I reserved a unit online in a hurry. I drove to the property to finalize my rental and get “moved in”. Cameron was SO helpful, friendly, and efficient! He assisted me with everything that I needed in order to finish my reservation, directed me to my new indoor unit, and it is just right!! The kindness and respect that I felt from Cameron makes me feel like my belongings are finally safe. What a huge step up from “storage depot”.

They get you in at a given rate, then increase the rate sometimes up to $75 more a month. This happens every couple months, sometimes two months in a row, and it never comes back down. Also, the units are infested with mice that destroy everything you own.

The facilities in the 100 row is infested with mice, ate wholes in my furniture and papers and pictures and mgmt knew about it but said absolutely nothing but did contact me when it was time to pay & informed me that the insurance they offered and I paid for did not cover destruction by rodents or animals.

Too expensive!! Customer service was lacking. After being a customer in good standing for 3 years I fell behind in my rent. When I was able to pay I requested that the lien fee be waived. My request was denied. I would never recommend Cube Smart to anyone that I like.

So far so good. Moving from a larger to smaller house and it doesn't all fit. Finally decided to just get a large unit here to store the overflow till we have a yardsale. Price is competitive, real easy access and secure. The truck was delayed for a week and they changed my start date no problem. And auto payments is one less thing for me to worry about

Today I was able to book a Unit online which included a free month and contactless check in. I visited the same day during business hours and was checked in quickly and effortlessly. I was fortunate to be checked in by "Jenna" a recently transferred manager who was very professional and knowledgeable. She took me on a tour and answered all my questions and even sanitized my driver's license, talk about going the extra mile. It's only day one but so far I am very impressed! Thanks Jenna and keep up the great customer service!

Once my confirmation came through I received a call from Debbie who was very polite and had a pleasant voice. I told her I would be there within an hour and once I got there she even remembered my name. This location is safe, and clean, the prices are competitive; but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Debbie is the kindest woman. My family is dealing with a situation that is a bit out of the ordinary with our unit. Not only has she been professional and welcoming through the entire experience but she went above and beyond what anyone would normally expect to make a few phone calls to assist us. We're only dealing with a short term rental this time, but I know that any time we need to rent a unit in the area we will be back, and I plan on recommending them to all of my friends and family in the area as well. I was dreading making yet another phone call to figure out the logistics of spending more money on this process but she made it so painless. I ended the call with a smile on my face, and I appreciate customer service like that.

It was horrible. They listed this as a garage sale quoting everything very affordable. Not true. Nothing had a price and when asked for the price it was more expensive than store price. I sensed racism due to the fact that my husband is black. I bought one item and asked for a bag and the lady with the attitude said we don't give any bags. But, accommodated others. They also had a sign no returns... Stating if any electronics or electrical appliances did not work, they were not responsable. Would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

I'm sure it is a good storage unit place, but they allow this one couple to sell stuff every week from a warehouse. They list it as yard sale, but run it like a business. Crooked people enticing people with yard sale ads, then acting like it isn't a yard sale. Jason, the main guy thinks he belongs on pawn stars. Storage Depot shouldn't allow people to use the storage units as a business locations.
