I was charged a full first month's rent when in fact there was a huge sign hanging on the building that said first month free and the gentleman opened my unit and took the welcome bag out of the unit and kept it. I am very disappointed in the false advertisement.

The online process was pretty easy and customer service was great. My only disappointment was the offer was basically 100 dollars with 50% off first month, after all insurance and fees I end up paying 140 dollars. That was confusing after advertisement.

Units are infested with rats and mice. I had my stuff stored in march checked on it end of July all of my items had rat feces and urine all over it. My furniture and mattresses were chewed up by the rodents. Do not rent from here. Or rent at your own risk. They are also raising the fees for storage.. so you can pay more to habe your items destroyed by rodents

Staff are very welcoming to work with. Tamara was highly professional, understood my issues, and assisted in any way possible. The down fall is rodent issues, since the facility is close to a wooded area. Staff utilized what CubeSmart has provided them for deterrence, but it does not work. My furniture was covered in facies and urine from mice. Tamara walked me through the claim process with their third party insurance company. However, the claim was denied because they do not cover rodent damage. I had to pay out of pocket to clean every piece of furniture and blankets. I want to emphasize that the staff are WONDERFUL and they can only use what is provided to protect your belongings. However, their 3rd party insurance company is ignorant.

Very disgusting experience. I used a unit at this location for a little over 2 years. Most of my items were covered in bird poop, and when I cleared out my unit, I actually found a dead bird behind some of my boxes. A rat or mouse seems to have temporarily found a home in a couple of my boxes, and it also left behind some droppings. I had to spray down everything I stored there with bug spray and let air outside because I kept finding fleas, silverfish, and spiders in my stuff. Overall, management was nice and the cubesmart system made things pretty seamless, but I think I would have been better off just storing my stuff outside with a tarp over it than putting it in storage at this location. Also, the rates increased considerably after just a couple months. From what I started paying on day 1 to what I was paying my last month, the rate went up a total of 37%.

Dealing with the over the phone customer service was very efficient. It was nice to talk to a HUMAN and be walked through the online process of payment. The whole process was maybe 10 minutes long at best, before I was able to “move-in”. Visited the storage facility today and it is immaculate. Great location, tidy, and easy access. This is by far the best storage facility in the area. They keep the place clean, well maintained, and they are friendly. I had an issue with my bin door and my light stopped working due to the wiring and the GM Luke called the service Company right away and had them out there within days to fix my unit. I have two units here for almost two years. I have been very happy all around.

This is by far the absolute WORST storage company that I've ever dealt with in my entire life! If you're in need of storage, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I'm very surprised that this company is still in business. If you rent from this company and you're ever late on your payment, they cut off your lock immediately and throw all of the pieces of it randomly in your storage locker and require you to purchase another new lock from them. Also, you can't pay the past due amount to them at all, they require everything up front immediately, otherwise they'll charge you an additional $100+ fee on top of their already high fees. This company is complete garbage and prices are way too high. Stay away. You have been warned. P.S.- I've never rented from this company, but I've had to help people pay for their storage lockers from this company and I've had the displeasure of dealing with this company from those experiences. And I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy. If there was an option to leave 0 stars in this review or even negative stars, this company would deserve that. 1 star is giving them too much credit and saying they do something good, when in reality, they do NOTHING good.

Excellent service. Clean well lit storage places. Good prices. One of the better ones I had. People are nice too. Very good security. The place is fenced and has an arm that goes up after you use the card you get to open the gate. Then you need to get in by passing thru the arm that lifts up if you give the proper code. It's a very large place. When you find your unit you choose the size you need. They help you decide so you do not end up with not enough room. I liked the owners very much.
