Way bigger than I thought it would be. Nick did an amazing job cleaning and I received a call from him welcoming us. The building itself is super clean and people around us were respectful. I love the drive-in feature and carriers. It was very easy to get to my storage unit as someone who’s never rented before, the gate was easy to access.

People are nice but the they Will increase your rent to over 50% of the initial fee within the first year. They know you’re moved in so you will likely pay the additional money. What a scam! Once the weather is better I know I will be moving out!

Nick is an amazing manager. He helped this flustered mom at the end of the day 2 weekends in a row and witnessed him doing the same with another. Cube smart on 6741 Allentown blvd is AMAZING! There isn’t another facility that I would keep or trust my memories with. The temperature is always spot on, its very clean and the staff is always available and helpful. When I first moved my things into CubeSmart they went above and beyond to help me with everything from providing an extra dolly and furniture rollers to making sure I was happy with the space! Highly, highly recommend!!!

I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. It's a top-notch, brand new building. I'm here at least 20 hours a week packing & shipping orders for my growing eCommerce business. Management is very professional, understanding, accommodating and supportive. I almost feel spoiled, and I couldn't ask for more. I'll be a happy tenant for a long time!

I absolutely love the new facility. Nick was in the office and was super friendly and helpful. This location is so clean and well organized. When I was coming in to access my unit I overheard the new “Manager” Nick yelling about how it is fair that he has too help another customer with their delivery. As far as I knew one of the good things about CubeSmart was I could have stuff dropped at my cube if I wasn’t here. But now I’m hearing that is going to change cause it is going to take too much time out of his day? This isn’t very good customer service behavior.

I rented a space online yesterday. Got there and realized I needed a bit more space. Although the office was closing, David could not have been more helpful. He showed me various options and stayed after normal office hours to complete new paperwork. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. This specific Cube Smart Self Storage unit @ 6741 Allentown Boulevard is the best ! This is the news one built in the area and you really can tell once you rent one of their units. Not to mention the staff is great and knowledgeable, specially Debbie. From the beginning she made renting a unit seamless for me. Even during the months I was renting I was always able to reach out to her and have all my questions answered . I personally rented a Climate Controlled Unit, which when ever I pulled up in my truck, all I had to do was hit a button on my Cube Smart App on my phone and the garage door would open immediately letting me gain access to my property. Once inside I could pull right up in front of my unit . Can’t suggest this place enough for anyone looking for a storage unit. Thanks for all your Help Debbie !

Debby & Tiffany we’re great!! Amazing customer service. The storage unit itself is very clean, & there is a lot of space. You are given many different options with sizes, prices, discounts. It’s hard to tell the real size of the storage unit you’re reserving when booking it online, even with the measurements being shown. Debby & Tiffany did their best to help me spend the least amount on rent a month. They were very welcoming & explained everything very well throughout the process. Tiffany and Debbie in the office are fantastic and made renting a breeze! Love the fact that you can drive in and unload. The office staff person, Nick, was very polite and helpful. The restroom is also clean and neat, which is a rarity in storage facilities. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
