Over 3 years, I rented 3 units. Do the math. Oh and that changes without notice. Don’t hesitate to challenge this but watch your bank account. I will maintain the actual storage units were clean as they should be. I was one of the lucky ones that did not experience mold from water damage but neighbors did. Here are the facts. Rented I think the largest unit. No lighting. No access to the side entrance. Door always broken. On Sundays you have no access at all to this unit from the outside. Unit #1500. Towards the end of the of this adventure the actual main key pad entrance didn’t work so you were to use their app. The staff’s attitude complimented the facility. Another tip save your money on their locks buy your own. They are a pain to use. Happy to have finally moved out. Other control storage units in the area. Highly recommend checking them out as well. $$$$$$$

Never ever recommend spent over 3,000 for 2 units for 10 months and came back to find 1700$ in items ruined by black mold and they will not cover or assist with anything, I paid events to have my stuff safe and it absolutely wasn’t, extremely unhappy about this situation their insurance I paid extra for also denied helping me, now my kids have a lot of items that they can’t have anymore because I won’t subject my children to mold. Absolutely ridiculous that they won’t do anything But say we are sorry.

Deceptive pricing ads! Cube smart offers 50% off and tells you in the ad that you are locked in at that rate for as long as needed. But this is not the truth! The truth is Cube smart can and will increase your rate at any time without notifying you! They claim it is all due to availability. So they drop prices to entice you in, then turn around and double the price! That's bad business in my eyes!

The main gate was out of service on several occasions. They raised our rates several times to the point of it being nearly twice as much as when we first signed up. Several times other customers would completely block entry with their vehicles and belongings. Very quick and easy process for getting the correct size climate controlled storage unit for my needs. Denise and Michelle were very pleasant and helped me out with everything. (Including keeping my little girl entertained while I filled out my information. Lol ) Denise walked me out through so I could see the unit myself before confirming on the size. I decided that was not the one for me and she was more than happy to show me other units. Attention ladies! Had an encounter with an aggressive male so please consider bringing a male with you if possible. All these units are inside an enclosed building so it’s not as easy or fast to get away from someone. Drove my car through the loading door since I had my car filled with boxes to move into my unit. It was my first time doing this so I stopped for a second to see if there was anywhere to park my car for loading that was not directly in front of other peoples units. There is not. The loading lanes are directly in front of other units so if someone comes that has one of these units you could be blocking them from accessing it. Anyways this male in a truck followed my car in and yelled at me when I stopped (I was going to ask the lady working who happened to be where we were about the loading lane situation). I immediately drove out and parked in another parking lot for 30 minutes to hopefully insure he was no longer there before going back to store my boxes. If I didn’t already pay for my unit I would be looking for another storage company. If you don’t need a climate controlled space for your belongings maybe consider a place where the units are outside.

This location seems to be run by a holier than thou dictator, who breathes religion and cubesmart down coworker and customers necks. I believed the company could do better with safety as they leave one employee alone and locked in a warehouse with the general public, concerning as they hire primarily females in all of their locations. The owner does not provide sufficient lighting or a welcoming atmosphere for somebody to feel comfort or safe in.

Steve is great! Extremely helpful and professional when securing our storage unit. When we decided to upgrade, he got all of the paperwork ready for when we went back and was not at all irritated about our being wishy-washy. When we went back to change is when we worked with Denise. She was also great! 3 days later, my brother-in-law also secured a unit and was helped by Steve. The place itself is clean and well kept. I loved that we could drive into the facility, and then use one of the carts available to transfer from our truck to our unit. Very positive experience. We scored a 25% off too, I just hope CubeSmart doesn't turn around in a month and jack the price back up. :)

Helped an associate move stuff into this facility. It is an indoor facility. It is very clean, well lit, and secure. Entry is made via keypad to open a large automatic garage door and you drive your vehicle right inside. It's trippy because it was a mall store back in the day. There are carts that are well maintained for ease of moving your items. Some units are on the main entryway but most are along side corridors necessitating the use of carts. Overall, excellent facility.

