My CubeSmart experience has been Great thus far. Veronica McNally the manager has been very Professional, Knowledgeable and Accommodating! She helped to choose the right size cube and location, mentioned the current discounts being offered and helped me to schedule the use of their nice size box truck which came in very handy and was free! The online registration for a storage unit was absolutely perfect and easy to follow. I met the manager the very next day and she was so helpful and nice. It was a pleasure meeting her and I wish I could remember her name. When I entered my storage unit and found the little welcome bag inside with information in it, it was just a very nice gesture. Lastly, my unit was very clean, the roll up door worked smoothly, but the light bulb could be brighter...LOL.

The only constant is the rate hikes. From a $49 rate, all the way to over $280/month. With those increases came ever deteriorating infrastructure. The elevator doesn’t work appropriately, and notifications and complaints were met with, “there’s a work around.” When I emptied my unit, there had been a roof leak that cause damage to my items. I put the items there to ensure no damage, and paid for a climate controlled area and got a weather impact. It worth it.

She stayed with us, got all paperwork in order, then proceeded to walk us thru the complex and show us our rental cube. I have had a great experience with Cube Smart on Wheeler Way in Langhorne. Their storage units are clean, well lit and in a safe environment. My daughter who lives in Japan has had a unit for over 4 years and has had no problems at all. I am now looking for a unit for my son and have had a great experience with Veronica in securing a unit. Okay so I did have an excellent review for this place because when you move in they treat you like gold they let you rent a truck and the price is sort of kind of reasonable although the increases of the payments were ridiculous. I owned a 10x10 I was paying $140 when I moved in and in 6 months they were raising it to $200 *****Upon move out on the 10th day of the month they did not prorate the days they kept the entire month. I tried to call district manager after the third time of calling he finally called me back said he would call me back and never did. I wouldn't rent here there are cheaper places and the business behind them are better. Don't get me wrong The ladies that run this place on Wheeler Way are very nice unfortunately they have to do with the higher ups tell them to do.

I had a good rental experience with the manager when I rented a unit here last fall while I was moving. The facility itself if pretty clean and nicely laid out. Some of the carts that are available to take your things back and forth from your unit could use some updating. I had trouble a couple of times with the keypad at the gate to enter and leave- I would enter the right number, but the keys would stick. One night I was afraid I'd be stuck inside, but it finally opened. It would help if that was replaced- especially if it was replaced by something more modern like a keytag you wave in fromt of a screen. I paid a fair rate; I was just bummed that I had to buy insurance even though my renter's insurance covered my things, and I wish I'd gotten info on what type of lock to bring when I reserved online, because I had to buy that there, too (and I have so many locks at home).

Prices went up after not even having unit for a year to $175. Came 2 days after snow storm and can't even drive up to my unit because the snow was piled up to my door. Really worth the $. Guess I should of brought my own shovel to dig up the snow that's 10 feet put from my actual unit.

I am rating this the Langhorne pa location Cube-smart facility 5 stars all around but I have to give credit to the store manager Jeannie of this location. The store manger has great customer service skills, she helped me out so much with an issue that arose with my friend whom I was leasing the unit with in my name, who no longer wanted to pay me for the unit, or sign the unit into her name, and also my friend was completely unprepared to empty the unit on the last day of my lease, that I really no longer could be guilted into paying. I was very upset and so was my friend when we met up at storage place She was broke and unprepared with a place to go with her stuff again. I went inside to speak w Jeannie and broke the situation down to the manager, I love my friend to death, but I can’t save her, I tired my best to help but she needs to hit her rock bottom. Jeannie showed compassion for my friend and myself as an enabler. Jeannie listened to me and put her kind heart thought into problem solving my dilemma of being responsible for her stuff in a unit In my name. The solution was for me to abandon the unit, and Jeannie went outside to explain to my friend the new arrangement for me cause I needed my friend to understand I was serious about not paying and she was lucky to have an 5 extra days to empty it but she will loose whatever is left after that. Thank god My friend finally took all of her stuff out by the end of the week! I may have lost my friend to her drug use, but at least she did not loose everything she owns, I hope she starts to get the help she needs soon, but I am done being used till then. Thank you Jeannie for all your assistance with helping solve my issue so fairly and showing compassion that day. Your a great manager and person!

Cheapest place around by far. I had a unit down the street at another self storage that was 20 square feet smaller and I was paying $80 more a month. Staff is very friendly as well. Jeannie Cox gave me the tour and I had a larger and much cheaper unit with minutes.

So I have to say if your in the area and debating where to store your belongings pick Cube Smart of Langhorne. Veronica is amazing!!!’super helpful and our items were just as we left them. (Which wasn’t the case for our items that were stored at public Storage and the staff along with management didn't care.)So again if you need storage talk to Veronica, she knows her stuff and will take good care of you!! I thought the process of renting a storage unit would be difficult, but Veronica made it simple and answered any questions I had which put me at ease. She explained the pricing thoroughly and I could't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this location if you live in the area, the site is secure, well-lit at night, and clean. If I ever need another unit, I won't go anywhere else.

Thanks my number is 3025 When the young lady provided me the number on a ca d she put a b in front of it and my movers were very confused and wasted time looking for the B section which is not labeled anywhere outside or anywhere that I could discern.

