The CubeSmart in KOP is a premier location to store your belongings. The facility is beautiful- super clean, first rate security, well laid out and convenient to everywhere. The team are courteous and so helpful. I used the free truck to help with my move and even the van was well maintained and new. I would highly recommend this facility! It was a wonderful experience doing business with this location.

Had an issue with the code they gave us to access the elevator. It wasn't working, but the front desk attendant assisted me while working to solve the issue. The building has an unique combo for you to enter, then to access the elevator, you see to enter the combo again. I am not going to lie.. it annoying to have to enter it every time you're moving things in... but looking back, it makes your possessions very secure. Clean building. Rooms don't match the listed dimensions (as stated in their fine print). Good location.

Avoid this company and watch out for price increases after six (6) months; this company and its practices are not good for long term storage needs and this location is very hectic and located with a municipality parking lot and is hard to get in/out with ease. After six (6) months of renting at this location (while building a home), I received a notice (see picture) that my "rent" will increase to $331.78 which is $85.78 higher than what my normal rent was cited at and agreed - that is a 34% increase after six (6) months at this location. I had to laugh at the "promo" on my current unit at 50% off (see picture). Needless to say, this location is volatile with their pricing, there are multiple notices sent that have wrong numbers and after six (6) months, the rent was increased by 34%. Avoid this location (and likely company) - there are many other options out there. Just spreading the word here.

Everything was done online. It was 50% off for doing so. We got to the site with a loaded truck and the place was closed for lunch but because the info given when signing up was so easily written I already had the app and all I had to do was press what gate I was at the doors opened automatically. The lock and more info was in the unit and carts were available so I didnt have to load the small carts I brought.

The space is very clean and space. However, feedback for the staff at the location when a customer arrives. Instead of sharing all of the information for your storage is in the brown bag inside the unit, it would be great if the staff is able to assist the Customer to the unit, share with them the temporary lock needs to be returned and whatever else is needed to set up the unit. My first impression of this unit was negative. Taking a few minutes to welcome a Customer vs. sharing everything you need in the bag is all you need. Go the extra mile for your Customers.

When I pulled up with a truck full of furniture with my higher labor, there were no carts available on the ground floor next to the elevators where they're put when not in use (i.e. all were already taken). Nolan, the manager personally went through the facility until he found someone that was done with the cart they'd not yet returned and brought it to me which saved me time and expense.

Entire experience to rent a unit was very smooth. The representative was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