The rental process was super easy. I did everything online. My unit was ready to go and the facility is very clean and well lit. Directional signs would've been a bit easier, but I was able to find my unit with the map. I feel good about my rental and am very pleased so far. The customer service is great. The secure indoor location makes it easy to access our items in any weather and gives us a better sense of security. The rates are a little high after the recent increase through. Customers should be able to lock in their rate for the term of their contract to avoid being surprised by rate increases later on. We moved our items to CubeSmart for better rates only to have them increased after a few months anyway. Very disappointing.

Needed to downsize. Contract for 8x10 at $66.95 a month, was given a "free" upgrade to 10x13 space. Asked before moving in about price increase and what to expect. Was basically given a non-answer. After 7 months received a notice increasing the rent $33 per month. Not willing to pay an extra $400 a year to store stuff I would end up selling at a later date.

Last Minute save! Our rental house fell through, and after moving cross country we had nowhere to stash our stuff while camping out with family. CubeSmart to the rescue! I am a long time storage renter, previously ran a business out of storage (inventory of 10k+ books), and this place is awesome! Clean, climate controlled, easy drive in/drive out. Do be careful on the drive out if you have a large, tall moving truck. Only downside is that I could not store my scooter, as CubeSmart precludes gasoline or any kind of fuel in this facility.

Just recently rented a storage unit here and I have to say, I am very impressed. The pricing is better than a lot of the outside storage facilities in the area AND IT'S CLIMATE CONTROLLED NATURALLY! CubeSmart is located in the old Macy's building at the Lycoming Mall in Pennsdale. It is huge inside and there is still room for them to grow inside. Best part, if the mall closes it's doors, the Macy's building is not considered part of the mall so Cube Smart isn't going anywhere due to it's own space! Recommend for sure.

I recently rented a self storage climate controlled space at CubeSmart located in the Lycoming Mall near Muncy/Hughesville. General Manager Denise Steinbacher was super and extremely professional and efficient and made the entire application process easy --- she was thorough and the facility there is very clean and extremely user friendly with drive-through capability and easy access with multiple dollies for use in moving items. Overall--excellent-no complaints

Denise, was absolutely amazing!! She was very funny, relatable, and took her time to explain all details to me so that I was comfortable. I would recommend for anyone to go to Cube Smart and ask for Denise when you do.

This. Place. Is. Awesome. I mean really, I’ve never walked into a place and felt more welcome and at home. They do a great job making sure they explain everything, walk you through the facility and show you around, and you sure do feel welcome and like your belongings will be secure. The staff is phenomenal, friendly, and just wonderful. You want to store your stuff safely? Come here. Hands down. Only con is they told me I’m not allowed to ride the carts around the facility which was kind of a let down. But policy is policy. Seriously, so happy with choosing this place for my storage needs.

I travel for work and use storage units regularly and this is definitely the best facility I've seen. I can actually drive my truck into the building to load and unload my things. It's climate controlled, super cheap, clean and safe. Denise is very helpful and after spending quite a while in the building without realizing I had left my lights on my battery died. Nobody else was around so Denise pulled her car in and jumped my truck. Thank you for excellent customer service and for going out of your way to help me out!

Denise was simply wonderful! She explained everything down to the "T" and was able to help me save some money on a lock for my storage on top of the first month free. The facility is well maintained and clean. I would say thats a win win for me!! Definitely would recommend.

Don't make the mistake of calling for prices or details. I DID NOT make a reservation. They will not stop calling me!! I answered twice and asked them to stop calling. Now I've just stopped answering. They keep calling and leaving voicemails. It's non-stop. HIGH PRESSURE!! *see photo for proof

Beautiful and well thought out, drive inside the building and out the other side to load or unload. Heated and Air conditioned. It is amazing, This is the old MACY's!