Employees were friendly and made sure everything was set up before we left. The one comment is that a better job must be done between different types of storage rooms. Saying Heated/air cooled implies climate controlled but that is not the case. It would be better to just say nothing as apparently the Heated/air cooled units aren't air cooled as much as they recirculate the outside air and they are not heated.

I don't write too many reviews, but when I receive excellent service, I take the time to say thanks in a review. This is my first time using self storage, and I must say that I am VERY impressed by the Langhorne location, especially Veronica M, a manager. She is friendly, courteous, informative, efficient and professional. It's great to see a young person who takes her job and customer service seriously. That's lacking in many shopping/business experiences these days. Veronica really helped me out and I want to say thanks. She's a great representative for this business, and I hope her supeiors will take notice and reward her for her efforts. This has been a difficult move, but Veronica and CubeSmart have made my life so much easier. Highest recommendation.

Just went in to complete my online reservation I set up with Veronica. The whole process went very smooth and Jeannie was so informative! The 2 of them made sure I knew all the details as far as payment options to make sure I’m getting the best deal. I was very impressed by how clean the office was also! I was even offered a bottle of water! I highly recommend CubeSmart especially this location in Langhorne PA!

I have had my possessions at this CubeSmart storage facility for years now, and I couldn't be happier. The facility is impeccably clean and climate controlled with easy access. The storage rates are completely reasonable, and everything I have stored there has remained in perfect condition. In addition, Jeannie and Veronica have gone above and beyond for me at various times and are warm and delightful. I can't recommend this facility highly enough!

I needed a place to put my extras and I didn't want to go back to the Levittown cube smart. This one is about the same distance, so in February I got a room here in Langhorne. Jeannie Cox is a terrific manager. Today as I was taking things out of my storage I recognized the back of the girl with the long blonde hair who was doing her rounds checking the unites. Sure enough, it was Veronica McNally. I was so glad to see that she was here with Jeannie. They make a good team with their out going and people personalities. I'm sorry I'm won't be needing the shed any more at this time. If I ever need more room, I'll be coming here to rent and I'm going to tell others who need a space.

Yesterday, I called to make an appointment to switch my unit after hours and Jeannie was gracious enough to accommodate me. Now, this is not to encourage other people to call after hours (I had a specific circumstance where I had to move by yesterday), but Jeannie really went above and beyond to help. She was patient and kind during the lease signing process, and more than happy to show me my new unit. Now, this all follows my experience with Sue, who is as amazing. She helped me see that a smaller unit would accommodate my items and would end up saving me a lot of money; I greatly appreciate her honesty and time in waking me over to look at a smaller unit that I ended up renting. I would recommend CubeSmart self storage in Langhorne to anyone and hope that you, too, have the pleasure of working with Jeannie and Sue. (I didn't mean to rhyme ??).

Well my history with storage facilities takes me back 20 years and I won't go into details of my negative experiences with the "OTHER" so-called facilities,but it sucked to be quite frank. What led me to CubeSmart was again my negative experience with another storage facility and while leaving I had no inkling where to go. I soon realized my niece Cathy Krane had a storage unit at CubeSmart 830 Wheeler Way way in Langhorne Pa.19047 and I recall her saying how reasonably price they were and friendly in assisting them with a particular size unit to accompany their storage needs. She also said they let her use a moving truck which the facility supplied. So when I approached Jeannie Cox the manager she was most accommodating with my options that were available. I had sensitive pictures, documents and certain artifacts and she made it privy to me about temperature controlled units. So needless to say I used a CubeSmart truck to go back to the original storage facility (that was not as friendly, accommodating or priced fairly compared to CubeSmart) to obtain my possessions and move them into the cleaner facility in Langhorne. Currently there are two ladies I deal with it in the front office and that is Jeannie Cox GM, Sue Kelly and a host of assistants amongst the property. I can sit have a cup of coffee, go over my bill and speak of any changes necessary regarding storage. So I enjoy the ongoing dialogue with all the staff because they accommodate me with everything from Soup To Nuts. And for that I am grateful and highly recommend them to other friends,family and acquaintances.

Jeannie is very personable and friendly! I'm new to renting and was unaware of what type of lock was needed. She had a spare one in the office that someone else had dropped off on their way out that she handed to me to use instead of having to make a trip to Lowes. During the stress of moving having one less thing to do was great.

I've been a CubeSmart customer for over a year now and have been very happy with the experience so far. The staff has been very courteous and helpful, and the facility seems to be very well maintained. My only issue was that one of my neighbors decided to go crazy with the moth balls and now I've had to air out any fabrics or clothes that I've removed from my space.

The women in the office are fantastic! I'd reserved a unit online and when I got there, we discussed what I wanted it for and they suggested not getting the unit (it wasn't climate controlled and I was storing furniture), even though they didn't have the appropriate unit. They very nicely called the Levittown CubeSmart and found out they had the right kind of unit and they reserved it for me. Very good experience.

Itwas a convenient location. We stored for a couple years. Rent kept going up. Then we needed to relocate because the needed to fix our unit. A few of our things got ruined because of mold and mildew. I would not recommend a unit with an outside wall. And because we had to relocate the price went down because they considered us new renters. Go figure. People are nice but not happy that our stuff got ruined and we had everything in totes.
