Very clean and secure however, frequently raises rates. Mine was raised twice in less than a year. Not $10 a month but $37 a month for each unit. I had two. Units did not have electricity. One unit was a standard small pole building type unit and the other was a 2 bedroom apt size that was climate controlled. No need to raise the rates that high. I won't use CubeSmart again and I don't recommend if you need an extended stay. They'll rate your bank account.

The process was easy to start but the problem is after I was assigned the unit I discovered it has about a 5” lip from the tarmac to the inside. Normally not a big deal but I rented this to store my 1981 corvette in and I can’t get into the unit without a curb ramp which they don’t have. Trying to contact the office about finding a solution and no one is picking up or calling back.

the manager David goes above and beyond to assure that your cubesmart experience is awesome. when he's not in the office ... he's on the property inspecting.. I've been renting from this location for about 4 years. My rent has gone up significantly since I started (65%). Recently my auto-pay credit card expired. By the time I got to the site to switch the card, it was over the 5 day grace period. They charged a 20% late fee. 20% is insane. This gave me the push I needed to move everything in this unit to a new facility. Very disappointed in this company. I'll never use another CubeSmart again.

Please, please do not use this storage place!!!! Your rate can increase at any given time $40, $50, up to $60 per month multiple times a year, and they just send a letter to inform you. We have used them for 3+ year and had so many increases we switched to a smaller unit because the location was good for us and 6 months later got a $60 increase. If you want to store you items more than one month you are at their mercy for multiple increases per year. They have no regard for loyal tenants, do not be fooled with low start up amounts they will not last long and the increases will be astronomical and give you no opportunity to prepare. This is not a long term rental that will take care of you, I wish someone had told me prior to moving in what their business model was! So sad what they do to people!

I rented a 5' x 5' unit from a CubeSmart on Allentown Blvd in Harrisburg PA for a few months. I never had any problems. The services where OK, but the units are not climate controlled. I found a climate controlled unit for substantial less than I was paying at CubeSmart

Very nice facility. Gated entrance via pass code accessible any time. No contact rentals available. The unit I was in was one of the smallest, a few feet wide but like 18 or 20 feet deep. Had a metal garage style door, opens upwards, with the height of a standard garage type door. however, the inside ceiling height when in it is what impressed me the most. about 15 to 20 feet high. I had things stacked up so high that you needed a little more than a 2 step ladder to reach the things thar were at the top in the back. With all of my things stacked and packed in there (about a whole apartments worth of things, I mean ALOT of things) I still had room at the top. I'm not entirely sure if there was lighting in it due to the fact we didn't need to use it because we were only able to move things in the afternoon. Starting July 2022 the rent will be raised to roughly $200 a month. The new raising of rates made renting any longer out of my budget. All in all a very nice facility while I had the pleasure to access and occupy it. ??

Tabitha, the manager, did an excellent job in assisting me in securing an outdoor parking space. I stopped into the store in late July and asked if a space was available. I explained I was moving to the area and needed a space for a camper by 8/31/21. None were available, but she took my contact information and stated she would let me know, either way, by the end of August if a space became available. True to her word, she contacted me the week of August 16th and got me into a space. Great customer service and through explanation of the rental process, gate code and times for access. Well done!

The woman we always talked to....Tabitha I think her name was. SO helpful and a kind with a listening ear as we dealt with medical issues with my daughter who rented the storage space. When we first rented the storage space, she showed me physically where the unit was, showed me how to use the lock to the unit and explained the security keypad and everything. If we ever need a storage space in the future....THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO !

My husband and I worked with Alexis and she was the sweetest, most helpful sales person we’ve ever dealt with. I would go back and purchase a vehicle from her in a heartbeat. Worst storage ever. I wish i could have not even gave them a star. They will talk to you extra nice just to make you feel nice about the unit they talk me into getting coverage just incase any leeks etc happens. They made me rap all my sofa....3 month later when my sister went to take out my stuff all my sofa was filled with mold. My kids clothes came with a bad smell which i had them in a zipper hard plastic bag and put them in heavy duty boxes. If i ain't took out my stuff out in 3 month god knows what else would of been damage. I guess i was also paying for insurance for nothing because they claim there was no water leeks from ontop of the ceiling. So basically if its humid out side your stuff will be getting cook slowly to a point yout stuff will be damage. Then when i took my stuff out and called to put in a claim that nice smile and talk turn into rudeness from all staff. Terrible staff. Then she got the nerve to tell me is not my fault the way u pack...what else was i spouse to do...i wrap my sofa the way she told me too....maybe if you have a big table i shouldnt had to put my sofa or my boxes on the floor.....dont recommend to but anything in this storage. Which i had a way to post up my pic of how my leather sofa got damage in 3 month. They not even 8 month sofa and they look like i had them for 6 years smh!!!!!!!!

I have been with STORAGE DEPOT for 10 years and their service is really great. The Clerk that waits on you is very friendly, has a smile on their face, courteous, respectful and talk to you while you are being waited on and ask if there is anything else to help you with. The place is always nice and clean because they have to go out and clean the lot and clean out STORAGE spaces that people did not clean after they got their stuff out storage.I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage place because of the friendliness and being courteous being kind and helpful and explain to you about the unit you are renting and what is required when it comes to the lock on your unit.
