Cube Smart was very easy to book my unit online. I stopped in to their office the next day to sign the lease. Rowena was extremely friendly and helpful able to answer all of my questions. As a first time customer, CubeSmart made it incredibly easy to gain entry to the site and locate one’s storage unit. They made it feel very welcoming as they had placed a small brown bag in my storage unit that contained an informational pamphlet that provided answers to any question that I could imagine, a contact info card and the brand new padlock for my storage unit. The lock itself was in one of those impossible to open clamshell plastic packages — it opened with ease as they had already cut off the one side of the package. (Applause!)

My unit was just as described. It was super clean. There was a bag with my lock and keys inside and information in the middle of the unit so I couldn’t miss it. Rowena and Jenna did a great job getting the unit ready! Also, I was able to handle everything online, from initial picking of the size to making my payments. When I moved the last of my belongings out, Rowena and Jenna noticed my lock was missing on their daily inspections and called me right away. I had forgotten to call them, but they caught that I had moved out!! They are terrific!!

They don't deserve any stars. We were with them for almost a year. My husband lost his job and we fell behind. They auctioned our belongings worth$5,000 for $10.00. The new girl who started working there is rude. I just don't understand how they could auction that amount of expensive furniture for $10.00. In my opinion that is wrong.

The office staff was extremely nice and friendly. However after reserving and paying for the unit I was told that the promotion I was given no longer is valid; even after being told by the staff member that it was; and was informed of the fees and total cost. Extremely disappointed because clearly it was their error and because they could not make the updates in their accounting system, they lost a good customer.

I unexpectedly found myself homeless and in need of a storage unit. Seemed great at first, was told by the manager "we do whatever makes our customers lives easier." I called to reserve another unit since I just needed a space for about 2 weeks until I could rearrange my first unit. Call center promised I could get the second unit 1 month free as well, website lets me use that rate, they call and tell me I cannot do that and if I try to make the payment they will "escalate" the situation since I've already been informed I can't. Mind you I am already enroute with all my stuff. Mind you they are letting someone else have a discount the website let them do, bc they KNOW the website allows customers to do things it's nto supposed to but they won't honor my rate!!! Awesome. Thanks for making an already difficult situation even more difficult. So FYI use the website, get whatever you can from them, and don't ever tell anyone!

They seem great at first. Then come the fee increases. Lots of increases for lots of money. It's riduculous. There was a light out in the hall by my unit. I couldn't see anything in the unit and had to remember a flashlight each visit. It took over a year of asking for it to be fixed until it was fixed. But those fee increases...you've been warned! I pay more than double the rate from less than three years ago. Makes gas price inflation seem not so bad!

My mom had passed away and I had to store her things because I live out of town and I thought I called the office to the CubeSmart storage that was close to where my mom used to live but boy was I wrong not only did I have the wrong location but it was also closing time but a call was made and the person who stayed a few minutes longer to help me when it was realized that I was at the wrong location and I wouldn't make it to the correct location the CubeSmart worker went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to worry about storing the items I will treasure I don't remember the person name but they know who they are Thank you from the bottom of my heart

The representatives at this location are world-class. I've dealt with many moving and storage companies and locations in the past, and the member service experiences there pale in comparison to what I've experienced with the individuals here. The facility is conveniently located, clean and orderly, and aesthetically pleasing as well. I am giving two stars because reserving the unit went well and we had no issues while we were storing there (apart from wishing we had access to our unit around the clock without restrictions). However, when we went to clean out our unit back in late September, we noticed there had been a water leak that destroyed a lot of what remained in our storage unit after we moved in the Spring. We contacted the business more than once since the unit required insurance (and we read the policy and know that the water damage looked like it would cover our items under the policy), and two months later have heard nothing. We left voicemails and did even at one point get in contact with someone in the store who said they would call us back. Has since really changed the whole experience for us. We are still waiting for someone to make things right for the damage incurred.

My wife and I visited the Storage Depot for information in regards to renting a storage. We were greeted by the employees and assisted us on how to better understand the process of getting storage room. He explained several options. Such as the small, one or two room apartments and associated fees required to obtain a storage room. Then, he took us to several locations to see the different size room. As we drove by, we noticed how well they keep the area so clean and well organize.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it's staff. When I had questions, they answered them (usually to my benefit.) When I had problems, they addressed them promptly and professionally. I read thru some of the negative reviews before posting this and I have to say it seems like most of them had unrealistic expectations. Like the guy who wanted to digitally sign his lease, rather than in person. I suppose he wanted to digitally move his stuff too, rather than in person? It's not like you weren't going to be onsite... didn't you want to look at the facility in person before you signed anything? Digitally or actually? Rosey and Jenna were extremely accommodating. I had my motorcycle in a 5x10 for 8 months this year (before I moved away.) The unit developed a leak in the roof which they promptly attended to. Actually, the leak was in an adjacent unit, just seeped into mine under the wall. They told me the renter of the other unit was SO grateful that I caught it! If you're storing stuff: check on it! Don't assume your neighbor will. Things happen! You go into your basement or attic after a storm (don't you??) go to your storage too. Thanks Rosey and Jenna and CubeSmart!

Unfortunately, I had some damaged property while staying at this location. My understanding is the damage/situation was a bit unique, and not a regular experience for customers. My unit was insured for $2k, which would have covered all furniture lost. Unfortunately, the insurance company (separate from CubeSmart's storage depot) was a bit underhanded and stated that the policy specifically does not include the type of damage sustained on the property. When regional and store management learned of what happened, they offered to haul away my damaged furniture at expense to the company- which was a huge relief to not have to commit the time for a second move, and pay for a second u-haul, for furniture we cannot use. The regional manager has asked for a list of my items damaged, and although he cannot guarantee any sort of reimbursement, he is going to try. I have my review at a 3-star, and if we recoup any of our losses, that would elevate the experience to 4-5 stars. If we do recoup any of our losses I will further adjust. I work as an organizational development and process improvement specialist, and one of my focus areas is service recovery. The commitment to improving my husband's and mine's experience has been great.

THE Best service I’ve gotten anywhere. The staff are amazing and manager Rosey certainly goes out of her way to ensure every need is met. Very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Looking forward to my next visit.

To ask a non-profit organization who supports our local families and children in providing beds to sleep and clothes on ones back is a crying shame to ask them to remove themselves after the business has been provided for 8+ years. I hope you consider your storage solutions when management doesn't understand or see a positive impact it makes to its local community. I for one will never invest in the storage options in this location.
