Tony who is our initiated representative, who assisted us in a professionally, friendly and was informational manner was amazing. I will absolutely recommend that they come to this specific storage facility for their storing needs. If there's enough room. The facility itself was clean and set up. I love the setup with the app inorder to enter into the facility by just using the app to enter and exit without getting out of your car or stretching over to put in your pin, also to make payments and check in on your account.

The General Manager, Toni, at 1044 Bethlehem Pike, is a diamond! The support staff at CubeSmart that I have spoken with are very direct and helpful. The other storage companies that I have experience with are not very professional. This is especially true of Public Storage, and their top regional management - misleading, impolite, ignorant, frankly, children trying to take your money without giving anything back. Stay with CubeSmart; they know how to run a business.

Extremely nice management that went out of their way to help me move out once it was discovered that my unit had been infested with mice. There are mice traps lining all the entrances to the building, yet they had no idea there was an issue. They did offer me 2 months rent refund to make up for the inconvenience and damage, though they did also charge me a full months rent on the day I moved out as well.

I just reserved my unit. This was at least $50 less than every other area place for a medium unit. As soon as I entered my info (no credit card at first), I got a phone call immediately from the main manager who also lives on-site. She answered all of my questions and gave me two options to finish my reservation. I could do it without being in person. She also explained about the gate closing at 10 pm for in or out (which was good to know!). I asked about price increases and she said it's the set rate for 6 months and then can go up from there. I found it a very easy process with much help from the manager.

I had my unit for a few years and found a lot of bugs in my unit and in some of my boxes after moving out. Starting promotions are great when you first get the unit but rent increases ~15% every year and even if you downside/upside your storage unit, you will not qualify for a cheaper promotion rate if you have ever been a Cubesmart customer. No loyalty reward for staying with them long term. If you don’t get a climate controlled unit, make sure you are using waterproof/insulated material to store items as furniture, clothes, etc will get ruined from the humidity/mold/bugs.

Prices are extremely high. Termites ate everything I had that was wooden it my storage. Some of my stuff was molded. I carried insurance through CubeSmart for 6 years and I couldn’t even use it. I will never recommend or use this price gouging company again.

I reserved my cube online, and upon arrival today Sue Kelly (the General Manager) was there to greet me and check me in. I really can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Sue is personable and professional, and I appreciated the warm welcome as this is my first time renting a storage unit! She was detailed and thorough with every step of the process, and check-in was completed in a timely manner. My cube unit was clean and ready-to-go when I arrived, and I was able to move my belongings in by myself with ease thanks to the carts conveniently located by the building entrance. Overall my expectations were exceeded both by the quality and condition of the property itself, and the service I was provided as well. I am confident that my belongings are in good hands!

I am so very pleased with my experiences at CubeSmart. Moving is almost always a stressful time. Ms. Sue, one of the store associates was extremely helpful in explaining the process, giving us different options to best suit our needs as a family, and telling us everything we needed to know about our billing. She took out the time and walked us step-by-step through the lease application. She answered all of our questions and was so very nice to us. We really felt like CubeSmart was a safe place to have storage. Sue also explained to us how hard they work to keep our items protected from theft and even acts of God. We also used the loaner truck they offer for new move ins. We saved almost $80 by using their truck instead of a uhaul. In addition, the rates for our unit were more than fair and definitely worth every dollar. I highly recommend this facility over others in the area. Tell Sue, Nina sent you!

I rent with CubeSmart--great customer service and the place is spotless. Elevators are always functioning. They have carts for use and when moving in they have a truck you can rent for free for the day with a deposit. Deposit is returned to you at the end of the day when truck is brought back. Restrooms on sight too. Well maintained storage facility.

I came to this location at the absolute last hour and Sue/John accepted me with amazing customer service! I needed a place to store my vehicle for just a month while I was out of town. They had some kind of promotion going on with the first month free, so I left paying nothing! They have unparalleled customer service. Their facility also is easily accessible, gated and very clean. I got a large parking spot that can easily park two vehicles. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been renting a storage unit from CubeSmart Self Storage Montgomeryville for about a year and a half. Today I went in inquiring about smaller units so that I may downsize from a larger unit as I had cleared out some of my items. The general manager of the store, Sue Kelly, was extremely kind and helped me find the perfect size option to go down to! The General Manager, Sue, was SO GREAT!! She made a hectic and difficult moving day a piece of cake! She was so kind and willing to help us in any way that we needed. I was 15 minutes early for picking up the truck (I needed to drive it to Delaware to pack up my daughter's apartment) and she was already at the site working, so she was gracious enough to let me in and give me the moving truck early. I really cannot put into words how much she helped me and my family during what would have been a stressful time. Everything is so clean and everyone was so friendly and accommodating (Sue also PERSONALLY CLEANED the storage unit that we had for my daughters' things). We highly recommend this storage unit!!!!

Sue Kelly at the Montgomeryville CubeSmart has been extremely helpful over the last month. Although new to this facility, she jumped right in and helped us find the space we needed. We found ourselves in need of a second cube on the day we were being loaded in and Sue worked with us and our movers to get it all done quickly at the end of a long day. The man John is rude. They raise their rates about 10% every 6 months, unless you pay a whole year up front. The place is clean. I have no problems with the facility.

Ridiculously good customer service. Adam was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Can't say enough about how great the was. On the corporate side, I was a little surprised my first payment was $180 when the advertised price for the unit was $121. This includes insurance (not optional without a sign off from homeowners insurance) the $20 lock you have to purchase, and a 'one time administration fee'. Great place to rent from and a great staff, but if you're crunching numbers to find the best deal keep in mind your first payment will be a lot higher than expected.

Clean, secure space and great staff. Always easy access, plenty of carts, Elevators never tied up. Have been in all times 6am - 10 pm. and access is always quick and easy. Cubesmart met all my needs and the customer service was top notch. The price I was told was exactly what I paid, no hidden costs or fees. The facility was well lit, clean, and quiet. The manager went out of his way to be thorough, friendly, and efficient. I only needed a storage unit for a very temporary amount of time but I would certainly go back if I needed one again.
