My family has had a terrible experience with this place from the start. The first and biggest complaint that I have is about the owner. I've never personally met the man and I don't like speaking badly about people that I don't know personally. I can only comment on what I have observed myself. He talks to people like they are horrible trash and he doesn't care who they are or who is around. He will curse in your face or over the phone, at customers and employees. Every time I go in there and ask anyone how they are doing, you can feel the misery. Some of us don't let words affect us but others are sensitive and get stressed out. When he finds someone like this, it seems like he ramps up the bullying behavior. Based on how he treated multiple individuals and his personality on all accounts, he definitely will push the most vulnerable of us. I understand that he's running a business and people pay late but then you throw them out. Do it the hard way but the right way. Another thing... they continued to lower the prices for new customers, almost half what a bill for an older resident had been. They refused to honor our loyalty and lower the prices when there was an obvious struggle with how expensive it was (rent for a home is cheaper in some places). They cut locks and throw them into your unit with your things. Giant padlocks! It's such a shameful waste and could damage something that belongs to someone. Then they want to charge another $50 a popped lock including the late fee even though they know that you are having a tough time. And you've been a customer for years... You can weigh that information anyway you want to as a storage renter but without acquired wealth any one of us could be in the same spot. So... We moved to the new place on Woodbourne Rd. I believe it's called SelfStorage but don't quote me on the name. It's by the Walgreens and Marianne's across from Burns funeral home. Almost on a diagonal from that building. They are even cheaper than Cube's new rates by A LOT and some of the units are bigger. The staff was warm, professional and happy to help us out with questions, keys and key codes. There's no driving on site, but there's a big bay door for any truck to back up to out front. Everything is inside and they are still cheaper. They have wheelie carts and a beautiful, clean bathroom. Do not bring your precious things to CubeSmart.

It’s kind of sad that they don’t try to return extremely personal belongings like birth certificates/photographs. Because for one why do other ppl need them? Be a nice person a reach out!!! Parents put things in these storage lockers and because of unfortunate circumstances they loose it that kid has absolutely nothing!!! Yes put the things in there for auction because it’s their fault they didn’t pay on time but atleast have the human decency to return birth certificates/photographs ect. And if not keep it somewhere safe just in case!!! I was 14 years old and lost everything in one of these lockers and it wasn’t my fault I wish they would have atleast kept my baby pictures and birth certificates:(

My unit was opened without my knowledge or consent so they could replace the door. My belongings were taken out then just thrown back in so that when I opened the door my stuff fell out. There were screws from the door replacement left all over. They also raised the rent 2 times in 1.5 year period.

I put stuff I was throwing away into the sites dumpster. There were no signs posted saying you can't. I recieved a phone call stating it was against the lease and I asked where in the leased this is stated I was told there was an URL link to the rules but this is not present on the actual contract I signed. I was told they were going to charge me $300 dump fee I said I would pay it then I was sent an email terminating my lease. They were very rude on the phone manipulating the facts so they seemed to be right

Met with Terri at Levittown location. She showed us some options, explained how everything works and we booked our reservation. Followed up with Ashley who was prompt returning my phone call. Booked the space on line and Ashley reserved the moving truck for me. Nice to have this option versus renting a truck from somewhere else. All set. Process was easy. Prices were competitive and location relative to where we are moving stuff from was super close by.

I needed a place to put all my belonging’s, 2 spare room bedroom sets and just stuff so I got a large one and it’s pricy. The rent I was paying was a car payment. Too large and they were accommodating and quickly I down sized. I like their customer service and that there is someone on premises 24/7. Very organized with outside and inside storage units. Save $10.00 if you use their automatic bank withdrawal for payments. I highly recommend but is a little pricey.

A friend of mine rents a unit and they are so small but so expensive. I would give away everything rather than keep these people in business. Look around, compare prices in Bristol and Bensalem. You might be able to do better. I know when I rented it wasn't as expensive as this place.

I reserved the Memorial Day special pricing online Monday with the expectation that I would go check out the facility on Thursday to see if I liked it. However the fact that they harassed me with endless phone calls (calling every hour on Tuesday) made my decision for me. due to my work I cannot talk on the phone during business hours, but this doesn’t give you carte blanche to call repeatedly all day long. It was on principle for harassment that I chose to store my belonging at another local facility, and with an even better rate. The calls were so bad I eventually had to block the number yesterday! I sent an email and let the business know I chose another facility but if I receive any more calls I will be reporting them to the FTC.

