee a REAL KEEPER.

Easy to do business with. Conveniently located. Excellent customer service. Special shout out to Sarah R. I left a piece of a bed frame in the unit by mistake (it was a thin metal rod that I didn’t realize went with the bed). When I came back, hours after emptying the unit, Sarah was there cleaning. She helped me track down and retrieve the piece! Super friendly and efficient.

Two of the people I worked with at the Conshohocken storage location - Bridget and Mike - were phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Bridget dealt with me on a handful of occasions to estimate size of the unit and what I needed for what I had and helped me get to a point where I was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better help or patience.. Mike helped me once during the same set of exchanges and then, at another time, when we lost our keys to our unit, by cutting our lock in the middle of a power outage in the dark. Incredibly helpful on all occasions and those two will be the reason I recommend the location to anyone going forward.

I’ve used this storage company several times as I’m a travel RN who needs occasional safe keeping of my belongings. I always look online to see what’s available and the best deal. When I come in to the office, they always get me in and out so quickly. The storage size I needed wasn’t available, so they put me in a larger one at no increase in price. These guys are top notch and always courteous and professional. I highly recommend!!!!

Unfortunately, I was not informed I needed to provide proof of insurance prior to signing my contract and had to pay an additional fee. This could have been avoided if I knew upfront, I still signed the contract because I feel the pricing at CubeSmart is very competitive.

Very clean, well-lit storage facility. I had a great interaction with all of the store teammates who were working when I came in to lease my unit. I had to return to the storage facility after the office had closed to drop some things off to my unit - it was late and dark out at this point. As I went to drop some items off at my unit, I felt very safe and comfortable at the facility, which is very important to me. Everything in the storage facility was spotless when I arrived as well. I called Cubesmart in Conshohocken about a month before the school year ended only to learn that it was fully booked and all the college students had beaten me to the punch. Bridgette, the manager was so helpful because she promised to keep my number on a post-it by her computer and call me as soon as something became available. It was only a week later when she actually called with the exact size I needed at a very reasonable price. Later when I started packing my classroom, I realized that I needed a bigger storage space than I first anticipated. I called Cubesmart and Ryan easily swapped my smaller unit for a larger one. Again, the price was very affordable - even on a teachers salary. It was so easy to go in and sign all the paperwork. Bridgette was very friendly but also quick and efficient. The facility is brightly lit, secure, clean and easily accessible. I had a few friends help me move my stuff in and they already want to rent there and will be calling for a reservation. I will definitely recommend Cubesmart to my other friends and coworkers.

Standard corporate upsell experience. If you're renting a cube do your research online and screen shot or print out the price that's listed on the web, otherwise they'll give you another rate. Read all the paperwork as the information the manager gave me was different than what the paperwork said. For example I was told a minimum of $12 per month for insurance was required, but after reading the first line of the brochure thay says "you are not required to have this insurance" I realized I was lied to. I was also told that you didn't need to give advanced notice when moving out, paperwork says 30 days notice. This would be a 5 star experience if they just let you open the unit online without talking to their employees.

Amazing service, but prices seemed a tad steep. If you want to feel known/welcomed in at your storage location, pick this one. If you're looking for a cheap unit, look around. All in all, I'm happy I'm paying a couple extra bucks for the piece of mind and friendly service.

One of the decreasing number of businesses that understands the lifetime value of a customer. They can arrange for most delivery companies to deliver straight to your unit. From my experience, the staff is attentive to each customer's needs and is flexible in working with each client. There is an area in the main office with power outlets where you can sit and drink free coffee and tea while working on the computer. Larger units have lighting installed so you can see what you're doing. For me, it's a great setup for a little over $200 per month, including taxes and property insurance. For a small fee, they'll even install shelving and even electrical outlets in your unit. Treat them right and they'll do the same for you.

Extremely Underwhelmed is the nicest way I could describe my experience with CubeSmart. I live here in Conshohocken, about a mile away from the facility. Had some construction done on the house so needed to move furniture out for a few months. Their prices were higher than the competition, but they were closer, offered a month free (pretty standard promotion) AND I was told my the manager that I could use their "Complimentary Truck". I thought this was great since I didn't have to go rent a U-Haul. Well, I move my stuff in using their truck. However, when it was time to empty out my unit, I call to schedule use of the truck. I am told by the Manager Tameka, 4 different stories as to why I can't use it. First, "It's in the shop, don't know when it will be out". Second, "It's booked up all the way through the month past your move out date" (Odd seeing as how I had asked to be called right away when it was out of the shop). Third, "I can't let you use the truck if one of the other parties who reserved it brings it back early bc then you'll be mad at me if you can't use it". Then finally, I'm told, "It's only complimentary if you are moving in." So I do what any reasonable person would do after this bait and switch... I call the manager, Dave Alesic. I left him a voicemail asking him to call me back because Time was of the essence in my situation... To date, (I have already moved out), I have not heard back. Bang up job CubeSmart!! Btw, they are located right next to a metal recycling plant so I strongly suggest you rent an indoor unit...which of course will cost you a great deal more.