So I recently rented a storage space here and I have to say the staff is very nice and friendly and the units are in good shape. It is very well lit at night which gives it a safe feeling. My only complaint is that the advertised price online is misleading it quoted me a price of around $97 dollars for the month ok not bad for what I needed what they don't tell you is all the extra fees they have I ended up walking away having spent $140 which did not make me happy. Also if you can go prepared with your own lock since you can't leave until you lock your unit. They conveniently offer a lock for an additional $15 if you want to go that route. But overall I have found it to be a good experience.

Employees were friendly and provided fast service. Place appears well maintained. Would have been five stars but ---There is a gash in the ceiling insulation which was caused by prior renter. It was not listed on the rental agreement I received via email. With renters being responsible for any damage, I returned to the facility to ask about it being added to agreement. I was told they were aware of the gash. I asked that something be added in writing. I was told a note would be added to the account. They didn't have anything in writing to give to me. Had similar experience years ago, not involving storage unit or CubeSmart - Employee of other company,who knew of prior damage, was no longer employed and new employee claimed the prior employee did not leave any mention of prior damage in file.Told CubeSmart employeeI would email a response to their agreement email which would include a picture of the gash to show date when the damage was there.

Nice storage facility, with indoor and outdoor units. I had enough room that I was able to drive inside with small trailer to unload and access the storage unit.

Quick and easy with Terri helping to set us up with a cube that will meet our needs. Started to move our belongings in immediately. I'd recommend CubeSmart without a doubt.

I like'd the store and the convenience of where it was at. I'm glad I didn't have to communicate with the office to much, the manager was a grouch(mike). The young girl you had there was a doll and very polite and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the business.I always hoped she was in when I needed to go to the office. Her name is Veronica McNally.

Not the best place for storage in the area they are horrible with their accounting and won't let you in if you prepay via credit card online because they're counting is so horrible so we are stuck without getting your stuff I would recommend going somewhere else

With the exception of Terry, the staff is super nice and helpful. Terry on the other hand didn't tell us about fees from the start and gives me a hard time every single time I have to speak with them about something. If it wasn't for Terry, I would refer them to everyone.

Thank you for making my transition back home easier. We 1st went to another place thinking it was closer, the manager there was totally rude so as we were talking my son went on line and found CubeSmart Self Storage.. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH THERESA DARNELL! She was extremely helpful and explained everything! I would suggest CubeSmart to anyone.... Oh also the other place was the same price as CubeSmart, but they had no clement control, it was outside and look unsecure. I feel safe going to CubeSmart by myself. Thank you Brie

This was my first experience renting a storage space. When I arrived at 0545 CubeSmart I was warmly welcomed by Diane Whiteman at the Front Desk. My day was to be spent visiting four facilities to compare rates and Service. CubeSmart was first on the list. After the tour and exceptional Customer Service from Diane I knew I was in the right place. There was no need for me to go any further. Your facility is so well maintained and staffed that I made my decision on the spot. The Security, the ease of access to the Unit....they all add up to one very happy and Wowed Customer.

I always store my stuff here pricing is reasonable and they have the best promo. This time I rented a 10x10 and I filled it in the first week the staff worked with me on getting a 10x20 right next to the one I had and found a way so I could keep the promo going. The staff is great and understanding. I will always use cubesmart.

Clean units, you get to use their truck to move your belongings in and the manager is friendly. I was put back by the fee for this and the fee for that business model. Update 8/28/2018 I am no longer a customer and vacated months ago. The biggest reason was the regular increases in the rent. You get reeled in by the monthly special to move in and then the rate hikes start. I started at $112 and when I moved out is was almost $170. You do the math. I suggest you read the contract before signing and inquire about rate increases. I expected this response to try to justify my experience and unreasonable expense. As I stated before read the contract and asks questions.

Great place-service is incredible .Our experience renting here [Feb. 8th, 2014 ] was extremely positive. The General manager Mike Palancik was very nice and helpful-but we mainly dealt with the 2 manager ladies- Terri Darnell @ Susan Kelly. My Mom, Husband, and myself dealt with them -they were very friendly, informative,@ knowledgeable.They went above and beyond their duties. Also the people at the 800 number were great too. We would refer anyone to CubeSmart and this Facility. When we moved out of CubeSmart on Weds. June 5th,to take our storage stuff to Ohio[we are moving there later this year-and storage is 3 times cheaper there. Terri wowed me that day too
